This is truly the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! First of all when I took my vehicle in for an estimate, there was no written document, never asked my name, and nothing written when he made arrangements for me to bring my car in for repair. The cost was reasonable compared to other estimates which I was pleased about. Then my car was repaired and little dots started appearing in the in the clear coat, appearing to be dirt. The owner promised to correct the problem when I went to show him, but didn’t show to pick up the car as he said. He never returned my calls, and never answers calls. This is not the way to take care of customers!

After I report this company to the BBB I intend to sue. This man took my truck for a repaint. Told me I would have it back in a week. After lying to me for 3 weeks I contacted the person that trusted him to do the job and I come to learn he hadnt even touched the truck. The person that recommend this M&L fortunately was an auto body man so he went himself to sand down my truck and all this M&L had to do was paint it. I went to get my truck and found the following: He had put over 500 miles on my truck, the over-spray was horrendous, he took all the lettering and symbols off my truck and didnt put them back, my tail light was busted, my rear windshield wiper was broken possibly the motor is shot cause it wont even turn, the inside was a filthy mess. I dont know about these good reviews I read but if you use this M&L you are out of your mind.

Iwas in a auto accident so I brought my car there to get it fixed Mike the owner of the place 1 heck of a job very pleased with the way my car was when we left I would recommend anybody to bring the the car over there for body work I give him a five star

Absolutely the most unprofessional business with whom I have ever dealt. Apparently, they were in the police rotation and got the call to tow our car after the accident. They wouldnt even let the insurance company have the car until after I personally drove over 2000 miles to sign a waiver releasing them of all damage they had done to the car during towing. Abusive, foul mouthed and aggressive when they found out they were not going to get to repair the car. At one point I thought the guy was going to come over the counter and attack me. Beware of this business. One star is too generous.

After having the vehicle repaired and reflecting on the whole process, I am very pleased to report that all repairs and a few additions I opted to pay for over the approved cost of the insurance check were completed to my utter satisfaction. My vehicle was cleaned up and showroom shiny with the new paint over the remaining portion of my vehicle that was so damaged over the 12 years since I bought it. My wife said WOW, I now see just why you bought this truck! All that and so many fine memories are now renewed and intact again for perhaps another 12 years or longer. I would go back to M & L Auto any time I needed any sort of repair be it cosmetic (paint) or mechanical in nature. This place even went through the recycle for a little thing I thought I had in my window-washer reservoir that I discovered later was only in the anti-freeze reservoir. I love that they recycle all the plastic now so integral in all vehicles on the road these days. That is a big example of how they operate with grace not just toward the customer but also toward our planet.
