So I was browsing the internet for aftermarket wheels for my 2022 Kia K5 and came across Discount Tire. I live in Port Saint Lucie and decided to give them a call on a Saturday around 9AM. The gentlemen who answered the phone was a guy named Jake who helped answer my questions and was BEYOND polite and professional. He told me my search for specific wheels I was looking for would require me to come in the store. I had no problem driving an hour away because of how polite he was. I arrived and asked for him, and he was on lunch but assured me that his teammate Matt would assist me just as great. Sure enough, the delivered! Matt was excellent; professional and was very knowledgeable! It wasn’t until I arrived that I told them I drove an hour here just because of how nice Jake was on the phone. Prices were amazing and they honored my military discount that I was quoted online. 10/10 would recommend! I have NO problems driving out of my way for these nice gentleman who took care of me!

I had a bad Valve stem, barely made it across the road on Monday morning July 5 my wife and I had been working the firework stand.Needless to say I was exhausted and irritable.Thank God this tire shop was open.with only a few people working they fix my tire handed me my keys and said your truck is running have a wonderful day. Today I had an 8:30 appt at the W Melbourne location. Their computers were down first this morning!! Under those circumstances I think most places and reps might be in a turmoil and either shut down or delay service. However, the entire team pulled together and got it done in spite of the issue. Using pen and paper the rep was able to get my service done promptly. Had tire inspection, rotation, balance and new wipers and I was out of there by 8:51! There were many early arrivals and walk ins also and all were treated with respect and a cheerful greeting. Have had service there before and will continue to in the future.

I buy all my tires here, mostly because of the warranty. Ive saved so much money by buying the warranty on my new tires because they will repair or replace the tire at no cost to me. Plus, the employees here have all been pleasant and polite. Highly recommend!

Showed up with a flat tire. Less than 100 miles on the tire. My valve stem was leaking. Told me I needed a new tire and they couldn’t help me because it was an “unsafe” repair. Wouldn’t even give me air! So I left on a flat tire. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I never had a flat tire before and also I never visited Discount Tire store until today. I have been greeted in a polite manner as soon as I stepped into the store. They took care of the issue in less than an hour even though I just walked-in. On the top of it, they didnt charge me anything since the repair was minor. I am absolutely thrilled by their customer service and honesty. I would say the front desk staff was well trained and motivated to provide great customer service. I will definitely go back to them for more business !

Bought many tires and 2 sets of wheels for Discount tires. Bought wheels and had them installed yesterday. Last night low air pressure sensor on one of the tires went off. Took the car back to have it looked at and they said the sensor was bad. They took no responsibility for it and then tried to sell me 4 sensors at $60 a piece. I only bought one at full price. Im not happy about the situation and not sure if Ill give them any more business. Tire Kingdom is a mile from my house. Ill go there next time..It is now 2 days later and I just received a call from the store manager. I appreciate his concern and the love for his own company to call me. This is why I have spent thousands of dollars at Discount Tire in the first place.They will continue to get my business in the future.

Love this place . I purchased a set of Cooper Tires for my truck along with the roadside hazard protection and well, I ran over a nail. It went thru the side wall so it had to be replaced. For 25.00 they are putting on a new one now.

The staff have always been great and friendly, they have repaired (patched) my tires whenever I ran over nails etc.. They usually get you in and out within about an hour for walk in tire repairs. The best part of all is they most likely won’t charge for a tire patching for basic tire punctures. Highly recommended them to anyone who’s looking for a good value and honest customer service!

After burying my father in NC earlier that day, I was racing to South FL to prepare for the hurricane arriving. About 600 miles into my 800 mile journey I picked up a bolt that punctured my left front tire in my Ford 350. My wife and brother-in-law were following me. We pulled into Discount Tire, Melbourne at 5:45 pm where every bay was full. We were greeted as we got out of the vehicle. The assistant manager, Matt said as soon as the first car backed out, I would be next. My wait, from start to finish was under 22 minutes! I could not be more pleased by the way I was treated and the professionalism I encountered. I will be back! They helped ease our mind and get us on our way. 10am appointment. 10:40 asked when Id be seen........ another 45 min.Nope never again. And after driving 40 min to get here.I dont mind waiting a little, but its like my time isnt valuable as well. This isnt the first issue.

The service for a tire change was quick and very friendly. I recommend setting an appointment for a quick in and out allowing you to get on with your day. The whole appointment was less than an hour. The company policy for tire rotation, repairs, and balance is great. I highly recommend shopping for tires here.

Excellent experience. Had a screw in my tire. Brought it in without an appointment. All employees were extremely polite and explained everything. Gave me a heads up that it might not be able to be fixed, but gave me options if it needed to be replaced. Nearly new tires from another Discount Tire location but told me they came with a warranty from them based on the tread wear. Luckily they were able to patch it, so it was no charge, otherwise they were going to replace it for about a third of the normal cost. All in all a great shop that I would definitely go back to.

When I bought my quality Michelin tires, I got service for the life of my tires, inflation checks, rotations, and balancing on top of great prices and friendly service. Whats not to love?

I arrived with a tire in need of immediate repair 45mins before closing. They repaired my tire on the spot and much to my surprise it was free of charge! Absolutely no pressure on any costly replacements. Every employee I interacted with was extremely pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and highly recommend. Especially to women as it is sometimes intimidating going into auto repair places when you don’t know much on the matter.

They always do a great job. Employees are always courteous and friendly. Today I was asked to come back at 445pm to have a TPMS sensor put on 1 tire. I think they forgot about me because its 610pm and Im still sitting here. The car should be done soon but they need to tighten the time between when your scheduled and when your actually taken care of. Took 15 minutes to fix when they got the auto in.

I was today in discount tire in palm bay road Im a customer there i show at 815 in the morning and Luis check me in and said is going to be around 10 ready I said ok I was waiting until 1030 and my car was still in the same place because the manager give more important to the appointment guess than the customer go by the door, I ask the manager how much time to take my car and he toll me I still have two more appointments before your car believed or not that the kind of management they have in there all the client is should be the same . From 5 start I drop Discount tire to 1 start sorry I will not recommend more.

Decent customer service. its like the mcdonalds of tire shop. pretty busy place. i dont like how they toss all these service cost on the invoice and dont explain the fees. some of those fees are optional. give ppl the choice. they call those hidden fees
