Eddie has been in business as long as I can remember! Hes been more then a great reputable business owner in the auto body world to me and my family but thats besides this review . Any negative review from an individual to this business comes from lack courage to voice your opinion or how you want things fixed because remember you probably hired the shop to do your work. Your given the option nine times out of ten to fix or not and if you do you decide who. So if the expectation wasnt met maybe its because the full expense wasnt met either. Sorry I just took that Rpm has a three stars in over all reviews personal but hey my truck was damn near totaled and eddie and his crew couldnt have done a better job on my trucks integrity and appearance inside and out!
Eddie, has fixed numerous vehicles for my self and my fathers friends. He is always the first person who comes to my mind for any auto body collision work. Been dealing with him for over 10 years. He is extremely honest and dependable with his experience I was unable to even tell that my vehicle had been an an accident. I have referred many people to Eddie and not one of them has ever mentioned any complaints. The guys at RPMare true professionals!!Thank you RPM
Had a rear quarter panel replaced by these guys. When I got the car back, although the damage was repaired, there were issues:1) The entire interior AND exterior was covered in sanding dust!2) A panel of the interior had overspray (car paint) on it.3) One of the interior panels was not installed correctly, resulting in exposed wires.4) Drivers door weather stripping has a tear in it now.5) Orange masking tape left under the driver side tail light.6) The seat belt for the rear driver side seat was reinstalled incorrectly which rendered it useless.7) Driver seat belt shoulder buckle overtightened and not moving as freely.8) Taping issues on the door jam resulted in some areas not being painted. I can tell that the replacement quarter panel was silver.9) Driver side tail light screws were loose.10) Trunk latch-down hooks were loose.11) Did I mention the sanding dust being everywhere on the cloth interior?12) Scuff marks on the newly painted gas cap.13) Stained rear driver side tire wall and rim.Never again. Ever.5/1 UPDATE:Some more things Ive discovered:14) Damaged spare tire cover, ripping the carpet on the cover.15) 6 interior panel fasteners MISSING. (I found this when fixing #3)16) Long metal strips left behind interior panel. (Also found when fixing #3)17) Factory Subwoofer bracket installed incorrectly resulting in cracking of the panel.Complete amateurs when fixing newer cars.
