Went in got a reasonably priced stove top and range.Had it delivered the next day.Come to find out two burners didn’t work he brought me a better one that I hadn’t seen same day just a little while later.Love this place!I will have to check out their washers and dryer’s!

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from this company. Bought a refrigerator that went out weeks after purchase. Owner was aggressive and rude. Would not do anything to help me. As to your reply - purchase was made the end of March which is a few weeks not months. Your offer as you call it was to send a technician that charges $$60.00 an hour. Thats not taking responsibility for an appliance you sold me 6 weeks ago that has stopped working. You are not a reputable businessman.

I’ve purchased a refrigerator and two sets of washer and dryer from them and i’ve never had a problem. They had a few scratches here and there but they work fine. I’ve had the fridge for 6 years now. Great customer service and affordable prices! At the end of the day, you are buying USED appliances & its never gonna be the same as a brand new one... you get what you paid for!

Fantastic experience! I cant not rave enough about my experience there! My refrigerator broke and I really needed a new refrigerator! I happen to find this place and it literally exceeded my expectations! I was able to find a very affordable appliance that matched my kitchen perfect! Maria was great and delivery the same day!

Had purchased in the past from this company and was a pleasure, the refrigerator I bought is still working great today as when I bought it 12 years ago.But with that said.A new purchase from new management seemed real great up front, till the refrigerator was delivered and they couldnt get old water line off the old fridge, so they just cut the tube and I had to go to Home Depot to buy the nut and feral to hook the water line back up, then the problems started, the water filter was split across the top from one end to the other and after a trip to buy a new one from Home Depot on yet another trip, found the water line is split.So now were at the end of day and havent heard back from the company all day, so Ill just fix it myself, also on the parts manual I noticed it is missing the second crisper tray so I have ordered from parts store online, a new water line and a tray.. I take it that now with all the items Im finding broke, that your tech did not do a thorough hookup and inspection or he wouldve seen the water pouring out of the shattered filter and the split in the water tube. I am also hoping that the unit actually gets cold over night and runs as well as I was told it does..

I’m only giving one star so I can actually post but this place doesn’t deserve any stars. I purchased a Kenmore Elite front load washer and dryer from Mark, the owner, on 8/5/2020 for a move to a new place. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the dryer not having the lint filter that his wife, Maria, addressed right away. I thought from that interaction that moving forward if I had any issues that it would be handled with the same professionalism. WRONG!!Once I was moved in and I attempted to use the washer I noticed a strong moldy smell coming from the washing machine. Upon looking closely I saw that all behind the liner, which was not visible unless you were digging, was completely covered with black mold. I immediately called Net Cost Appliances to see what I could do but I was unable to reach anyone. I followed up with text messages to both Maria and Mark also to no avail.On the morning of 8/19/2020 I was able to get Maria on the phone at the business, but this time the friendliness was out the window. She began screaming on the phone like a lunatic telling me that the mold wouldn’t affect me washing clothes for my family. At that point I didn’t want to deal with her any longer and I asked to speak to her husband.Mark immediately told me that his wife was having a bad day because they were short staffed as if that was my problem. I asked him if he could order the gasket liner and have it replaced for a fee of course after his nasty wife told me that wasn’t an option. He told me that it was something they could do and once I began speaking he abruptly got off the phone and put Maria back on the line.She told me her husband was busy and picked up where she left off with the belligerence. I responded by telling her I did not want to deal with her because of her attitude and this woman told me she didn’t want to deal with me either and hung up in my face. She is a disgrace and it’s a miracle that they have any business with the way she carries on. I let her know that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB which I did.

Bought a refrigerator with ice maker they said it all works great!!! Once hooked up No Ice!!! Called owner said they would take care of it ASAP, we explained we’re closing on the property and need it to be working. He said he deals with people that renovate and flip all the time...his guy was out sick on Friday and would call us Monday. It’s now been 2 weeks, yesterday the call supposedly dropped, so my husband called back many times and he never called us back! Bad business to deal with, if they don’t change their ways they’ll be closed soon!

I had great success, I came in for washer and they gave me discount on dryer, they so gave me a free range hood, it was was very good. I love net cost and would highly recommend going there. They care!

Bought fridge, it died after 3 months. The sarcastic and bitter owner tells me youd have been better off going to Brandsmart. Youre right, and I did. I hope no one else makes the same mistake of going to this place and dealing with you. Seriously, dont waste your time.

I used to be a frequent customer of Net Cost Appliances when Alex was in charge. Mark, the new owner, has kept the same excellent customer service and price affordability. He is friendly, ethical and trust-worthy. I recently purchased a stack-able washer/dryer for a rental unit and am extremely satisfied. The tenants are happy with it, which is the litmus test for landlords. Mark and his assistant removed the old machine, delivered and installed the new one quickly with no problems. I will continue going to Net Cost for all future appliance needs and will pass the word around for others. I highly recommend visiting Mark and his store before going anywhere else.

Mark, the owner of Net Cost Appliances recently purchased the business from the previous owners. I bought a washer and dryer that was delivered and installed on time, in excellent condition and I am very happy with it. I was so pleased with the quality and service, that I bought a refrigerator as well!! In todays age of shoddy support and service it is very pleasing to do business with a company that still believes in excellent service and support, and YES, the pricing was also very good. Net Cost Appliances is my go to company for all future purchases. Mark and his team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a washer 2 months ago and the electrical fried on it. My husband reached out and was advised the tech would be out. Waited and no response. Owner ignored call and answered when he called from a different phone. Bottom line customer service is terrible. Everything is happy go lucky when time to purchase but now theres an issue crickets. Just add some extra money and purchase a brand new appliance. Such a waste of money.

My refrigerator suddenly “died” and, as a high-end model, it was not not economically prudent to repair. I was subsequently seeking a replacement for my condo in Lake Worth and shopped for new and pre-owned refrigerators. I stopped at Net Cost Appliances and was greeted by Maria and she showed me a huge selection of possibilities. I found a high-end GE Profile side-by-side unit that was a perfect fit for my space. Her husband Mark delivered it on time the next day. Although it was a difficult task (I am on the 2nd floor and with a tight doorway fit), he and his helper persevered. Additionally, the refrigerator is in pristine condition and the price was excellent. Both Mark and his wife Maria are friendly, fair and personable and they treated me in a kind and professional manner. I highly recommend Net Cost Appliances without any hesitation or reservations. Bought a beautiful white GE side by side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser for a good discounted price. they delivered the next day,helped hook up the water line set it up exactly how i wanted. excellent service and will be going there for all my future appliances for my rental apts and in general.

I had my washer machine repaired here. They did great work and they had it done in 2 days. Great price too! They didnt charge a diagnostic fee because I was able to bring it to them. It would only have been $50 if they had to come to me. Everywhere else that I called was going to charge $85 just to come out and look at it.

WARNING! Buyer beware as this owner does not care about good business practices and delivering what he sells.I bought a used refrigerator with delivery and installation. Owner (Mark) delivered appliance to the rental house we own and did not complete the job due to his claim water line would not shut off water. When I had to make a special trip to the house after Mark had to leave, turns out he did not turn the valve off all the way. I’m questioning whether or not it was a scam all along as he didn’t want to finish installation after he got to the home. I’m not even sure the refrigerados a lemon or not?? Part of the scam??When I confronted him today at his show room he was not agreeable nor would take extra payment to complete the job. He refused any wrong doing by yelling at me and being vulgar. I almost always do my OWN repairs, however when the cost of the parts is greater than that of the repair of the appliance, I will search for the BEST VALUE I can find. I came across this business when I needed a new washer this week. Although I only needed a top-line washer, they had the this Maytag Bravos XL washer AND a matching Maytag Bravos XL dryer for LESS than the cost of what the parts would cost me or the washer alone! I could NOT pass it up. They tested the washer for me and it did as well or better than my old one did. Their store doesnt have the glitz of A best buying place or a brand mark place. What it DOES have is a couple of work-a-day guys, making an honest days living. They will stand behind their sales and treat you right. I will come back here again when I need to buy another appliance. IF you need a washer, dryer, stove or fridge, do yourself (and your wallet) a favor and look at their selection. I am glad I did and I think you will too!

If you purchase anything from this store, get explicit details in receipt. I paid for refrigerator delivery, installation and removal of the prior although the owner (Mark) only delivered the refrigerator. I was left having to worry about installation and removal of my prior refrigerator. The owner and his wife poorly manage this business.

Over the past 10 years I have bought numerous appliances from these folks. They are my go-to source for appliances. I have never had a problem in over a half-dozen purchases. Im going back today for a refrigerator.

Several months ago I bought an excellent Whirlpool washer here and a nice price. It was used but in great shape. It was a really good price too. I will do business here again.

Good price....horrible warranty they claim to have. Bought a washer had issues from the 1st day. Repair guy comes out to inspect the washer and then comes out and say nothing is wrong with it I wash my clothes a few days after he leaves and the washers is worse. All I can say is make sure it works correctly before you leave. Because my washer that I brought from this establishment is all discombobulated.
