Horrible service! First I had the out the door price before going to the store. I booked an appointment and when I went to drop off my truck the kid behind the counter quoted me $70 more than what I received online. When I told him I was quoted a different price online he just stared at me. I asked him if he could look it up again and he continued to stare. I had to access the site on my phone and enter all my vehicle information just to get the quote I told him from the beginning. This ignorant kid had a look on his face like he could care less what I was showing him. I finally asked for a supervisor who came out and pointed out to him that he added the road hazard which wasn’t on the original quote. The kid let out a sigh and corrected his error without any type of apology.If that was all I wouldn’t have taken the trouble to write this review but after I picked up my truck and got home, I noticed they scratched the refurbished powder coated rims I had just bought. I received the rims in the mail and delivered them still in the box to the store. See attached photos.I have done business with this company for years and they have slowly been going downhill, mostly because they hire employees who can care less about customer service.

Beware! The $1,300 problems they said my car had was a lie. I had my car checked by two certified dealerships. Neither one found any of the problems Tire Plus said I had. Get another opinion.

Its amazing that we have lost our sense of humanity in this place, I was stranded with my handicapped friend because of a blown tire. The spare I was carrying was the wrong wheel pattern size so I brought both rims to this place so they can swap it out for me ad i would pay them for that, the gentleman whos name is Keith Robertson refused to provide me the service according to him because of store policy. I would think that after me explaining the critical situation a little humanity would kick on but apparently I was wrong.

Do not go to this business it is nothing but a scam. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and asked them to rotate and balance my tires, a pretty simple job so I thought. After a few hours I was told my truck was ready to be picked up. I paid the bill and walked out to my truck and noticed that the tires were still in the same spot that they were when I dropped it off. I could tell due to one of my rims having a slight mark on it. When I asked about it they could not give me an answer and said we’ll maybe he forgot to do the other side. The mechanic Pablo came out and just made up excuses saying it was done and that it had to do something with a tire pressure gage that is on in the car. Then when I showed him the marked time was still in the same spot when I left it and they weren’t rotated he said he’d do it. I declined his service and they agreed to refund the fee for the rotation and balance. This is an untrustworthy business and will try and rip you off.

Dropped of the car for a tire and full braking system asked tires to get rotated.1st ... was called 3 times for pick up and car was either not ready or did not have the tools for my fancy car😳. 3 times !!! After the 4th time they finally got the stuff and got the work done!!!!Came to realize that2nd Tires were not rotated even when I told him the 4 other fimes I was there!!3rd and most importantly work!!! My car has been used on a joy ride!!!!Arm and hand prints inside my cars, gas tank drastically lower than what it was!!!!! And milage up by about 40 - 50 miles . I keep doing the math but It just doesnt add up !!!Lastly !!! We were told that inspection price gets taken off if we go through with the work ( which was not needed because I already knew that the work I needed, but they insisted to check it out, it will be taken out anyway ) and a 100$ off from the totalThen we came to realize thatThe 20+ were never going to. One off ! And the total actually increased and kept increasing from one representative to another! We were too embarrassed to comment on the 40t50$ pump and the type of disservice and dihonesty we got from them. Such a disappointing experience!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation.When I left car was making noise.Brought it back in and was told I needed new struts/tires. Guess they couldn’t bother to tell me when I first brought it in. Had to charge me another $20 for an inspection.Got a second opinion, the reliable place I took it to (ATO Auto Repair) told me Tires plus overfilled my oil when they changed it, I didn’t need new struts at all. Just the tires.They wanted to charge me for parts I never even needed.So my bill went from 1500 to 350.Someone is clearly clueless at this place, either the manager or the workers.

Had a great experience with all the employees at this tires plus location, especially Hunter when I went on May, 8, 21. They did a great job with my car, an was around the estimated time they gave me an it didn’t take very long considering what I was getting done. I got all four new tires, alignment an a full vehicle inspection, an now my car runs smooth an there is no more pull to the right, I can let go of the wheel an not have to fight it anymore, which I really appreciate cause that was driven me crazy lol. Thank you guys so much il will definitely be going back to them for future issues, highly recommend.

This place is terrible. I took my car there to do a full car inspection. Meaning Oil change, tire rotation, spark plugs, whatever is needed I was up to pay for it. So after checking the vehicle I ended up paying a A little over a 1000 dollars. That same week I noticed my car is making a loud squealing noise while driving. The noise seems like it’s coming from the tires, went back to tell them there’s something wrong with the tires, they told me to leave my vehicle there after two hours later it was ready to be picked up. I drive off the same noise seem like it gotten worse and louder. I waited another week brought it back in NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED. They kept giving me a run around about a part. Took my vehicle somewhere else and they solve the issue. Now today the dashboard of my car is telling me Service is needed soon. Remind you I paid for services that was needed which was an oil change or whatever that was needed. Sadly to say I would not recommend anyone to this tire plus at this location. Just terrible.

3 times I’ve been in for for nail in tire, each time “they tell me nail in side wall, you need new tire!Take it down the street they say not even close and patch it for $10 bucks. PS..wait 2/12 hours with appointments before they look at it!Now they will not honer my extended warranty after waiting 2 hours w/appointment “DONE!”,,,It’s all about money with this company

It was my first time at the jog and okeechobee location however,. I must say Hunter and Keith where extremely delightful to with with. They were a great team, worked together to insure that I got the best price and best deal in a timely manner. I will definetly be making them my one and only location for Tires and alignments. I had tires mounted and balanced at the store. I feel the need to give Eswin Martinez the store manager props. The smile and general attitude was so nice to experience which is a rarity in South Florida. Helped me with diagnosing two bad tires and steering me in the right direction. I will be going back.

Im not one to quickly jump online and write a negative review, but something I cant stand is having my time wasted. Dropped my truck off 3 hours before closing to have wheels mounted, I get a call 60 mins after I drop the truck off and told they are short staffed and cant do it. This wouldnt have been a problem if I was told that right off the bat, but the fact I arranged a ride to come pick me up, sat in the lobby for 20mins waiting for my ride, then by the time I get back to pick up the truck most places are now closed. Basically its not cool to waste peoples time...

I took my 19y/o son’s car in to get the tires balanced. They did not tighten the lugs on the tires all the way. Thankful his mom was driving behind him and saw the tires wobbling before he got on the highway. I went back to the shop on showed the the pics taken of what they didn’t do and they had nothing to say. Totally unprofessional staff and they will put you and your loved ones in danger if you bring your vehicle in to them. BE WARNED!!! I will never take my vehicle in to them again!!!

Not only did they try to sell me things that were not needed but but they vandalised and hit something on my brand new car!? They need to own up and fix the damages, as a single mom of three I try my best to keep out things nice, and this is what they do? And they know nothing and cant help.. DISHONEST . UNTRUSTWORTHY . Mike (“supervisor and manager”) provided horrible customer service. He has been rude and demeaning in my interaction with him with every situation regarding my wheel alignment. Please note I have lifetime alignment warranty for two cars with Tire plus. Therefore, I have spent my money at this establishment andexpect professional and courteous service. My experience with Mike today has been disturbing. After calling this morning to see if able to service my vehicle today and being talked to rudely on the phone - Mike then placed me on hold and never returned after he stated he has customers as if I was not a customer just because I was on the phone. Then 30 mins later I physically went to store and requested my car be serviced for alignment. I requested that Mike have my car serviced for the wheel alignment and pull alignment pin up in order to do alignment as instructed by dealership mechanic, I also requested to be called once beginning service in order to speak to or assure Mike was relaying information to technician as Mike did not appear to be honoring my request, I also requested that spec report be provided in the form of a bar graph as before by tire plus, and Mike indicated that tire plus would perform a before and after spec report of my alignment, which I did not receive. I had to wait for alignment to be done as was being fitted in because I didn’t have an appointment. Mike contacted me and my acquaintance at 3:30 pm stating my car was ready for pick up and after having my car since 12noon. I don’t believe that my vehicle was serviced AT ALL because none of my requests were done after inspecting the vehicle and I was not provided a before or after report that Mike indicated would be given. Mike provided 1 spec report and indicated alignment was still out of recommended specs - it is my belief because my car WAS NOT serviced today and he only put on machine, which is why I was only given 1 spec report. Also, please note previously alignment done with same vehicle at same tire plus was able to be done and met recommended specs (I can provide previous reports)Mike (tire plus on 1905 N Jog Road west palm beach, Fl.) provided horrible customer service - he was rude and never listened to my requests or concerns. The leadership at this store is horrific and should be address as it gives poor reflection of Tire Plus franchise. I will be in contact with Tire plus corporate office regarding Mikes poor customer service.Please note my other interaction with other employees has been fabulous, professional, and they listened and honored my request of my paid service.

I took my van to this specific location for a final alignment, and I couldnt be more pleased with the awesome job they did. I had taken my van to two different locations for an alignment, but left with the issue. Im very content on how Omar the technician described the issue that was having with my van. I recommend you go to this location for an absolute perfect alignment. Thanks guys for the great job and for being understandable with my situation. I will definitely keep taking my vehicles there.

Be Warned!!! I went in to ONLY get my suspicion fixed. I would call names of the guy that served me but that’s not necessary. They managed to “FIND” 3 other things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed including my tires. After 3 hours the job was completed (so I thought). I ended up spending a little over $2200. Way more than I anticipated.After 3 months, everything that was “fixed” went bad once again and to top it off now I have a wheel alignment problem. So I went back there, which was idiotic of me. I told the guy that they did a poor job of fixing the problem. And I needed It fixed this time around. He stated that it was fixed correctly the first time. So I ended up paying closed to $1100 more only to come back an hour later and almost immediately, I knew the alignment was still not fixed.I decided to call and tell them this time, instead of waiting 3 months. The guy told me I can come in and he can check it out. After the third and final attempt of re-alignment, they final fixed it. The good thing is they didn’t charge me for the third time. I just have to wait and to see if it was all fixed by how my vehicle drives. I will give it a few weeks.I would suggest taking your husband with you if you are a woman. This way there is no over priced services or any funny business. Next time will try a Mom and Pop garage to avoid dealership prices for bootleg services.

I bought my Bridgestone tires from the lake Worth store in 2014. Bridgestones with a 60000 mile warranty. I called today and spoke with Keith and explained the situation with my tires. I had road hazard warranty as well as lifetime rotate and balance. I have only put 30,000 miles on these tires since I purchase them. Spoke with Keith gave him the tread depth that was left on all four tires. when I got there we realized that they would be covered under road hazard warranty because three of the four tires were separating. They warrantied out my tires I purchase the road hazard again along with lifetime rotate and balance and an alignment. The tires full price would have cost me $1,000 plus road hazard plus lifetime rotate and balance plus alignment would have put me at $1,300 for four tires out the door. After Keith checking with Bridgestone and confirming the tires were in fact still under warranty it cost me 750 for the same exact tires that I bought 6 years ago. 2 things to look at here. The first one theyre very professional very helpful very courteous and they had my truck ready 90 minutes before they said they would. Second thing to look at here when you buy good tires you get great results when you have warranty problems. When you buy vivas and junk tires you get what you pay for. its worth it to spend the extra money once then to spend it two or three times needlessly. Thank you for getting my truck done today for our trip tomorrow we really appreciate it

I had work done on my truck over $1,500 2new battery, oil job, new brakes new gas filter the engine keeps cutting off I go back and they say come back next week. I have been there for over 15 years This is not good

No matter what the situation, Mike and hes guys are always on top of it. The drop off, up date calls and pick are so convenience, for someone on the go that helps out the best. Always straight shoots with issues, hands down a great store.

When you have a conversation with the store manager and the 1st thing you ask him is about the tire pressure sensor and he tells you that they will be replaced and then its not and when you ask about it he then proceeds to tell you that now its an extra $500 to replace them on top of $800 tires, and Argues with you that you never had that conversation when that was the 1st thing I asked because I knew the sensors were bad.

I came here because my car was idling rough. When I walked inside, the guy at the counter was a bit pushy trying to get me to sign up for a Tires Plus credit card. No need since Ive had one for years. They were pretty quick to get my car into the shop and make recommended repairs. I was out in under an hour.The next day, my car starts rocking again. I take it back and they claimed it was fixed. They drove around, peeked under the hood, and said everything was fine. Well, it wasnt. I went to another local repair shop and, as it turns out, I had a crack in my intake. The guy sealed it for $30 and now it runs smooth.I got stuck with a $780 bill and unnecessary repairs because thats what their computer told them. A real mechanic would have spotted the problem in an instant. I tried disputing the charge but the person handling my claim didnt care as well.Take your business elsewhere. These people are thieves.

This Tire’s Plus location is pretty decent. There free WiFi is horrible so be prepared to keep yourself busy. They also aren’t as accurate with timing and at times might be dealing with other things making you seem forgotten for the moment. When coming to this location, make sure you have an hour or two free just in case. Overall, there customer service is pretty good and their prices aren’t bad.

This is a great local company that has been taking care of my car for over 5 years since I arrived in Florida. I highly recommend them for any car situation you may have.

I came in at 4:15pm on Saturday to get a nail out of tire my little children were in the car. The gentleman at the front desk said they were closing at 5pm and could not help me because another lady came in before me with the same or similar issue so he was helping her and they needed to leave by 5pm. He kept stuttering and said I really wish I could help you. I kindly said you do not want to help me!I walked out didnt make a scene and just prayed. Firestone ( West Palm) came through for me they were closing as well but manager was kind and they had a sales meeting going on.

Ive used this shop several times now, a few tire patches plus there new tire installations. In my opinion prices are competitive, service is good and amenities look clean and taken care of. Would recommend.

Shawn and his team are excellent! I dont live in wpb but go out of my way for tires, oil changes and rotation /balancing to their location. Ive been going to them for 6+years. The team has changed over the years but the work, customer service and product knowledge have always been top notch! Dont waste your time going anywhere else. You wont regret it!

Wish they had 0 stars! They connived my 72 year old father into getting brakes and rotors that he DID NOT need. When my dad realized his mistake and went back to complain they said they showed him the brakes, in which they never did! They completely took advantage of an elderly person, and I cant imagine how many other people they took advantage of- his bill was 1,900!

Excellent Service and They Wont Rip You OffYesterday, I noticed a slow leak in my passenger rear tire. I called the Tires Plus at 1905 N Jog Rd, West Palm Beach, but they couldnt fit me in. So, I went to the Tires Plus at 1877 N. Military Trail instead.BIG MISTAKE. The guy at N. Military Trail tried to tell me that I needed a whole new tire. That the screw in the tire was too close to the side to be patched.Im no spring chicken. Ive had tires repaired before. I knew he was trying to sell me a tire I didnt need.So, I thanked him, went home and brought the car to my regular Tires Plus at 1905 N Jog Rd,. They patched the tire just fine. I had the oil changed while I was there, and they also gave me a break on that.Moral of the story: Not all Tires Plus are the same. Go with the guys at 1905 N Jog Rd, They wont rip you off. And theyll give you every bargain they can.

They were very rude to me and completely blew me off when I came in to do an alignment. Every other location I’ve been to has no problem looking up my account but he wouldn’t even try. Definitely not coming back the next time I’m in Palm Beach.

This is the worst Tires Plus location I have ever been to. I am a regular customer to the Tires Plus in Delray Beach and Lantana, but recently moved to WPB and decided to bring my car to the WPB location for an oil change. For YEARS, I have been getting oil changes from TP & when arriving to this location the manager explained to me that I need Full Synthetic Oil for my 2009 Ford Focus. I was puzzled by this being that I have been getting the Semi-Synthetic blend oil for all this time, I asked if he could look at my history to see that I have NEVER gotten an Full Synthetic Oil change in the past. After him looking up my history at TP, he continued to explained that he is not going to do the oil change on my car unless I get the Full Synthetic ($79.99). As a manager, you should have great customer service skills, and also knowledge on what oil changes certain cars should be getting; instead of trying to upcharge people so that they pay more. RIP OFF. Need less to say, I will NEVER return. :)

Came in for a tire rotation and balance, I marked my tires before taking the car in, they were in exactly the same spot. None of them were rotated. I can only assume they were balanced. Filed complain with corporate.

By far, this is the best place Ive been to. Im one of those individuals who always went to the dealership if ever I had a problem that I couldnt resolve personally, but after a visit to this shop for an extensive issue (they were the closest location from me at the time), I havent gone any place else. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and my experience and service with the place has been remarkable. I dont care how far I have to travel should ever I have a problem with my vehicle. The only place I will trust me vehicle at is here. Mike has left the biggest impression with me, and I have to admit that I have not met many managers like him. Hes the kind of person who actually cares about your problem and will not just try to give you a quick fix. They have resolved all my issues the first time. I love that. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone searching for a trusting shop to take your vehicle to. Its top notch in my book.

Everything about this business is spot on. I called in the morning and talked to Mike. He was very nice and gave me the options for tires for my SUV. When I told him what I wanted he only had 2 on hand so he said hed get the other 2 and call me back. An hour later he called and he had the tires. I went in and they got right to work. Noel explained everything to me, including the price. I bought 4 tires and an alignment. There was no hard sell, no scare tactics, no surprises. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely be back for whatever repairs or service I may need. Dont hesitate to take your vehicle to this store.

For the most part this is my number 1 car shop. They are fast and efficient, and if you communicate what you need they are very knowledgeable. Be careful though because they will attempt to offer unneeded services like full synthetic oil changes every 3k miles. Reference your service manual or a second opinion on any major suggested repairs.

Brought my car in with a slow leak in my tire. I saw a screw in the tread before taking it there and didnt mention it. They not only didnt lie to me to get a tire sale but they re-balanced the tire after patching it at no additional charge. Very happy with my experience.

Came in to get a tire rotation and balance, with a maintenance agreement that I bought when I got new tires. However Everytime I come in to use it they always tell me I need something else. Like this time they told me I needed new lug nuts,on 2015 vehicle. Dont waste your time or your money.

If you want great service with a knowledgeable staff this is the place to go. I have a fleet car and I always go here for tires and oil changes. Mike (the manager) is so professional and a pleasure to business with.

Had a last minute tire issue and these guys where awesome. They said 2 hours wait but got me out in 45 minutes. Great service.

They tried to rip me off. I took my 2010 Honda accord for an oil change, with the expectation to use a coupon that I would get the job done for 19.99 + tax. But when I get there, the guy at the front counter tells me that my car calls for full synthetic oil (cost $65.00) and the coupon was for a thicker oil. I responded saying that Ive had oil changes done in the Miami Tires plus with regular motor oil and never had this issue. He responded that Miami does a lot things that theyre not supposed to and that it was company policy to follow whats recommended, if not it would void my warranty.First of all my car is five years old I have no warranty left on it.Second how come I went to the Tires Plus on 1877 Military trail and no one mentioned the company policy crap?This all leads me to believe that the this location forcefully up sales customers with the scare tactic that it will void a warranty to make sound official. Buyer beware!!!Needless to say, Im never going back there again!!! Stay away!!!

Like any garage out to make money and mechanic is trying to beat the book hours, do your homework see how much time the book says, the cost of the part and add 25 to35% above market do not go blind you are knowledge will help you

I took my car here for a simple oil change. A few minutes later a guy named Robert Burns took me back to my car up on the lift. He said I had a severe oil leak, there was no oil in the car, and that the crankshaft and struts needed to be replaced. (Keep in mind the cover underneath the car had not been removed. Not sure how a mechanic could see all this without removing the cover??). He refused to change the oil unless I agreed to do all the other repairs. SO I then took my car to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. THERE WAS NO LEAK AT ALL AND NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. I do not recommend anyone take their car to Tires Plus!! They are not trustworthy at all. A formal complaint has been filed with the Attorney General!!

Hated it, worst tires plus Ive ever went too, they dont take responsibility for the work they do wrong and somehow tried to blame me and my husband for the work they claim we refused, they even went as far to produce a paper saying we refused something, all in all I went there twice to get the same problem fixed but had to go to a different location to finally get my car running again. This tires plus is the worst Ive ever experienced

Beware of this place. They tried to scam me. I took my car in for a break check they said I needed front and back break pads and rotors. The cost was over $800, so I took my car to the place I normally go to and I only needed to change my front break pads and the cost was $140. I feel sorry for anyone that goes to this place after they tried to scam me. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Service was fast at this location. Labor costs is a little expensive
