Well, slightly disappointed the store hours indicate they are open until 6:00pm, this was a Friday I pulled in the parking lot at 5:42pm only to see that they are in fact not open. An update of store hours would be greatly appreciated.

Loyalty Pawn #5 is my favorite pawn shop in the area. Always fair rates and pay and always my first stop when you need emergency money.

My mother and I have been customers of this Loyalty Pawn for over a year now. After our experiences with other pawn shops left us leery of ever using any of them again, we were surprised by this establishment. Not only have they been exceedingly pleasant to deal with, but they have gone above and beyond to help us when we have needed it. Recently, we had needed extra time to renew our pawns, due to a medical crises, and when my mother went into ask for it, she was surprised to be speaking to the owner who was happy to do it. When it came time to do the pawn renewal there was much confusion between my mom and mine pawns. I called and spoke with the store manager, Jose, who was all too happy to wade through all of them and make sure we got all of our payment links with labels for which were mine or my mom’s. In this age of so much discord it has been nice to have a company to deal with that still remembers what customer service really is. If you have need of a pawn shop, without hesitation I say go here first before anywhere else. You will not regret it.

Holy smokes - we were promised if we bought something we have three days to bring it back. I brought it back about 24 hours later and the guy behind the glass says nope I can give you store credit.He says, see it says that on the formI now see why they have a glass barrier between them and me.They went from 5 stars to zero.Below is my original review, I fully retract it after this interaction.Ive been here several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Today Im actually buying a nice bike at a great price.Even getting a carpet cleaner (which is what I needed to return.)

So I went in to take a look around and found an item and made an offer on it. The item had a price that was more then it was new and currently still being sold. I was told if I could get it for a better price then I should go buy it.They also came out and removed the sticker that helped me identify where it sold at. Shady at best. Do your homework before buying from this shop.

Needed a loan tell payday, it was easy and quick. They had me in and out after a quick test of the equipment. Great customer service. They didnt try and low ball me and actually gave me what I thought was a fair price. I would recommend them and if Im ever in need again Ill definitely be returning to this business.

Came into Loyalty pawn today and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was told that someone would be right with me. Every time I come in I’m always greeted nicely and always get good deals. Tony is really nice and usually always helps me when I come in. I Definitely would recommend this place to others. Parking is usually always available in the front of the store as well so that’s always a plus. 5 stars for me !

I associate quality with Loyalty Pawn. It was my first day ever walking into a pawn shop and had no clue how the process worked. Connie was the lady who was really nice and took the time to explain to me how everything worked. I felt very welcomed there with my 2,000 questions!

My mom goes in here all the time, she always talks to me about how much she loves it there and how everyone is so nice. I had a chance to go in there and tony was very helpful, Marcos answered all my questions, Jose and Justin are a big help too!! I was able to pond a few of my items with a reasonable interest rate, I was very grateful at the time I had needed the extra funds . Luckily they were there to help. The loan process is fair, not predatory, so you dont have to haggle or feel that theyre taking advantage of you. They are discreet with the details, so your information isnt heard by other people. Right now with everything going on with the virus and people out of work this is the only company not working with their customers. All they are looking to do it take peoples items that are out of work and can’t pay right now to make a profit off of them. This company does not care if you have the virus you better get in and pay because they will take your stuff. They also have a raffle going for reviews that’s why you see all the 5 stars everyone wants to win the tv.

Pretty ok pricing if youre looking to buy, Id say wait for their specials which they have all the time on different categories of products. For Pawn and selling, honestly, it depends, but overall my experience is that they will give you a fair price, definitely not the highest amount they could but fair nonetheless. However sometimes it just comes down to the representative that is serving you and their mood. But that is human nature I guess. They have good customer service, once again mood, human condition. But overall they are a very modernized pawn establishment and will always at least take a look and try to offer you something on whatever you bring in. They will also work with you and are flexible as long as you come in on time and have a good record with them. As far as pawn shops are concerned they are leading the way. In all fairness I did receive an incentive for this review however it did not affect the content.
