Great and friendly customer service. Extremely fair trade in value based on Kelley Blue Book estimates. The process included some wait time, but thats understandable as buying a car requires lots of paperwork, etc. Enjoyed a nice complimentary lemon tea and granola bar in the lounge while I waited. The best part, I now have a car that I love and the price was incredibly fair!

The service dept representative was courteous and explained all the work that had been performed. The waiting area and service area were clean. The service was performed promptly and they had me on my way in good time. I am from out of town but would recommend Bill’s Infiniti if I were local.

I purchased my Infiniti a couple of months ago and took it in for service for the first time today and I was impressed! The loaner was a beautiful, brand new, vehicle and the gentleman who helped me was very nice, even at 7:30 in the morning. A great car buying experience!! The building is clean and beautiful but the team is what makes this dealership so special. Aidan was very knowledgeable regarding my options and I got a very reasonable price on a Q50. Best car Ive owned!! Aidan spent alot of time showing me all the features of the car and synced up my phone before he let me drive off. I knew everything about my new car before I hit the highway. Scott was there to fill in the gaps, he and Amanda were very personable. Great team!!

I had a good experience getting my oil changed today on my 03 G35. I called around 8am and was in the bay by 10am. It was slow and clean there when I arrived. I appreciated their diligence in identifying a side marker light in need of replacement as well as alerting me to brakes and battery needs soon. And I must have had a $50 credit of some kind because for some reason they took $50 off the bill. I was in and out in an hour and the staff was acting responsible and respectful to me. I’ll be back.

I had a great experience with BDI. I was interested in buying a used car that sold before my test drive. Liam called me to apologize and ask what I was looking for in a car. He suggested I test drive a 2017 Q50 3.0t. I was unfamiliar with Infiniti but decided to give it a test. I love the car. Liam and Alex worked on the price to meet where is was acceptable to both sides. When I arrived to pick up my car it was in the showroom in pristine condition..I looked like a brand new 2021.BDI was probably the easiest, relaxed, and best car buying experience and I highly recommend them and Infiniti cars.

Arnold returned my call quickly yesterday afternoon when my run flat tire suddenly went flat, and squeezed my in to the shop on very short notice with one tech out on vacation. I received a beautiful loaner car to get me home and back to pick my car up the next day. Much appreciated. Service department has always done great work and treated me well.
I have had good luck with this dealership. Arnold in service has been a huge help and has gone out of his way to help me out with a few things. We also leased a car for my wife and were happy with the experience.

Amanda and Scott (at Infinity) bent over backwards to help us. They both had other customers but literally ran around bringing us cars to test drive, giving us numbers, answering our questions, etc. They were SOOOO patient. They helped my wife land on a car after 1 year of her procrastinating even though they didnt get the sale!!! How many dealers will do all that for you EVEN if they dont end up earning your biz?? NONE, thats how many. Had this Infinity dealer been located in a market with ANY Infinity competition whatsoever, we would have bought a vehicle from Amanda and Scott FOR SURE!! I am overdue writing this review - I bought my first Infiniti vehicle back in March and could not be more pleased with the experience. Aidan McLoughlin quickly went to get the door for us as he saw my girlfriend and I walk towards the entrance. I knew right away this dealership was different. Aidan made the buying process extremely easy and efficient. He was honest and genuine and that goes a long way. I will definitely be recommending Bill Dodge Infiniti for anyone looking for their next car!
Although the dealership did not have the parts on hand, I was kept informed on the progress of repair. After having driven the vehicle only 30 miles after repair, it appears to have been repaired to my satisfaction.
Once again, the Service department at Bill Dodge Infiniti went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasurable one. Arnold and Renee truly care about their customers—it’s evident in their warmth and actions! I always look forward to bringing my vehicles there as I know I’ll leave with a smile on my face!

Its a dealership, they try to sell you stuff. Went in there asking a simple question about turning in a lease and within five minutes had a sales manager trying to show me three different new leased vehicles that I was in no way interested in because I already bought my next car. All they wanted to do was make the sale.Cant fault them, thats how they pay the bills.
We want to give a major shout out to Arnold in the service department for our visit on 8/1/19. We were traveling to Portland for a family reunion, hit debris on the highway and had a flat tire. The Parts Dept was able to get us our exact matching tire within an hour, after another shop told us the tire wouldn’t be in stock for 24 hours. Our entire repair took 3 hours, despite them being busy with regular appointments and other traveler emergencies like us. We do wish that the service area had a receptionist to help out with crowd control, but Arnold’s service, attention to detail and kindness more than made up for this quibble. Thank you, we won’t hesitate to come back the next time we are with our family!

Great group of people who do the job right the first time. Ive had my share of mom and pop style garages that cant seem to torque a bolt back into place like a certified/competent mechanic should when performing service on someones vehicle. I was also surprised to see that the cost of going to a dealership versus a mom and pop style garage isnt that far off anymore so there you have it. Bring your vehicle to the people who made it and have a professional fix it not some side of the road garage that saved you 50 bucks but didnt tighten anything they worked on and now you have bigger problems.
Bill Dodge Infiniti’s customer service is awesome ! For a regular service, my vehicle was picked up at my house, provided me with a loaner car for the day, and returned to my home when finished! I was concerned about servicing when I purchased the car from a dealer 60+ miles away, but they take care of everything .

The customer service was exceptional!The quality and personal care from Mark was the best experience I’ve had at any auto service location. Brought in my 528xi and the battery was dead for the third time since I purchased the car three years ago. Well BMW made it right. They didnt charge me for the new battery. They even came to pick the car up at my house and left a loaner car at no cost! Now thats customer service!

Parts are ridiculously overpriced went to pick up 6 screws with the backings for my splash shield they tried to charge me $ 55.00. I went on amazon and found a whole bag of screws and backings for $10.00. If you go online and look for parts there are a dozen infiniti dealers charging a range of different prices for the same part how does that make sense ?
