Oil changed, car washed, sticker updated, easy. Originally, this was a 5 star review.Few weeks later, my car became sluggish to barely moving, I was near Kia on a Sunday and left a clear explanation on the Overnight drop-off. Being Sunday, I didnt have an appointment but hoped they would work my car in for at least a diagnosis. OCT 21st. I called and was told it was the catalytic converter which was under warranty for another 66 days. I was told by the service department, it would be NOV 21st before they could work on it. I went by to pick up some things from my car and it was in the service bay. I didnt want to get my hopes up but I also didnt want to be stuck with a car without a warranty in 66 days. I spoke with finance about getting an extended warranty and a loaner since my car trouble was warranty covered. Foolishly, I purchased the coverage and was told the rental car request had to be filed and to call back Monday. I called and was told that the trouble with my car has not been diagnosed and that other people that has warranties on their car have been waiting months to have their car worked on and that I should be more understanding. Yes, I understand the worker shortage. What I dont understand is the run-around. Do they not communicate information to the service department when they tell a customer to their face that they can help them. Total breakdown....like my car with 54,500 miles on, it has totally broken down. This is my third Kia but I believe it will be my last. Sorely disappointed. π£
Clean facility- however restroom needs more attention.Service was excellent and timely . I was able to wait for a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate not being sold a service I did not need. They were able to let me know of vital upcoming services- like my brakes. I appreciate this . It allows me to plan accordingly.
I had to make an appointment for my Kia Soul to get some repairs done. I made the appointment online, and was updated through the day about progress and what to expect for costs. Bob in repairs was very pleasant and helpful. I definitely appreciate Kiaβs commitment to helping their customers!
Had a flat tire on 9/8 and was riding on that phony 50 mile tire. I always have service done at Bill Dodge Kia... This is my second Kia. They fit me in to get me a new tire and puton my widow rrainprotectors that I had purchased from dealership and they has finally come in. VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. SO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE DEPT AND THEIR PERSONNEL!!!

I get that places are busy but waiting three or four weeks for service,itβs ridiculous. Also I got my car back and washed and it reeks of oil inside. Clearly whoever worked on my car either had oil on their boots or some thing because the stink is terrible. My experience Bill Dodge has been less than stellar pretty much all along. I really like Kia but Iβm gonna be looking at a different dealer in car in the future. I would also say that based on the emptiness of the dealership in the subpar staffing that I often find myself wondering if the Westbrook site will close.Plus Iβm just super annoyed that whoever worked on my car has now left me with a stinky residual oil smell and nobody bothered to do anything about it? Please.
Everyone is friendly. Shuttle driver was super friendly and I appreciated the lift both ways. Only downsides were that my car was not ready by 2 when I said I absolutely had to have it to go to an appt. They did get it to me by 2:15, but it just added stress to an already stressful day. All in all, good experience.
Had an issue when coming in for regular service on my brand new K5. I left the dealership with a certificate of good health and a check engine light on!? No one has followed up with me yet

Went to view truck I saw online, it was disgusting, minimal attempt to detail, online trade in value estimator is a lie. I was insulted with an offer of 4,000 under low value in todayβs market of trade in needs. purchased elsewhere and was given top dollar for my trade. Avoid this place, sneaky, lying dishonest sales staff. Worst car buying experience ever.
I cannot say enough positive comments about Bill Dodge Kia and the Service Department! Garth and Jason were incredibly knowledable, empathetic and compassionate about my motor recall. They walked me through the process at every step, helped me get into my car while it was being serviced to obtain a necessary document and even included an inspection after the initial repairs were completed! Garth also followed up and called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied even though my repairs were covered by recall. I DEFINITELY recommend Bill Dodge Kia specifically because of their professionalism and the exceptional customer service I received from Garth and his staff. They care about their customers not just the money and that is no gimmick!

Im always pleased with the service at Kia Westbrook. Its the little details that make coming in for service a breeze, such as the complimentary wash and multi-point inspection. The waiting room is clean and the free wi-fi makes it easy to get work done while Im waiting.
Not much to tell. Went to this dealer to look at a new kia. Was told by the salesman that he would email with some rough pricing and I would schedule a time to test drive. It has been 2 days now and not a word back from them. If youre not going to do something for a potential customer dont tell them you will. Shows me that you are not interested in doing business with me. Im heading for pape Subaru who not only emailed with pricing estimates they did it without even having to ask. Im tired of poorly run dealerships like yours who just shuffle me out the door. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

I brought my Kia Sorento in for recall work, the service I received was fantastic, and so friendly. My car is a used 08, but the service definitely made me ponder buying a new car at some point in the future from Bill Dodge Kia just because I was treated so well.
Have taken my Kia here a couple of times for service and have nothing but good things to say. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and easy to get ahold of if you have questions. Pricing is not exorbitant like you may expect from the dealership site and even if they were higher than going to a third party mechanic, the good experience and confidence in the work done is worth it. Iβve not been charged at all for βquick fixβ type things and service techs remember previous work done on my car. Will definitely keep bringing my car here for service.
GARTH has been patient and helpful. It did take 3 visits to figure out it was the Thermostat (which my boyfriend suggested.) But I like my KIA Soul and Bill Dodge.

This is the second time I brought my car to Bill dodge Kia in Westbrook and the second time that Iβve had a problem with it. The first time - 2020 - when they forgot to put brake fluid in my car and I was driving around with my 1 year old and the car wouldnβt stop. And this is the second time. Went to pick up car and it wouldnβt start. Wonβt be going back to the service area or buying a car from Bill dodge.

Where to start... I would like to say that by far Bill Dodge Kia was the best offered sales price I could find in Maine, NH, and MA. The dealership was immediately willing to negotiate. I felt the negotiated sales price was a great deal and they would offer home delivery of the vehicle. I was very pleased with this dealership at this point. Most of this transaction at this point took place of the dealerships chat service. The sales price was $22,135 we agreed on $22,000. Now, lets get into the negative stuff. When they offered the $22,135 I had asked for an out the door price and was quoted $24,246.82. I dont prize myself as a math wiz or anything, but it seemed a little high. The listed items in the out the door price was with $1,261.32 tax, $549.00 Doc, 18.50 inspection, $1 arbitration, $33 title, $150.00 for all weather mats, and $99 for wheel locks. The wheel locks were listed and included in the MSRP and window sticker at $60.00. The all-weather floor mats were not listed anywhere and this was a surprise as the vehicle listing displayed carpet floor mats for $135.00. I didnt ask for additional mats at a cost of $150. After some final negotiations the final out the door from the dealership was, Spoke with the Sales manager and he can do the $22,000 plus taxes and fees! Offer is good until the 20th!. I accepted the deal. I received a call from a client liaison or something like that. This individual was the contact from the dealership in order to finalize the deal and deliver the vehicle. This was the provided sales information from this liaison: MSRP: $24,600 Discount: $2,600 Sale Price: $22,000 Wheel Locks: $99 All Weather Mats: $150 Sub-Total: $22,249 Difference: $22,249 Tax: $1,253.89 Tag&Title Fees: $34 Documentation Fee: $549 Total: $24,104.39. You can see these wheel locks and all weather mats have shown back up. I asked about the wheel locks specifically and was just repeatedly told thats what they charge. I couldnt understand why I was being charged $60 on the MSPR and then another $99 making the total cost $150. We went round and round about this when it seemed so simple. He then stated that they could take them off if I liked. I sure didnt want to get into how then the dealership would owe me $60.00 because thats what was already included in the sticker price for the wheel locks. So taking them off just takes away something that was already included in the price. The vehicle had several other options that werent cherry picked to be added on again later. During later conversation about these wheel locks I believe he inadvertently disclosed that they had taken the carpet floor mats out and were no longer with the vehicle. This was very strange because in the listed MSRP (window sticker and listing) there was a charge for $135 for these carpet floor mats. These mats were replaced with the $150 all-weather mats. So I would be losing something that has a value of $135 and it was replaced with something with a value of $150. OK you might say.. The problem here is they didnt provide any credit for the $135 that was already included in the listing price, window sticker, and online listing. So now I have lost the carpet floor mats/$135 and they have charged me for all-weather floor mats/$150. These all-weather floor mats were costing me $285 when the should be $15. During this explanation he started to explain things to me in peanuts and almonds as if I was a small child. The math here is very basic and I fully understood what the problem was. I had to use his peanut and almonds to explain what I was talking about. He then stated that he can take the mats out or put the carpet mats back in the vehicle. He wanted to reschedule delivery, but would confirm that they needed to reschedule and he wanted to send me some paper work to show me what was included when they got the car. I was confused because you can see this on their online listing and window sticker. He never called back and never sent the paperwork. Waited around until 4:00 pm. Theres more to add, but Ive reached my character limit.
Fantastic experience with professional and attentive staff!! The sales girl, Aria, was the best part of the entire experience (despite her not understanding a single Game of Thrones reference, of which I made plenty). I wanted a hatchback Forte at a certain price point, and within hours I walked out with exactly that. Highly recommend Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook for your next car.
I had the BEST experience at Bill Dodge Kia today. Their whole approach is customer focused, attentive yet laid back, and thoughtful! I worked with Jim who is probably my favorite salesman ever. It was my first time buying a new car solo and he let me take my time and did not pressure me whatsoever. I also worked with the manager Andrew Whitaker who made the whole process run smoothly and totally worked with me and my budget in a kind way. Lastly, Tony in financing ended the process answering all my questions a thousand times with patience and knowledge. Thank you all! Had a routine appointment. Was greeted when I walked in. Vehicle was taken in on time and done when promised even was washed and vacuumed. This is not my first appointment here. Overall it was a pretty easy smooth purchase experience. However, I did feel as though their attention was easily averted from me. Anytime somebody walked in or phone rang I felt like I had to wait.
Very disappointed with our recent visit. After spending 3 hours there, mostly waiting around after choosing the vehicle we wanted, for the manager to come up with a price for our trade, we were told that there wasnt a finance manager in the building and they were closing in 10 minutes. They expected us to come back on Monday (almost a 2hr drive for us). We were told by the manager that he didnt want to pull a finance manager from another dealership who actually had customers. We felt like we were not valued and left. Poor attitude from the manager there. We are however very pleased with our vehicle from another dealership who did want our business. Can not and will not ever reccomend this dealership.

The service here is seriously amazing. I went in randomly because an alert showed up on my car for the engine. I was worried because it was my daughters third birthday and we were about to drive an hour for a family birthday celebration. They were busy but someone (I wish I remembered his name) came out and took a look. He added some oil (apparently I had let it go too long between changes) and made sure we were safe on the road until our appointment the following week. A nice girl who worked there even brought my birthday girl a little stuffed animal (Otto the moose). They were all so kind and got us right on our way. He didnt even charge me for his help. I cannot say enough about how awesome this place is!
Called about a Telluride sx listed on their website. Asked about price since I saw kia was offering 6 discounts from the mfg to the customer. Some were for term lease discounts and some were for return KIA customers. Sales Rep said the Telluride was going for sticker since its a hot item right now. So I asked again, so you are saying the MFG rebates and discounts dont apply? The Sales Rep said probably not because it will sell at sticker, if not for more. Then I asked if this vehicle was currently available to purchase and I was then told someone had a deposit on it.Sounded like a way to get customers to over bid each other or maybe since I questioned the price with rebates, the sales rep figured theyd make up a lie that the suv was being held, just so Id go away and then they could sell it at full sticker price without telling the potential buyer of the rebates, therefore after the sale, the dealership could apply for the rebates/discounts and keep these profits too. At this point Ive decided I will buy out of state and have the vehicle shipped to me. Still saving more than I would if I bought from this questionable dealership.
Check in was easy, what I wanted for service on line was a different package at checkout. My tires in front are a 3, if they called to tell me I would have replaced them, I drive a lot.

We are repeat customers 100% because of the Westbrook Kia Service Department. I think we have purchased six or seven Kias from this location. We cant say enough great things about all of the employees here. Everybody from the receptionists to the service writers to the mechanics work very hard to obtain complete satisfaction for their customers. They all always go way above and beyond what we expect for services from them. Joe Thibodeau has done an EXCELLENT job turning that service dept around after Steve left. Bill Dodge should feel very lucky to have him and they should be sure to do all they can to keep him! Thank you Joe for leading your team on taking very good care of us!

I called Bill Dodge Kia to see if I could have someone look at my left front tire since it randomly dropped down to 14 psi when the other tires fluctuated between 28-32 psi due to the cold weather. If I could be seen today then maybe I could have an oil change as well? My car was definitely overdue.Dispatch searched to see which service locations had openings. Our second building service location on Saunders Way is booked up today. I have a 10:30, 1:30, and 3:30 available in the third building though. I took the 10:30am slot and requested a shuttle to and from work.I arrived at the third building service location on Saunders Way at 10:20am. I walked in and the old Service Manager, JT, was sitting at a desk. I was told, with annoyance, I couldnt be helped at that location today, and hes been overbooked by Dispatch lately. He asked if all I needed was an oil change and I informed him I had a flat tire as well. It was repeated that I could absolutely not be seen in that building and to go next door.Irritated, I drove to the second building service location. I walked in and Bob at the service desk looked confused. He asked how I could be helped. I told him the situation that just occurred. He seemed extremely insulted and apologized profusely. Bob dropped what he was doing and entered me in the system immediately even though they were booked at that timeframe as well. He provided the most excellent customer service. He assured my car and I would be taken care of. He also provided what the individual costs could be. He noticed I needed and encouraged a tire rotation and balance. I thanked him for his genuine assistance and waited in the waiting room for the shuttle. Unfortunately, I waited over 30 min for the shuttle...The shuttle picked me up at Bobs said time my car would be ready. I arrived at the second building service location on Saunders Way and my car was clean and waiting to leave. Bob greeted me with enthusiasm and proceeded to go over the details of the visit. The total came to around $100. I remembered that I still had a Free oil change, tire rotation, and balance handwritten on the back of the old Service Managers business card from a prior time when I was treated poorly. Bob validated the card and stapled it to the paperwork. I only owed $25 for the plug for my tire. Bob thanked me for being kind to him despite how I was treated earlier and he apologized again for it. I told him I would not hold it against him as he provided the utmost, respectful, genuine customer service anyone there has ever provided. He then admitted he was new... That service location needs more employees like Robert Lawler. I hope he is not driven out...
