These guys are great. They are straight with you when you need to prioritize cost and treat everyone the same regardless of whether you are bring in a Porche, a beater or anything in between. They value you and your business. I have been taking cars here a few years now for maintenance (and on the old car to keep it safe) and will continue doing so.

I had issues with my ABS sign coming on. I called Real Auto Haus shop and they were able to bring my car in that day! Not only do they e-mail you(with pictures and explanations) and text you as to whats going on with your car, they give you a ride to and back from the shop! (I live 10 minutes away) They were extremely helpful! They got the job done within a day even being 1 mechanic short. The driver who came to pick me up and drop me off was always on time and very professional! I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! I know where I will be taking my car in if I ever have issues again. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough great comments about Real Autohaus Automotive! We brought the car to them with problems that made the car dangerous to drive and they fixed it and worked with the warranty department and had the car back to us in a reasonable amount of time! Real Autohaus has always fairly quoted me the cost of the repairs needed for my car and has kept me up to date on the progress of my cars. They are my go-to auto repair shop for all my cars.

All the folks at AutoHaus are wonderful especially Mark. He patiently explains the reason something needs repair. The shop guys take picture and give detailed summaries. I love that they pace the repair jobs so it doesn’t break the bank. And the ease of the website platform they use to authorize jobs is super user friendly! I highly recommend using this shop for all your auto repair needs. Can’t say enough about these folks.

It wasn’t ready when promised. There are fees for general items that sound like use of using the garage on top of all other charges. The check engine light came on five days after getting car back. There are cool things about the place including very friendly staff and nice text communication and easy online approval of work form.

My check engine light went up and I came here because I was in hurry. The mechanic came out to a parking lot (didnt take my car to garage), attached the ODBC reader and read the code. He said that it is probably the fuel cap is not sitting tight (or otherwise the entire fuel system is totally broken). I opened up and tighten the cap myself, the mechanic reset the code. The whole process took us about 3-5 minutes. When we came into the shop, I got a bill of $65!! Literally, $65 for reading and resetting the check engine code. Something that AutoZone does it free for you. I asked them to perform whats written in the bill, because there was listed a 30 minutes inspections, modules scan, etc. I am not sure they did whats promised but at least they took my car inside the garage. Initially they didnt plan do it at all as they were ready to check me out at the counter. We ended up replacing a serpentine belt for $165 (just for sake of doing something) and they waved the $65 for me.Totally UNFAIR and UNREASONABLE shop!!! DONT RECOMMEND

The team at Real Autohaus went above and beyond when I called the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend asking about availability for a PPI on a car I was looking at. Despite being very busy, they were able to get it done the next day. The online report format they use is great and the information provided was very thorough. I am located on the west coast and to me the fact that they went out of their way to help someone who had no chance of becoming a regular customer speaks volumes. Thanks again!

Highly recommend, excellent customer service! The battery in my car died and they were able to fix it the same day. They stayed late on a Friday to finish so I would have a car for the weekend and my kids and I wouldn’t be stranded. When it was done they came to pick me up free of charge. They also had a deal going that I didn’t know about and offered me a discount. Will definitely go back for whenever my car needs to be serviced.

Very professional and transparent service with reasonable price. I came in for a battery service + 30k mile maintenance and Mark has been keeping me updated throughout the process with everything well informed. Inspection results are delivered through a web portal, and it was on the same portal where you can approve/disapprove the service items they suggest. While I disapproved one or two items that I felt were not needed, they didnt try to solicit me or to change my mind, which is one of the merits that made me feel very comfortable and easy. Pity that Ill be moving away from IL soon but Id certainly recommend them to people I know!

The service was great but the mechanic that serviced my vehicle left my seats and floor mats full of grease. He could have at least covered them before doing the service.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and asked how I was doing. I find it incredible that this simple act of greeting customers is not widely followed.They used an app to send images and details of my repairs and followed up with any questions I had promptly. It was a super smooth and convenient process and will be taking my car back whenever I need additional repairs. My old mechanic closed down and Im actually much happier here and should have came here for repairs earlier!

These guys are very easy to work with and have very reasonable rates. I needed to get the engine cover replaced on the underside of my S5 as part of why I brought it in. I had forgotten that I had a couple of the pieces at the house. Not only did they send back the new parts they had ordered, they came out to my house to pick them up and removed about $600 from the invoice. Amazing service and everything was done CRAZY fast. They are also in constant communication with you via their electronic service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The guys have changed leaking and rusted brake lines on my 02 Mercedes ml320. The quality of repair is quite good. Price is little too high. They had a shortcut that time so my car spent in service the whole week.

I had been neglecting getting an oil change for SO long because of my hectic schedule. I stumbled upon Real Autohaus by accident when the auto shop next door had too long of a wait. Mark (the manager I believe) explained the differences in each oil change option. He broke down the prices for me. He was kind, personable, and understanding to my situation. The mechanic was also super polite and friendly. They did a free inspection on my vehicle and gave me a print out that outlined maintenance I would need in the future. Incredible place, professional, great pricing, staff call and explain everything. Staff explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and actually showed me on my vehicle. The shop offered to shuttle ride me back home at no cost or an Uber. I was very satisfied by the work.

First time coming here, my car wouldn’t start ( Kia Soul) and was overdue for some other maintenance. I am not a car guy so I’m never really sure if I’m getting a good deal or not. But what I can say is Mark (maybe Mike? Sorry!)and his team were very friendly and transparent with pictures and texts to keep me in the loop so I could decide what to get done. I felt so good with how they went about everything that I had them do everything they felt should be done.They let me know they use the correct factory parts for my car so there wouldn’t be much money saved there, but honestly I don’t care if it means getting the job done right. They also have a 3 year warranty on all their work! I don’t think I’ve ever had a mechanic tell me that.Lastly my car needed some body work so they referred me to a place that also did great work for me. So thanks for everything... I’ll be back with my wife’s car soon!

Went in because I needed my power steering fluid changed, and it was on eof the best autoshop experiences ever! I walked in to a friendly greeting and told them what I needed done, then they started working on my vehicle almost immediately! They texted me exactly what work was going to be preformed and you approve it right from your phone. Its not the cheapest place but its worth it.

My friend had found Real Autohaus just by searching for top-rated shops in the area and their 4.9 caught his attention. He was extremely happy with the service so when I had to deal with a minor issue on my car I took it to them.Scheduling was fast, they keep you updated via text and their web portal makes life much easier. On top of everything they charged me $120 for a service that my dealership had quoted me $550 for the EXACT same service. I will definitely take my car only to Real Autohaus from now on.

Ive been taking our 2014 Audi A6 to Real Autohaus - Westmont for all repair and maintenance since the manufacturers warranty expired. I find them to be a pleasure to work with in all respects. Filipino-owned auto shop! Went in for a Courtesy Inspection for a recently purchased used vehicle. Once the service was done, they gave me a list of recommended maintenance services and fees, and were super helpful with my newbie car owner questions. The walk-in space smells SO GOOD and I was all about their 90s RnB playlist.

I real like thise guys. They are knowledgeable. I have anold but looks new Honda Pilot 2011 and have keenly taken the advice they give me and am confident I will still run that Honda for sometime because I love it.

I bought a used car and usually use their pre-purchase check. First car I looked at they told me about had issues that changed my mind. Second car I already purchased i brought for full check. They were upfront and actually cheaper then what I looked up for repairs. Also found out later that car I passed on had to have major repairs, they saved me THOUSANDS. I recommend them and have used their services for generations( my father went there and now me and my siblings).

That said Im not completely sure how it goes at the shops, but I will say make an appointment. I brought my car in I guess as a walk in at something after 9a. Was told it would be an hour or two before my vehicle would get in. Didnt get the call to come get it after only an inspection to mitigate some concerns I was having until after 4p. Theyre popular.

Made an appointment two days in advance, asked when I can come and have service done on my Mercedes. They said Friday 12pm. I came at 11.55am and got “you can leave car here until end of the day or you can come the other day” (?!). I said I have an appointment for 12pm, guy at counter said he has 3 cars before mine and two already in shop. When I asked what’s the point of appointment (I was fine coming next week even, not in the rush) then he said and I quote “I can schedule you service for another day, we don’t have what you need in stock, your car is a luxury car”.. you don’t have synthetic oil in stock?!?I just left. Highly doubt these are organic reviews. Very unpleasant experience and waste of time.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency! I called about a leak happening from somewhere under the engine of my Honda minivan. I suspected it was related to the air conditioner condensation, but was not sure. The employee over the phone agreed with me, but felt better having me come in and get it checked out, free of charge. The visit was quick, the staff was friendly, and as promised, there was been no charge for it. They even followed up with a text message several days later to make sure that everything was still OK. Great service, and I plan to bring my car back there when we have the need.

Tristian and his team have been working on 2 my cars for the last 3 years. They have serviced and maintained my 04 Subaru Forester and my 04 Honda Pilot, both vehicles are high mileage. The team will make sure that your vehicle is repaired properly the first time, and they go out of their way to make sure you understand what is being repaired on vehicle. The team has never pressured me into services that are not necessary. I recently purchased a 2013 Scion FRS with several performance modifications, I trust this team so much, that they will be servicing this vehicle for regular maintenance and any future performance modifications.Update: Just Purchased a 2012 Subaru WRX in March of 2016, Guess whos already completing my maintenance and performance installations on that Vehicle. Five stars for Real Autohaus in Westmont. They serviced my Mini and Honda this week. Work included oil and brake fluid changes and new brake pads and rotors for my Mini, and diagnosing and fixing a starter problem with my old Honda. Prices were reasonable, especially compared to dealer rates, and the people were nice and able to clearly explain any issues they found. I will definitely return, but hopefully not soon.

Wanted to get a vehicle inspected from out of town and Real Autohaus was incredibly accommodating. Pre-purchase inspection was $125 and they did a thorough inspection. I was provided with an electronic copy of the inspection and Trevor called me to go over the results. I was nervous to go to a mechanic I had never visited but I was very impressed, especially considering the fact that I was not present for the inspection. I will definitely send any other inspections their way!
