Jimmy Milano performed admirably as a customer service representative. He kept me updated and showed initiative in getting my car the repairs it needed. It was the mechanics though who showed professionalism and initiative to track a part down from their sister service shop to get my car road ready when part shipments were delayed.This Tesla branch is a great example for all other Tesla service centers and service centers in general!

Fair warning, this service center is full of cons. Made an appointment to replace a stress cracked windshield with zero evidence of rock chips. The service rep took a pen and gouged it into the crack creating a tiny surface chip which he said was enough evidence for Tesla to not replace the windshield under warranty. When I called him out he got rude with me. Im canceling all future Tesla orders. Theyre horrible service department is enough to make me never want to deal with the brand again. Very disappointed.

Have tried to contact them multiple times to get my full self driving CPU installed which I purchased two months ago. Could not reach them and left messages only with no response. Now I see they removed the phone number from the Google Maps listing.
