I appreciate the express service, but also that they have a shop where they can assist with other car issues. I went to express oil change an tire engineer on 9/2/2020 I paid 1,860.00.... for work to get done on my car... on 1/20/2021 I went back to get more work done on my car the next day my car started asking funny and the same lights came back on that I paid 203.00 for Jerome to fit... my the car wouldnt start up. I called and text Jerome and told him about the problems I was having he said take it back to the shop I told him I couldnt make it because the car isnt running... so I called a Mechanic to come out and look at what was going on... when he looked under the hood he said no work had been tooken care of. I took it around the corner the a car repair shop once they got it to run .he told me no work has been done under my hood.... so I have paid Jerome 2200.00 for nothing he over charge me on a lot of thing n to top it off he didnt do the work he charge me over 2200.00 to fit. I have missed out on work because I was using my car to get around and to make money.... if any women or man is reading this Especially women who goes out here alone to the shops looking to get the work done the right way please be careful and dont trust Jerome he is not someone who is Delivering the services he is so called providing.. please, please dont go. Because once I put Jerome on notice that I knew that he was mess over me.. his words were (Do What You Need To Do). So im filing a complaint And also reaching out to you all. We as people are having hard time so when we are spending our hard owned money we are expecting to receive the work we are paying for and Jerome shop can not Guarantee that.im taken it to a shop today and ill have more videos of the work he said he has done but hasnt..... Im back i paid 775.00 for the same work I paid Jerome for and I paid 125.for a tow to get the the shop, I missed money for work becauseI didnt have a car. And Jerome fill he dont own me anything.... thats not fair to get paid for work u didnt do. I need a full refund..I see that they are lies as well cool n bringing up thing that has nothing to do with my car bring fixed... I paid Jerome back every dime of that 1000.000.... i gave him 1100.00 that day when I picked up my car and pais cash, Jerome nephew short dark skin with dreads Saw everything. but it still doesnt excuse the work u didnt do that I paid 2200.00 for now please explain that... and to try and make it like im lying well Receipts and videos dont lie.so try and make up a lies for my proof that I have......this is not ur first time getting over on women coming to ur shop but Im going to make sure its the last. The service manager, Jerome, and all the other employees at this location are detail-oriented and very pleasant to work with. They make gentle recommendations for services that need to be completed. Ive done several oil changes through them as well as a cabin air filter change (mine was very dirty) and a fuel system cleaning (a worthwhile service every 3 years or so, not their recommended 15k miles).Will definitely be back.

So how do you know when youve gone to a good auto shop? When you go to get an oil change and they check it, then tell you that they will change at your request, but will also you that you can get an extra 1000 miles out of your current oil life, thats how. I dont know many places that would do that!So I decided to wait until it was time to get the oil changed and make no mistake about it, these guys are lightning fast! On top of that, they replenished the wiper fluid and informed me on the status of my vehicle. Yep, these guys will look at your vehicle and diagnose it, without trying to persuade and push you into getting further work done. This lets me know that only in an emergency would they recommend a repair. Prices are on par with what you would get at any other shop, but these guys go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. This one surely was. They are located in Westmont and you should go check them out!

I brought my car here today and was treated so kindly by two men - one of which was Mark. They were efficient, nice, and made me feel very comfortable. I needed an oil change, a taillight replaced, and new wipers. They explained things well. Very professional. I will definitely be back!!

The mechanics were so polite and courteous. The service to change the oil, new wipers, and fix a brake light took less than 20 mins. I called about 40 minutes to Express closing hoping to schedule an oil change for the following day. The gentleman i spoke with was so nice and let me come in that evening 15 minutes before close to service my vehicle. It was the easiest and most efficient process i have experience by a service provider. I pulled right into the garage and didnt even have to leave my car while they changed my oil. The gentleman servicing my vehicle were so nice and efficient keeping me informed of what they were checking, what was recommended and even went as far as to test my horn, blinkers, lights, the little things i havent been asked to test with previous service providers. The whole thing was only about 10 minutes. Upon leaving they even apologized for my wait! Like what wait?! Definitely will be utilizing again!

I had an amazing experience while working with the gentleman who work at this location. I got the location at 7:30 am knowing that they didnt open till 8am but the gentleman that was working that morning took me early and had me out before 8am. He was respectful and very thoughtful.It was cool outside so he allowed me to sit inside the waiting area till he and his partner were done working on my car. The gentleman working took the extra step to call over to Just Tires and see if my tire rotation would be free since I got my tires from them. I would recommend this to call my girlfriends because they gave me all the information and didnt make me feel like I had no idea what I was doing. Amazing company to work with and super easy and fast services.

Mark and Tom took care of my 2015 Kia today and they were very professional. Have you ever been to an oil change place that tells you your oil actually still looks fine and could go another 1000 miles? I definitely haven’t haha so anyways they are definitely looking out for the customers and not just the money. Plus it was the quickest oil change I have EVER had seriously. I had to leave a tip.

*Review for oil change service ONLY*Ive been to this location a few times; all were good experiences. They have four open garage bays to drive into which aligns your vehicle over another bay where a tech can service the vehicle from underneath without the need to lift it. This is perfect for older or very rusty cars or trucks.Upon entering the locations lot, a tech waves you into a bay and directs you where to drive and stop. You then sit in your car and wait. The tech up top entered info into a computer as another tech drains the oil and replaces the oil filter. They both checked other various fluids and parts during the service like checked/filled tires, washed windows, and gave it a minor inspection while the top tech gave me details and told me what they were doing theentire visit. Pretty thorough for just an oil change.Altogether the whole service was completed in about 10-12 minutes and on completion they printed a detailed report about my vehicle and the service done. Both techs were very friendly and did an excellent job. I can and do do my own oil when Im able to but theres just sometimes you cant.. This place is my go-to for when I cant and for under $40(plus tip)! Ill definitely be back again!

Since moving to the area maybe 4 years ago Ive been to just about every oil change place around here. Hadnt tried this place until today. Other places either required an appointment or would tell me it would be ready in a couple hours. No thanks! I stopped in to Express Oil for a quick oil change. They were quick and really nice guys. What I appreciated was they didnt try to get me to upgrade anything or get anything else added on. No need for an appointment. Im going to keep going there! I finally found a place around here that checks all the boxes. (Also my low tire pressure light was on because it got cold and Ive been too lazy to stop anywhere for it, and when I got in my car after the oil change, the light was off. So they must have put some air in for me which is so unexpected and awesome!)

If youre unlucky enough to need work done on your car, your luck has changed if you go to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. When my 2005 Mazda died in the middle of the highway, I got a tow to the business after hours. The tow truck driver couldnt recommend Jerome enough-- he even took my key and safely deposited it inside. When my Lyft came to pick me up and take me home, the driver said-- youre in good hands with Jerome, this guy is the man! Jerome cares deeply about his work and truly wants the best for every customer. He worked hard on my Mazda and was completely transparent about cost, labor and what needs to happen. Jerome has so much integrity-- that when the costs to repair the car cost more than the value of the car itself, he called me and coached me through selling options. His rates were extremely fair, super transparent and ultimately-- kind to the customer. He helped me through a really hard time. If you need work done on your car... go no further. This is the place!

Took my mazda 6 09 in on Feb 2019 and they did great work on it, changed the oil, flush the transmission and coolant, replaced the spark plugs, brake pads and rotors. I think they did a great job, i havent had any issues, my car runs smooth still. I dropped off my car in the morning (i work near by) and Jerome kept me posted on the status of the work. Great customer service, i feel comfortable coming here, I felt they were honest and were not ripping me off. I definitely will be coming back!

Everyone was very nice and seemed to know cars and their needs very well. But tbh... I don’t know much about cars... so it’s pretty easy to impress me😅Overall I still would recommend this place due to its convenience and speed.

First - this rating is not on their level of service but their covid prevention. Their service is top notch and always satisfied with their fast work and care and consideration around the car. Im more bothered and upset at the level of care around customers when Covid is getting more rampant. Only one person in the shop had a mask on in the shop and the non-masked gentlemen kept talking to me within 2 feet without a mask on. Extremely upset at this. I understand that its hot outside and that you are working through the heat and sweat, but if you are going to talk to a customer, have the decency to put on a quick mask before talking. So disappointed - would have turned away if I could if they hadnt already gotten my car into the bay and oil drained.

I saw a ladies day where you get $10 off on (Tuesday ) so naturally I wanted to try the place out little did I know they would be my go-to for the rest of the year and almost 2. Ive taken four (4) vehicles to this location. My services ranged from oil changes, engine belt and tension replacement, to wheel bearing replacement. I do most of my car work myself and I only take my vehicles to a mechanic for one of two reasons. Either the work that needs to be done requires more specialized tools, or Im just short on time (like when I need my oil changed). So, I feel confident in saying that I know more than enough about cars, maintaining them, how they work, and dealing with mechanic shops for car repair.This place was professional, knowledgeable, and one of the most neatly kept mechanic shops Ive seen. Not only do the mechanics competently explain the issue, I can tell that they properly troubleshoot the issue. My last visit I was greeted by the Operations Manager, Jerome. As always, my service was great, the staff was great, and my vehicles are doing just fine. Ive come to expect this from this location and Ill continue to go back.

My rental car had a flat tire and no jack was in the vehicle. I pulled into Express Oil and they quickly lifted the truck, put on the spare tire and made sure it was secured, inflated and ready to go in about 15 min. the issue was the nail was too close to the shoulder of the tire so they could not put a patch on it without the risk of it not working as intended. They recognized I was on my way to an appointment, got me going quickly and were very professional & courteous. Great service, would recommend to anyone!

I was able to make an appointment online for an oil and tire change. The staff was helpful and friendly, and communicated with me throughout the process about what was needed, what I wanted them to do, and what my options were. They changed two tires, rotated them all, did an alignment, an oil change, and replaced two filthy filters in about an hour. Ill go back.

Since I drive a lot I am always in need of an oil change and I always come here for it! They’re always super friendly, helpful and the service is quick. They let you know what you need done but never pressure you, which is nice just to know. When I come in they know who I am even with all their service they get which makes me feel welcomed! I suggest you to come here they’re great! Also right when I pull in they are quick to come to the car and they allow me to sit in my car while I get an oil change which is a total bonus for me!

Truly the fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I was a little over due - so I needed an oil change, air in my tires due to this crazy cold weather and a new air filter. I never felt like I was being over sold any services I didn’t need - which other oil change companies are definitely guilty of. Staff was super helpful and nice and I was legit out within 10 minutes. I Waited Less Than 5 Minutes Before I Pulled In For The Oil Change. I Was Greeted Then They Guys Got To Work. They Washed The Windows, Put Air In The Tires & Topped Off Fluids On Top Of My Oil Change. Jerome was amazing! He saw that I was waiting in line (after they got a rush of people) and made sure I was seen ASAP. He was fast and efficient. He made great recommendations on my filters and didn’t make me pay for a service I didn’t need. He also got me $10 off!

Staff was very knowledgeable and professional! They were very quick with their work, and the jobs they performed were priced fairly! Aleks was my mechanic, and he made sure to explain what was going on with my car as well as give me a good recommendation as to what to do about it! 10/10 would come back!

Ive never been to a place where the mechanics actually care about your safety of driving the car. I recently damaged my car to the point where I had to junk it! The men were extremely concerned about me trying to drive home they allowed me to store my car there and gave me a ride home. I was totally shocked about how honest and caring they were. Which is very rare with mechanics because most only care about money and not your safety. As well as the quality of their work and customer service. Overall, thank you so much Jerome, Alex, and the rest of crew for taking care of me. I will never forget it 🤗😘😘

All the techs there are genuinely nice and very knowledgeable. They dont try to pressure you into anything you dont need and their pricing is reasonable for the area. Jerome is the best!

Came here after Jiffy Lubes poor service, these guys you can trust and are OK with you watching them work on your car. Techs are clean uniforms are clean. Shop is also very very clean. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else from now on. Oh also wanted to note that they didnt get grease, dirt or grime in my white interior. These guys are the best.

I have been taking my cars to Express Oil Change for almost a year now, I always enjoy fast service and reasonable quotes. Today Tom changed my Suburbans oil and notified me of several upcoming service needs. He worked quickly and was concise in letting me know what needed attention in the near future. I was there less than 15 minutes in total.
