I had a loose heat shield on my car a few years ago. They wanted me to pay for a whole new part plus the repairs, which would have been several hundred dollars. I asked if they could just reattach the heat shield so it wouldnt be loose, and they guy said yes, but seriously tried to talk me into overpaying for the extra part and extra labor. Ultimately he said they could reattach it, but he tried to make it sound like it could come loose at any moment again.Despite the fact that he made it sound like he had no confidence in their work, and that reattaching the existing heat shield could fail at any moment, it held up for over 2 years. When it came loose again (this last week), I brought it to my new mechanic. He said the heat shield was still in great shape, and it would be no problem whatsoever to reattach it. My new mechanic ended up charging me $25, took less than 20 minutes, and didnt try to swindle me by telling me I had to order new parts or any nonsense like that.Long story short, these guys will try to take advantage of you by telling you need extra work done that you dont actually need, or that you need new parts when you most certainly dont. Find yourself a trustworthy mechanic that will fix your car without trying to take advantage of you.

Made an appointment, pulled up and got my oil changed quickly. Waited about 90 minutes, and received good service. Full synthetic oil change 50 bucks.

First time there, worest experience ever, i have maintenance toyota plan, they took my vehicle fo 1 hour, so after thet JOHN told me that they didnt change oil on my car.. becouse i had more miles to drive.. They didnt do anything on my car becouse i have Maintenance plan and it will cover payments all service in their shop.. they dont want to deal with it..FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Oakbrook Toyota recently. I was contacted by Mr. Anthony Kelly, who promptly addressed the problem and resolved the issue. Mr. Nate, the service manager was a great help. Thanks to these two knowledgeable and caring professionals, my faith has been restored in Oakbrook Toyota Service Center. Thanks guys. I had a problem with my Toyota Sienna and quickly brought it in. Leon reviewed it and discovered it was the transmission, liceity-split, he called on my warranty and had answers for me before I had time to ask them. Leon had all issues resolved quickly and efficiently. My Sienna now purrs like a kitten and runs like a dream! Thank you Leon for such wonderful and professional service!!

Set an appointment for an oil change at 5 expected to be out within the hour as they do not offer car wash with service to my knowledge. Oil change took 2 plus hours (what was the point of making an appointment). after oil change was completed. I paid and was handed my keys only to have to find my car in their lot. Secondly once I found my car I was going over the review of recommendation only to notice that the oil change sticker had not been replaced.Service was courteous but the if you’re expecting quick service go elsewhere appointments are not honored.

I have bad experience based on how they treat people . I did use this facility many times before and provided them with positive reviews but now its a completely different place. I stop by on Monday around 10:30 am and the place was slightly busy so they told me that I have to wait at least 2 hours (just oil change ) or come back next day early in the morning so I left and decided to come another day .Today I was trying again at 8:30 am and MARIO told me that I have to wait at least 2 1/2 hours. I was inside of the shop, and there were only 3 other vehicles ahead of me. So I ask why its going to take so long (only usually an hour and a half) so he started to argue with me and tried to lecture me about how to do business. Im sure if this was a few thousand dollar repair theyd put me at the top of the list, but because its only an oil change, or maybe a personal issue, they added more time to stop me from staying and get me to leave. Thats fine with me, I will never go back again.

I was initially suspicious of buying a used car from a dealership. Id heard about the tricks used, promises never kept, etc. But after talking to Mustafa at Oak Brook Toyota, I changed my mind. His openness and eagerness to show me what I wanted, without pressure or even a suggestion, other than a test drive, made me a believer. I ended up buying a Toyota Sienna that same day for a price lower than any I had found, anywhere (unless I was willing to travel more than 400 miles)!Great vehicle, good people (including the Sales Manager, believe it or not). And I had enough money left over for a nice lunch!

Came in for an oil change with a coupon. First the wanted to charge me 93 dollars for an oil change because they “forgot” I had the coupon for a 40 dollar oil change. My front brakes also needed to be replaced (rotors and pads), and they wanted to charge me 300 dollars just for the labor alone with the total quote being 600 dollars. That’s ridiculous for new brakes. Do your research and shop around if your car needs service. Took the car to a different shop and was out the door for under 400 with a lifetime warranty.

From the booking of an appointment through the service, I was very impressed. They explained their services well and were super personable. I spoke with another customer who says she is a regular there and they are super honest and reliable. I will certainly be back!

I wanted an special edition Tundra Trd Pro, Alex was able to procure it within a day. And Joe Perry in finance worked really hard to get me the best rates. It took Leas then 30 mins from walking into the dealership to doing paperwork with Joe Perry and driving out. Amazing, fast and extremely professional service. Thank you Alex, Joe and Mr Dwyer.

Do not go here. Find another Toyota dealer!Brought in my Tacoma Truck for check engine light/exhaust work.They fixed problem for $600. Driving home, I read receipt which said truck had severe frame rust and was unsafe to drive.I went back to Toyota. I had to go in and ask why this wasnt pointed out to me. They were very flippant and said they forgot. Then they callously said I needed to buy a new truck. Of course I was still stuck paying the $600 for the repair. They found the problem after the fact.Poor service. Poor customer interaction. Poor product. I am done with Oakbrook Toyota.

My wife and I had an horrible horrible horrible experience at this dealership. We looked at a used 2018 van there were many things broken and also deep scratches in the interior was all scratched and overall in poor shape. It was also missing many key features that were advertised online. Our salesman Daniel was even concerned, so he brought out the manager Adam. He observed all the issues and told us I can have it cleaned and give you a tank of gas TAKE OT OR LEAVE IT, its as is. We told him we were very unhappy after driving over an hour to his dealership and having to get a babysitter for our three kids to schedule this meeting. Overall this is a terrible place and our experience was again just horrible. We will remember the name of this place for all the wrong reasons, and tell everyone we meet to steer clear.
