Well, I was looking for a deal on a phone since I have been a loyal Tmobile customer for quite some time, i figured I will call and ask, but when someone just answers the phone with no interest in helping you out, then its not even worth going in. Also, the employee calls back to tell me that he answered my questions and thats all he had to do instead of engaging the costumer. I will not go there. Thanks for the call back and rudeness though.

We have always been skeptical of smaller retailers stores we always go to corporate stores but never enjoy the service since it feels like you are walking into a car dealership. We are so happy to have visited this store. The staff so knowledgeable! And the customer service was very very good! We Will be coming here from now on.

Horrible costumer service, they have NO idea what they are doing, give wrong information, waste my time as I had to go multiple times trying to get fixed something they messed up.. never again. Avoid at all cost.

Worst customer service I have ever had, associate did not want to help with questions that I had about switching to another phone and was very rude about it. Will not be going into that t-mobile store again to purchase anything

I dont usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to say that the Customer Service at this Weston, FL location was EXCEPTIONAL !I was fortunate to have worked with a very nice young man by the name of Diego. He was patient, professional, and quite knowledgeable.My phone had died over the weekend, and T-Mobiles Customer Care # sent me a new phone to the store in just 2 days (thankfully my warranty was still active).When I picked up the phone it was close to closing time. I explained to Diego that I was technically challenged and would need help setting up the new device. He told me not to worry, and made sure that everything was in order before I left the store. I am so very grateful for his kindness !I hope his Manager reads this review and gives Diego a well-deserved bonus ! This is what EXCELLENT customer service looks like.Dios lo bendiga, Diego. I regularly pay my bill at this location and I usually have to wait some time to be taken care of. However, I went in recently and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was acknowledged and taken care of faster than any of my other visits. The customer service was professional and they taught me how to pay my bill online and through the app. I highly recommend this location!

Went in to ask some basic questions about service and wound up switching all my lines to T-Mobile the same day. The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough and took time to explain all the options. Very happy that I chose this store to visit!

Very helpful staff. The store felt very welcoming in contrast to some other stores I’ve been to. Gentlemen named Ale I believe, was incredibly patient and kind. I believe there should be credit where credit is due, very good store. I’ll be coming back here in the future.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. The store is not able to solve the simplest problems, except sell you stuff. All they do is refer you to the T-Mobile toll-free number and they don’t even make the call themselves…useless and impolite.

Best place to get your phones. All the staff especially Angel were very helpful making our transition from Verizon to T-Mobile very smoothly.

I called asking for a replacement phone service following as directed by customer care at 611, explained everything to “Lez or Liz” and her answer was totally unexpected “ you have to go to a corporate store because they have better info on everything”... i mean REALLY!!! there’s a gigantic sign at ur store that says T-MOBILE, I replied to her so basically what you’re saying is that you don’t have enough access through your system in your store and once again she answered yes, coincidentally her store closed at five on Sundays and I called at 4:15. What a poor answer from Tmobile employee to a 12 year loyal client. Just unreal.

This store has everything you need. A ton of options for phone cases, headphones, chargers etc. The staff here is extremely friendly and they are always extremely efficient in getting you taken care of.

Native Sun, A Gem in the Ocean. All Appt; face to the beach so you have a great view to wake up to. Check-in easy & fast Micheal was waiting for us . We were on the 4th floor & a great view we enjoyed the large balcony. Room perfect & very clean, good house keeping & we appreciate it. Ladies on the front desk, very friendly & hospitable & good fun. Pull yr sunlounger to the seas edge & enjoy yr beach day. Wish we could have stayed longer. Always nx year...

Worst T Mobile I have ever seen, I got there at 2:46 and they told me to wait a little bit, so I was waiting and no one helped me, at 3:50 I decided to leave the store because no one had said a single word to me, and no one helped me. I’m never coming back.

I have never entered a premises with officials so alien to the concept of customer service. I was standing with my son for about 20 minutes.
