We have had Cellcom for around 14 years now and I know we pay more for them but the quality of their customer service has always been excellent! Ive never had a bad experience with ANY of their reps in the store or on the phone but I have to give Matthew and Christian a shout out at the Weston store because they have both helped me multiple times and they totally act so caring of our concerns and take care of us immediately! They also show concern about our billing and check to make sure we are on the correct plan that suits us best. Thank you Cellcom - nice job!

Walked in while my old phone was literally bleeding from the inside. The employees were more than helpful. Even after my old phones screen was beyond repair, several employees came to help.*Edit* Terribly sorry about the lack clarity of my review. I came in with a broken phone and after purchasing a new one, the employees did everything they could try to save my old one. I believe it was Doug who helped me from start to finish!!!

Just purchased a new phone. Guy was very helpful. In and out fast. Been with this carrier for years. We always buy our phones outright! Great service and plans for us. 2 lines 3 gigs each unlimited talk and text 35 bucks a month for each line. Very happy with our plan and coverage..

ALWAYS treat me right

I received real good customer service here. I went while they were running a promotional deal, and when I got there the product options were slim pickings. That being said, I DIDNT make it to their store until about 2 days before their promotional deal ended. So theres definitely some blame for that that I have to own. My wife and I have been using Cellcom for about 5-6 years now, going to the same store as well, and well continue to for years to come.

Ive been a Cellcom customer for 20 years. I love the service. However, the boy I dealt with this morning is not customer service oriented. Im an old guy, the boy thought I was technology ignorant. His mistake.
