Avoid this store! This is not an ATT store! They are an dealer of ATT services! So they are not held to the corporate standards of a corporate ATT store. The tall, overweight light skinned Latin guy will talk down to you and only sell you stuff he gets paid highest commission on. Furthermore, he will not set up your wireless services correctly and you will end up having to go to a ATT corporate store so they can fix your account. This place should be closed down.

Went to trade in my phone for the new iPhone 12 and Amar was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. I would recommend coming here as the customer service is very personal and efficient!

The sales attendant was blatantly rude to me as I was trying to upgrade two iPhones on my existing plan. After a rude and condescending introduction he processed my information in absolute silence while he checked the time about 5x and sighed. He offered no information about the new phones and practically threw them at me as I walked out.

Bad attention from agent Richard, I own more than 18 telephone lines and my intention was to have the support of linking an Apple Watch to one of my lines ... the agent with a bad temper tried it badly and his response was ... call customer service .. I told him if he could help me and his answer was… I AM NOT CUSTOMER SERVICES…. I am here to sell not to solve that.
