I was one of the people in line on Friday for the ps5. The staff was outright AMAZING! Each one of them. Polite, professional & extremely patient. Even though the system wouldnt come back online for me, these young men were great! Looking forward to seeing them all often.

I don’t know who was working at Jan 01 2021 at 1:00pm but I most say that employee needs customer service training. We have had order something back in December 2020 and even tho the wait for the item was not his fault, he wouldn’t even check on the computer for updates.. all he had to do was to put my number in the computer but he insisted non of the order were processed that day so he didn’t know. Had to sit there and tell the guy to just put the number in the computer 100 times..
Employees here are great, I would buy from this GameStop solely upon their amazing customer service, but their manager Luis or whatever his name is, total scum bag. Rude, ignores you, doesn’t know customer service if it hit him on the face.

Im very disappointed with the experience I had at this store today. I went to the store to use a $5 rewards coupon my father had on his loyalty account. After waiting in a slow line I went to an associate named Luis. I didnt think much of it since it was simple, one item transaction, but he seemed very cold and uninterested. I asked him if I could use the coupon on a gift card purchase and he responded yes. I asked to buy a $20 Nintendo e-Shop gift card so that I could buy more games on my Switch console. I even pointed to one that was hanging on the wall. He rang me up and finished the transaction. The total was $14.99 (with $5 from the coupon). But as I was sitting in the car I realized he had rang me up for a 12 month membership service with Nintendo. I went back into the store but he wasnt there. An associate named Nicolas helped me out. Nicolas was very nice and eager to help me out. I pointed out the error and asked if I could do an exchange. He rang me up for a $20 Nintendo e-Shop gift card and gave me a $14.99 refund for the incorrect item that would go toward the new card and then asked that I pay the difference $5.01. I didnt realize till after the transaction that I had just paid $20 and had not received the $5 off. At this point Luis, the original associate, had come back from the break room. Luis came back with a bad attitude and was wearing his mask as a chinstrap instead of using it to cover his face to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I was very uncomfortable and made sure to maintain social distancing. I then asked why I didnt have an even exchange. Why wasnt my $5 coupon applied to this payment? Luis then spoke to me with a rude tone and said you can only use a coupon once. I explained to him that the items were the same price and that I had asked him for an e-Shop gift card, not a membership. He then decided to argue with me instead of owning up to his mistake. He put words in my mouth and claimed I had asked for a 12 month membership. He also proceeded to tell me that $5 is like a penny. I asked him if theres anything he could do to help me and he said call customer service (again insinuating he didnt want to help me and just wanted me to leave). At this point he had lied and laughed in my face and I knew he wasnt going to help me so I left and called customer service. Essentially I had just lost a coupon without even using it. After 46 minutes of waiting I reached a customer service representative Jose. Unlike Luis, Jose was very kind and helpful. He wrote down my information and put a $5 coupon on my fathers loyalty account.I understand that once you use a coupon you cant just return an item and reuse it. But this situation is different, as I was buying an item of the same price within minutes of each other. The whole problem wouldve been avoided if Luis had listened to me in the first place. I understand we all make mistakes and have bad days and I wouldve been totally okay with Luis making that mistake. However, he did not own up to it nor try and fix it. He instead put words in my mouth, scoffed, and, essentially, dismissed me. Why should I lose a $5 off coupon that my family earned on a membership account that we paid for? Why should that money go to waste because of someone elses error? Also, why should my health be put at risk because an employee chose not to wear his mask. According to the multiple announcements I heard throughout the store, employees are required to wear masks.Ive been shopping at this Gamestop location for many years but I dont think Ill be going back, as I dont want to risk having another unpleasant encounter with Luis.

Very friendly staff. Everyone is very open and great customer service. They have a very big selection and very rarely will I find a game I’m not looking for, but I also check online to see as well most times.

I was at this location around Christmas time in 2019. The selection of games and accessories seemed sufficient but I was unable to get a gift card at the time because there was only one employee in the store. There were a couple of customers in the store and one of them was monopolizing her time with the employee. She was going over an extensive list of games to see if they were available. The employee didnt acknowledge me or the other customer. She seemed less than enthusiastic about her job and I ended up leaving. Other Game Stop locations are better than this one.
They essentially made 25 people wait all night black Friday only to reveal they had 6 games at 6AM....
Kinda limited items here and theres a few great people like Eddie. Been coming here since 2015 and I will come by again. :)
