The gentleman overprice the phones to benefit his business and income. This con-man charged me $230 for a phone that is $129 at another store.

It is a place where they simply do not know how to deal with the public. They need an intensive Customer Care course, especially Mr. David. The experience was so unpleasant that I threw away the product at the same counter in the store. It is a pity that Metro PCS has such an authorized dealer level. I do not return to that site.

My mother only went to pay the phone and the attendant told her that she needed a modern (updated) phone because it was discontinued, when she is only 3 months old !! my mother an older person did not want the phone but the persuasion and the pun of the seller quickly charged the card, he had to wait for me in the surroundings to have happened and look for a solution which they did not give me and they tell me that no refund !!! I called the police and my mother reported the abuse, they take advantage of seeing older people to sell services and products without being necessary, the police talked to them and they have a paper that says the products will not be reimbursed, I hope people are alert to this agency. Investigate and there are reviews (Google) that had happened the same and with the same argument. Be careful!

In December I bought a phone for my son and besides not including him in the family plan (fact that I insisted he should include it in the family plan that we already have) I include it as a new account, additionally I include the phone insurance without consent other services. I do not recommend this Dealer they are scammers

Terrible experience, he deceived me by saying that the phones he had would stop working soon due to the modernization of the network and he sold me some updated that days later in another store told me that those phones I bought are already discontinued and not only that sr I am charged with a monthly insurance that I had not requested and when I received a written notice of the insurance I went to claim him. He tells me first that this insurance is not from MetroPcs. But that insurance was not going to cost me, which is not true, it costs 6 dollars a month, which I would surely have accepted because it is tf. for my teenage son, but by no means deceived by this rascal.DO NOT VISIT THAT STORE !!!!

This Weston store sold an LG Cellphone that does not work to a customer and they did not want to change it or reimburse it with more than 10 years in Metro, they claimed Metro, but the store is not Official, Metro recommends buying only in Official stores, the case is reported to Consumer Reports
