Great place to find the hardware to fix anything in your house or apartment. Have a very large but and bolt selection which I got there for all the time. Prices are very competitive with ace and walmart. Plus the people that work there know there stuff and can help you find things. Something you will never get at the big box stores.

This local hardware store is exemplary! It is laid out very well. Takes less time searching for what I need. The floor staff is very knowledgeable. What really has stood out to me, is the knowledge of the young staff. It shows me management, & older sales staff over the years,place a priority on passing their knowledge to the youth, allowing them to be better than many of their peers working for the competition. Keep up the great work!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was caught by one within seconds of walking in the door. She immediately asked if she could help me, I showed her what I was looking for. She went right over and was able to find the nut that I needed. I had to return due to the part being wrong (customer installed the wrong piece), found the same lady and once again, was able to walk over to a different aisle and immediately grabbed the correct one. I love this place!

Phil helped me cobble some plumbing parts to fix a break on my travel trailer. Very nice guy who was able to think outside of the box and helped me out. Highly recommend Hupp True Value.

ALWAYS helpful- even if we start off to hunt down what we looking for, a staff will ALWAYS head us off and offer help! We have ALWAYS been directed exactly to what we need quickly and dutifully by a V friendly staff and prices are a lil high but as cheap as I am, i was FINE paying the small premium for such amazing service, which is saying someth!!

Has a small-town feel with Big Town service. Always somebody there to ask you what youre looking for when you walk through the door. Thats very handy

This hardware store, for a mom and pop feel, has one of the greatest selections of plumbing parts, electrical parts, lawn and garden tools plus supplies. The prices are some of the most reasonable in town.The associates that work in this store are not only knowledgeable in the products they carry, they ask the right questions inorder to help solve what ever issue you may have. I have never entered this store without being greeted by a friendly associate with a attitude and a smile, even if its hidden under a mask, I still know its there.This speaks volumes about the people running this hardware store. They have taken the time to train and care for their associates.I cant say enough about this establishment. I believe youll feel the same, give them a chance.

This is my favorite hardware store in the world. They have the largest number of bolts, nuts, washers and related hardware of any place around here. Its also locally owned. They hire and train at risk youth. Which just rocks and they are some of the nicest people. They are really well stocked. I will travel across town just to shop at Hupps!

Hupp has the parts you need. I received two recommendations from auto parts stores to chek here and sure enough they had the bolts i needed. I have also found other small parts here that most stores do not carry.

Their inventory is great for a mom and pop shop. They carry a lot more than you would think at the fraction of the cost of Lowe’s or Home Depot. Great place. The hardware selection is pretty extensive. I dont think Ive ever brought in a bolt that we couldnt find something to work. They are always quick to help and get you in and out. If they dont have something that works for you, they will suggest other places to get it. Id be in there more often if I went to that part of town more often.

I frequent Hupps because I live only a mile from there and always working on something and my job at Price Brothers Equipment finds me up there often in search of various types of products and items. Of all of the countless times Ive been in there I cant get more than a few feet in the door before at least one or more employees are asking if I need help or need to know where something is located. Every employee Ive had the pleasure of interacting with has been pleasant to the utmost, extremely helpful, and wearing a face that seems to suggest they enjoy what they do and are eager to help. The owner and his wife are some of the nicest people Ive ever met and you can tell that they not only hold their employees and their demeanor to high standards, but also seem to have a knack for hiring the right kinds of folks for the job. Even some of the younger employees exhibit a wonderful work ethic and fantastic attitudes, which occasionally is found lacking with younger generations. Hupps seems to be always open to ordering something if needed for a customer. For work the other day we returned some cans of spray paint because it just wasnt working out the way it should have and they not only were happy to return the unused cans of spray paint but also offered to refund the money for the few cans that had already been used for an unsatisfactory result. They wanted us to be happy with that experience. Its so nice to see local and private businesses doing well and staying strong through all of the economic shifting and evolution and where big business often takes over. I hope the business stays in the family and that they will be around for a long time to come. Thank you to everyone at Hupps for your friendly faces, warms greetings, and eager to help attitudes!!!!

Hupp is a great store. The employees are knowledgeable and if they dont know something wont try to talk you into something that wont work. Their prices are competitive with the bigger stores and alot of times cheaper. And if they dont have what you need, they will suggest a store that might.

That said, this is a neighborhood hardware store and predictably has all the associated drawbacks: limited selection, some items are priced low, others high, and lumber (what little there is) goes for exorbitant prices.Bottom line, great little shop.
