Very upset. There website says Dog Wash station. I arrive with my 2 dogs and was informed they don’t have this economy. There website needs updated and better Customer service at the wichita west location. Will never come to this location ever again

No place to park just being honest in this review I am so disappointed in the all American storeGosh no place to park for us regular people, you have to be a veteran, a handicap person, order online, curbside pickup that leave like 2 parking spots left so guess I wont buy a DAM thing in there anymore. When you look up something online for this particular store you go in and its gone. I know there not that busy. Staff are also not knowledgeable so better to ignore them if your forced to buy something there. Kind of high priced also.

I love going here to buy my dogs food! I am happy to see the baby chicks they have every now and then. I recommend going here if you have a dog or want a baby chicken!!!

Well, this was even more underwhelming than I had anticipated. The store had two customers, me and one other person. Two employees behind the counter and three on the floor that I saw. I tried to flag two down to ask a question and they would purposely turn the other way and act like they were talking to someone else. I started to walk up to the third and he took a cordless phone out of his pocket and started acting like he was talking on it. I stood there waiting for him to finish and he walked off talking on the phone and never came back. 👎

Stood in line for 20 minutes waiting for someone in customer service to help me. Not a single acknowledgement from any employee other than to be told that the cashier doesnt have a computer to look up if they had a specific air filter in stock.Earlier I had put in a curbside pickup order for an item. 2 hours later the order is canceled with no reason given.Store does not enforce their own mask rules even among employees. I recommend skipping these guys if you have literally any other option.

Kuddos to ROSE today! She answered the phone cheerful and ready to help..and she DID!! Had called around for an item, and road construction was making thing difficult. Called the store, got Rose.She located the item in the store and brought it up to the checkout for me to purchase. Thank you 🌹🌹!!

Was unappreciative how close the manager stood, (behind me/over my shoulder) especially during a pandemic, while I was at the SELF check out... obviously wanting less contact. It was uncomfortable and I will go out of my way not to visit this store again.

Dylan was great help. Needed trailer bearings. I had my old greasy bearings in a ziplock. He did not hesitate. Pulled them out and matched them up with what we thought they were. We quickly determined that those were the ones. Good guy you have here.

I absolutely love this store. I love the different items they sell for the home that other stores dont have.

I went to the West Wichita store today and came across numerous customers without a mask on. I was very disappointed that the store did not require them to wear a mask. There was a box of masks at the door and all of the employees were wearing masks. I am a rewards member but I am going to think twice about coming into the store again.

So this is my second occurance where I ordered something online for pick up because it was listed as available in stock. 2 to 3 hours later I get a notification that my order has been cancelled. This place has a really large issue with inventory. Dont order it online, your better off going in store or to another store that tracks better.

It was good. They have a Lot of stuff. Stuffed in to a small area. Like to nose though that store.

Filled propane bottle for grill instead of doing exchange. Only slightly cheaper doing it this way. I saved around $2 on propane and purchased bird seed at a great price too. Worth the trip? Absolutely.

Always has a great selection of feed for my stock and pets, as well as supplies for the farm and garden.

Extremely helpful and allowed my pet to come in...very important because the heat factor was extremely high. Knew their product and helped me to decide what was best for what I was doing. Which happened to be less than what I thought I needed. Great shopping experience and I will go there for other items I will need in the immediate future.

Tractor Supply is a great place to get a lot of needs taken care of . If you own animals, tractors, or a diesel pickup this is the place for you. If you dont own any of that I bet you can still find something you like out of there. The main reason for the 2 star rating is that I hate it when I walk into a store and an employee hides their phone real fast, but then when I go to ask him about an item in stock hes not with it at all and has to call and ask someone else. Great place to get what I need for taking care of my goat. They have a variety of items and my son loves to see the baby chicks when we are there. They also have a unique rewards program that I enjoy, like getting a free coke drink just for being a customer.

My 1st time in Tractor Supply! I loved it...we went to buy my hubby a Carhartt jacket. Great selection of styles and sizes. We bought dog collars, Christmas ornaments, etc. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back again !

Always one of my favorite stores. They always have what i am looking for. I couldnt find hay anywhere else so i went to them. Now my animals are warm at night

They were very busy but the Manager was happy to help retrieve a high up item. Tractor Supply has so much stuff, great store. I get my grill propane here also, good price.

Good prices and a nice surprise on what they have. Even if you think this store is not for you, you should stop in and check them out. You wont be disappointed.

They have everything for farms or at least it seems. However, I found out about it because on Sundays they have a vet there. You can take your dog there to get routine things done. Its not cheap but not like most vets that charge you $50 to walk in the door. They also gave me a free coupon for food for my dog. They sent me a reminder that she needs her nails done. I was very impressed by their service.

We go here mainly yo get propane. It is way cheaper at tractor supply than other places. It is a great location too being right off the Hwy.

Its a big hardware store! Animal feed, small amount of country clothing, seasonal coats, gloves, and shoes/boots. Spring livestock of various chickens & supplies too. Farm chemicals, tires, nuts/bults etc. Parking lot is easy in & out. Staff is usually polite. Steady flow of business happening daily.

It was terrible. The chicks are now closed off and someone had brought their dog in with them and it had messed all over the floor. It had been there so long that the urine had dried. Then the cashier had absolutely no idea what manure was. Let alone if they carried it or not. Come to find out they do not carry bags of manure which seems absurd because of the type of store it portrays to be. The cashier didnt ring up all of our merchandise and was going to have to do a second transaction. We only had six or seven items. I will definitely find some place else to shop at.

Very helpful employees. They had the mower parts I needed. Location a little tricky but not painful.

Talked my husband into driving all the way to TSC and it was worth it. Great customer service, knowledgeable employees, especially the manager (Wish I could remember her name). Got that Riding Mower lift my husband said he required to work on the mower (LOL). It sure did make it easier for him though. I am glad we went.

Tractor supply has always been one of my go to stores when I have a need for hardware, there are no codes to write down they simply weigh the amount of nuts, bolts, etc. and charge you by the lb. not by the piece. They also carry a large selection of pet foods and products. The tools are reasonably priced. If you have not shopped at tractor supply you should!

I have always really liked this place and will continue going but it only takes 1 bad incident to make a customer unhappy.I needed to order something and was told that someone would call me in 30 minutes to check if it could be ordered and to get more information...that didnt happen. I waited 2 days and still nothing. I called and someone told me that the guy that could help me wasnt there but he would call me in Monday...well that didnt happen either. So I called and spoke to a manager and she did exactly was should have been done almost a week prior. So for her doing the right thing and helping me out I got my part ordered and taken care of with a few hours. Now Im happy again.

I dont have a tractor or live on a farm, but I DO buy most of my pet supplies here. Their prices are reasonable, and the service is usually pretty good. The shelves are typically well-stocked, but I occasionally have difficulty finding a price tag.

Yesterday was 1st time the cashier did NOT ask if I was on their computer. They usually asked for phone number. But a young guy helped me on a product, he was GREAT, cant say that about cashier. She was blah.

We went in to look around. Ended up by the haters. It REEKED of mouse pee and there were droppings everywhere. My daughter reached down and picked up a halter and ended up with mouse poo on her hands.We went to the bathroom to wash our hands and noticed mice had gotten into some bags of cat food. In the ladies bathroom, it wasnt much better. The floor was disgusting, there were no paper towels or toilet paper to dry our hands. Thankfully there was hot water and soap to get rid of the mouse poo!When I told the gentleman up front he didnt seem surprised and said he would let management know.I wouldnt buy anything from there!! I wouldnt risk my animals health!!!

Hard to find any help so I spent extra time finding what I needed. They dont carry plow disc,which I found odd, so I wasted my time looking all over the store for those. I waited outside in the cold for over 15 minutes until an associate came to unlock the stall mats. Left a lot to be desired on this trip for sure!

They have all you need to take care of your animals. They have tools and supplies that will support most projects. The service is courteous and efficient.

Tractor supply is a great store for most outdoor things and especially animal stuff. Animal antibiotics are sold here which can be hard to find.

I shop here about once or twice a month for my dogs favorite brand of food. They always have it in stock. The store is clean and staff is usually pretty friendly.

Staff was very kind and helpful in what I needed. I did not know that they how pet vaccinations for you to do yourself except for the rabies shot that has to be done by a vet.
