This place is an joke shes good but the customer service is horrible.I called at 6pm before I come.I arrived 15 to 18 minutes later just for the cashier tell shes not taking anymore customers today.

I love shopping there. The sales staff are awesome. There is a large selection so you can eventually find the product that is just right. I get my eyebrows done there. Id follow Mena to the ends of the Earth for the quality of her work and the joy of her personality.

I like going to this store the people is friendly however I will not get my eyelashes done here again. I had them done previously by a lady named joy (beauty store by Best Buy) they stayed on for 3 days (She did a great job, and would of fixed any errors for free) I get them done here they last less then 24 hours... so I will not be getting them done here again. To me it isn’t worth the money for what you’re getting. However I love getting eyebrow services done at Nina’s. Right now the Mall (Independence Mall) is currently running a special where you can get eye extensions for $20 before Christmas. Eyelashes included (high quality) and will last at least 2 week. I actually had them do my eyebrows for $6 (wax) they’re also great on care and not all about money.
