Nice place. I was totally surprised when I walked in they have all kind of stuff. And a lot of it. Just about any kind of wigs in every color. You will find what you want here. And the people are great and very helpful and friendly. Prices are fair.

Came here, and there were boxes in the middle of the floor, like umm... safety hazard first off. Customer Service needs work. We asked question, they answered but the vibes were off in there. Honestly they did have what we needed except the crochet needle. When we asked the owner if he had one, he said “probably in one of those boxes” didn’t care to check either. Yeah nah! I will not return. They can improve on their customer service. Wish them the best.

Im not really fond of this hair store the employee was rude and its like you cant walk through the store and comfortably shop without being cast as a shoplifter.

Owner was racially judgemental. Employees are knowledgeable but their customer service was weak. Items are overpriced, I only shop there as last option because their business hours were extraordinarily convenient.

Had a great experience here. New to wearing wigs. They have a large variety To choose from. And must say good prices from other wig salons. I have to say the young man BAHAR was friendly, nice explained things to me. I thank you! I sure will be back. Service was terrible and the man working was very rude and informed us we “wasted his time” he also refused too help us. Paying customers were definitely lost. Never going back! Would definitely not recommend this beauty store.

I will no longer be bringing any of my clients here. The way they treat their customers is completely ridiculous. All that attitude and inventory not even on the level it should be. You ask for help they act like they dont understand English. The problem is we are buy hair from people that dont even use it or understand the difference in products. Its all about a dollar to them.

I went into this to purchase a new wig. Waited in line because there wasnt anyone to help on the floor. Got up to the line and told them (two people) I needed help with a wig. He then rings up the next customer I waited longer. Then he rushes which one I told him. Got the wig down and told me I have to purchase a cap, which I already had a cap on my head I replied I have a cap already he puts the wig up and walks away !!!!!! I said excuse me why do I have to purchase a cap if I have one on already hes replies its my rules hes busy!!! I replied Wtbs youre too busy for my money! I will never step foot in this business again unhelpful idiot!! I dont even want to give them the one ⭐️!!!

Horrible beauty supply store. They dont educate you or even try to help you find stuff. They tell you that what you see on the shelves is basically all there is. I walked around this store TWO days in a row trying to find some new way to style my hair and I did not receive any help. Some lady randomly came up to me and offered a seconds worth of help, only to try and sell me some hair that wouldnt even blend with my natural color! I ended up walking out but im sure they didnt care. Their products are NOT organized, and the hair quality is very, very poor. Unless you are spending over 100 dollars in bundles do NOT waste your time. They only cater to those that are spending big bucks. I guess they get 1 star because theyre open on Sunday. But thats about it. My suggestion: Go a little further down Market towards downtown to Beauty Max. Wayyyyy better product availability, better customer service, AND they arch eyebrows like youve never seen! Just get there before 6:30 and not on a sunday.
