Just stopped by for the first time, the lady who was working the front desk noticed my hair color accurately from across the room. I had absolutely no issues with anyone there. She made sure that I had everything I needed for the extensions I bought.

I have been buying my hair extensions from the Vision Hair Extensions for a few years now. I used tape in and clip in extensions. The quality of the hair extensions sold by Vision Hair Extensions is amazing and its hard to find anything close out there. The customer service is outstanding EVERY time I need help or have a question. They are very personable, always available (I live in MI too), polite and accommodating. Five stars for sure!

I order from Ontario Canada and have for years, I worked in a Salon where I did Great lengths extensions. A client of mine came in wearing Vision 909, I was so impressed with the quality that I ordered for myself. I’m my opinion they far surpassed great lengths (they unfortunately don’t carry the 909 but the 808 are very close in all aspects). Selection and customer service is really great, don’t hesitate and let the bad reviews scare you, as it’s clear they are fake. I promise you will be happy with this company because they make it their goal to have happy customers.

Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was nice and quick too. I ordered the 20 indian wavey machine wefts. The hair quality is good. Very soft and came longer than the 20. The ends are tapered which I like the looks of. I dont like a blunt cut. The top of the wefts where they are sewn, are thicker than a handtied weft. However, Ive tried handtied from DIFFERENT provider and the shedding was too much. I hated the idea of spending the money to try new handtied that might shed so I went with the machines wefts instead. The machine wefts meet my needs overall but perhaps next time I will try their handtied wefts because my natural hair in fine and would lay better on the scalp.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER! I spent $900 on tape ins and they came out the next day. I called and Lynn, the owner, game me an RMA # and told me to send them back and they would replace them. Once they received the hair back they tried telling me the hair did not come from them! Um... yes it did! I have never ordered hair from any other vendor and there is NO way thats even possible! Never will they get my business again and I would steer clear unless you want 24 your extensions that are poor quality.
