The female salesperson was not friendly at all! She did not display a genuine interest in assisting me. I asked for a specific product and she was quick to say, No we dont carry that! The Male salesperson however, informed her that inventory showed 2 in stock. He actually located the cologne and after further discussion, I purchased both. Did appreciate however, the Male salesperson asking for ID with credit card purchase.

Has to be the best perfume store Ive ever been too. I found fragrances i havent seen in YEARS. Wonderful customer service. Dont let the bad reviews fool you. This place is AMAZING. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I was able to get fragrances for my whole family for a good price. Will definitely be returning back. Love this place. Easily the best store in the mall.

Whole store is a scam, wish I had actually looked for cologne online beforehand but I was with my girlfriend and in the moment checked the store out. Ended up paying $96 for the same bottle of cologne that retails at $31. Apparently there is a no refund policy which is never explained until you go in for one. If the owner sees this and would like to make things right reply to this and contact me, I’d rather not drive an hour out of my way just to be told no refund. Until they fix my situation my advice is AVOID ANY PURCHASES HERE. Go in and smell test and leave.

This place is a RIP OFF!! The prices are 4 times higher than anywhere else. Look online before buying anything from here. They wont give refunds right after you purchase the items. Even if its 10 mins later. This is what happened to me. People beware, this is a tourist trap.

He went above and beyond for me, I wanted two bottles of a cologne and they only had one in the store. He took my number down and in two days called me to tell me that he had got it in for me. I wish I would have read the reviews before shopping here. The perfume I bought is $83 on the website of the company that makes it. Other businesses like Belk, Dillards, etc sell it for the exact same price of $83. This place charged me $101 before tax. This is immoral and not very good business ethics. :/ And for a business to comment on peoples honest reviews and say that they are lying is so sad. Maybe take into account what your clients are saying and fix the problems with your business. I feel so ashamed to have let this place get over on me. Never again.

I am almost positive I over paid for perfume. When discovering that possibility- a few moments later learned there is a no refund policy. Not a customer friendly business model.Updated:When I went in to exchange the le femme perfume that i saw sold for 40$ at Walmart and i bought for 150$. I was met with option to exchange for a more reputable perfume i could confirm value for online. I was asked to remove the 1 star rating by one of the gentlemen (ponytail). I said I would, so for the exchange process I could def appreciate the exchange and gesture for something at the free gift table. So a solid 2 stars for the experience. Had they done even exchange for what I wanted(within 25$ in value) would have been 5 stars for sure. But for now solid 2 for time effort and inconvienence of dealing with this. I might give them another chance to make it right in the future.

The return policy is NO REFUNDS. You will only be issued a store credit. The policy was not posted where I could see it. It was flat on the counter, by the other register, that was not in use. I didnt see it until it is too late. I purchased a perfume and when I opened it at home, it was a fake. I took it back and was told no refunds. He said that people switch out the product with flea market purchases sometimes, so he could not explain why it wasnt the actual product. I was given a store credit. I want nothing from them except my money back. They need to be shut down. DONT SHOP AT THIS PLACE if you expect integrity.

Dont trust negative reviews! Im sure theyre written by ignorant people that dont even know the retail prices and are probably comparing to the fakes sold on amazon. I almost didnt walk into this place because i read the bad reviews first but i decided to give it a try anyway and i don regret it. I only wear Versace Eros and i usually purchase it at Belk but i got it here for $20 cheaper, same exact product as belks. Also my friend purchased a high end and got an Aqua di Gio cologne for free with it.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a sealed bottle of Chanel in the box, that looked completely real. When I got home and opened the box it’s a fake. Waste of money & I paid what Belk would charge for a real bottle.

I got taken for a ride. The colognes I bought, one being free, both retail online for $30 each MAX, amazon has one for $18. I paid over $90.NO REFUNDS, even unopened packages! This was not listed prominently anywhere in the store.They have to gall to say I saved 104.99 on the receipt when their retail price for Tres Nuit is literally at least 70 dollars more than I can see ANYWHERE else.Normally Im a very critical and discerning customer. But I know nothing about fragrances and in the past have gotten great advice and service from associates at perfume stores. Well, I guess I learned my lesson. Never again will I trust any salesperson anywhere.If you go here, ask for a price, and immediately look it up on your phone. Id be very surprised if their price isnt at least 100% more than other retailers.

This place and Hamza is awesome! I was there almost 2 years ago around Christmas and I went into this store to buy some perfume. My niece and I ended up buying a lot and because of Hamza I tried and purchased these 2 knew perfumes which are now my favorite. However I ran out almost 1 1/2 ago and was unable to find them locally...I’m from NJ. Well I called Hamza and I was able to order it and he shipped it out for me. I am so excited. It came today! This perfume is amazing! Thank you!!

Was charged over 360$ for 200$ worth of perfume at most, thats using the highest retail I could find. I also didnt use my phone to check prices and trusted the person who helped us. Who happened to be the owner of the shop. Was told we were getting a discount for by so much when in actually we were charged double. He talked fast and made everything sound good. I happened to see one of the perfumes I was told was thenew thing better than any of the designer brands I asked about, for less than half of what I was charged. That made me look up the rest of it and all of it was over priced by at least double. Lesson learned, any store with a no refund policy is not doing legitimate business.

The below reviews are sooooo accurate, gosh I wish I read these first. I went in mid day they had 5 female employees sitting down behind the counter on the rightside of the store and not one got up to help me instead I had to ask one of them for help. When I explained I was looking for a bottle of true religion for my mother for Christmas (I even provided a picture explaining how my mother really like the intricate deSign and bottle cap) they brought me a SEALED box containing what I was told was their LAST BOTTLE OF TRUE RELIGION.Fast forward xmas day, My mother opens the box to find it was a tester bottle without a cap. And because i bought this for Christmas for her it was beyond their 7 day return policy. I asked for a $80 for True Religion and was sold tester bottle when made to believe it was their last bottle of real True Religion.I think they deliberately sold me a fake bottle of perfume which i paid full price for if not more. And other people feel the exact same way based on what I have read and heard around town. Buyer beware.

I locked eyes with a woman sitting behind the counter and instead of a smile or a greeting she turned her head as to avoid me altogether. I continued into the store anyway. The younger girl came to ask if I wanted anything so I inquired about the price of the John Vartvatos aqcua artisan. It was $10 more than belks and $20 more than online. Horrible customer service and overpriced merchandise. No thanks!
