Me and 2 of my friends came for 1 get what you get tattoo and were were so pleased with our appointments we each got an additional tattoo and even scheduled to come back next week for more! Shop was clean, staff was friendly and communicated clearly on the phone about availability! I have gotten many tattoos at many different shops around the country and this on is definitely top tier! Update: changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I spoke to Bryan about the whole situation from last night and he offered to come in on his day off and tattoo me and my friend. Once we got there he asked us what we thought he should do to make the situation not happen again and he actually listened and seemed to be very concerned about how everything went down. The tattoos ended up coming out great and was a great experience! Bryan is such an awesome guy and people should get tattooed by him! ☺️Don’t even waste your time. Me and 2 of my friends waited for 2 1/2 hours to get tattoos, just to be told after walking in several times that they are booked for the rest of the night. The artists were rude as hell and the place smelled like weed. And on top of that they tattooed people who were clearly under the influence. I will never be coming back to Cadillac ever again.

This shop is awesome! I have gotten 3 tattoos with Mike and he is very nice and open to negotiating. He is great at talking through the planning process and helping you get exactly what you want. All artists are very supportive of each other and have amazing skills!High recommend adding a tattoo to your collection from one of them!

Bryan did an amazing job on my Jesus tattoo 😜!!! Seriously took time and put everything into the tattoo. He knew when to not push conversation(my first sitting was 5 hours and I did not feel like chatting at that point 😂) and when to chat, was hilarious and personable. And the quality speaks for itself! I LOVE coming here ❤ Been here twice for a tattoo, the first time being for my first tattoo. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Everything is very clean and I was shown everything coming out of a clean and unopened package. Very clear instructions were given to take proper care of my tattoo and I got my free 3-week touch-up easily. I came to get my tongue pierced and got it done right on the spot. Delsin is a very kind and chill person, he did an excellent job on my piercing. Walked me through everything, let me breath, and just like that it was done. No pain at all. I absolutely love Cadillac Tattoo! In my experience they’ve been doing everything right. Bryan is my go to with tattoos and piercings. He knows how to make you feel super comfortable and welcome, great customer service! I went in on a Saturday night looking to get an impulse tattoo but when I explained how picky I was about it he said he wanted me to wait to get it so he could perfect the design to my preferences, which I love because it shows his work ethic and care for the well being & happiness of his customers. I love my little heart tattoo the only thing that I’m a little iffy about is that it isn’t fully filled in on the edges, but he said if I had any problems that I could come in and get it touched up for free so to me this isn’t big enough of a deal to rate it 3 stars. The only reason that I wouldn’t rate a 5/5 is because of the other tattoo artist, Mike. Though he was not working on my tattoo/design or even dealing with me, he acted very off putting towards the girl he was tattooing and complained the whole time about how annoying some of the customers were. I’d understand if he was trying to be funny but he was seriously being rude and a bit over the top in my opinion. Although Mikes vibe wasn’t great I wouldn’t pass on Cadillac because of him. Just make sure to ask for Bryan and you’ll be set. He is everything you’d want in a tattoo artist & just generally welcoming!

I got my first tattoo with mike tonight! I made a same day appointment after a brief consultation and he got me right in. He was super personable and made sure i was comfortable during my session. Everyone at Cadillac customs (especially mike) made sure i felt at home! I will definitely be returning and will suggest them to all of my friends!

So this is the first time I’ve been pierced since I moved to Wilmington three years ago. Delsin was so nice, and professional! I have definitely found my piercer for all future piercings! Can’t wait to get more!

Gotten both of my tattoos here and both times have been an excellent experience. Bryan has been my tattoo artist both times and I totally trust his work and any ideas he wants to change on my tattoo idea. He’s very personable and comforting. A 3 hour session feels like 20 minutes because the conversations are so entertaining.

Coming to get my nose pierced at this location was by far the best piercing experience I’ve encountered. Brian was a great artist. Very kind and informative while also being open and comforting which helped with my nerves leading up to the piercing. The way that he pierced my nose was great because it hurt way less than when I got my bellybutton done (which is very shocking!). The prices were great and theyre also looking to start donating some of their proceeds to animal shelters. Great service, artwork, prices, and (soon) a great cause! Would definitely recommend this place!

First off, Bryan is hands down one of the best artists to work with. He was super professional, nice, and made the 3 hours fly by. His design of the tattoo I wanted (Lady Justice) was better than I imagined. I can’t wait to go back to finish the shading and eventually my sleeve with him!

Went and got my ears pierced (2 upper helix piercings) and not even 4 days later my ear was so infected that I fainted from the pain. I went to the doctor and had to get the piercings cut out of my ear because the swelling was so bad. They tested for infection and I ended up having MRSA. Was on antibiotics for 2 weeks and it still is painful and not healing properly. So disappointed I spent $94 just to get MRSA

Very cool people, they will help you every step of the way with figuring out a tattoo or even piercings. They will educate you on everything you need to know about aftercare.

Got my septum pierced today and not only was this literally the best price in town, Zoe was exceptionally professional, and made the procedure easy and was patient with me when I needed a second before the needle went in. She also handled my four year old son who is very curious and friendly with new people very well. The only negative that I have is that they dont take credit or debit cards and I had to manuever some things around and pay for it in a way I wasnt planning to pay for it because of that fact. Aside from that, great place, and Ill be looking back into them when I start thinking up and saving the money to get my arm tattoos done.

Me and six other friends got our ears pierced by Bryan. He was so kind, funny, and overall a genuine guy. He was very informative on the piercing process and how to take care of the piercing. His sanitization of the area was the best out of many places I have been. Will definitely be coming back here’s again! I would recommend this for anyone wanting a piercing or tattoo.

Awesome price, Awesome vibe (LOVE the record player) Ive been to quite a few tattoo shops (back home in Chicago as well as around Wilmington) Most shops are pretty decent, but this place is just a hidden Gem. Nicest dude and superb work. His traditional dagger on my friend, convinced me to get inked boy I was not disappointed. The fact that Brian offers free touchups, takes the cake. I wish my other artists did that.

Got my nose pierced from here. The price was great. The guy who did it was doing a tattoo when I walked in and asked me what I wanted, and there was no other people there who worked so I had to wait probably 20 minutes which isnt to bad. When he was finished he got right into piercing my nose, he was patient and talked me through it because I was nervous. The diamond for my nose was the only nose ring they had but was pretty. The piercing was quick and he made sure I waited an extra five minutes to make sure I wasnt bleeding still which was cool. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

I got my belly button pierced here, the piercer was okay nice I guess. But the jewelry was crooked and bled for more than an hour. Also it got infect right away even though I was cleaning it the way they told me too.

The first tattoo I got done from Zoe was absolutely great but I had planned on getting another one done by her and had paid the deposit.. she rescheduled once and then called me less than an hour before my appointment to try to reschedule yet again.. unprofessional and inconsiderate. Tried to reschedule due to a party being thrown in the shop.

Went there today to get my sons ears pierced. Only one person working and one person sitting on the couch waiting on the guy working there. He finally came from the back of the store. I asked him about the piercings and he stated that he was was busy which I understand then he said all I can tell u need to come back in 2 hours. The lady sitting on the couch said go ahead and do the boys ears it will not take long and I’m in no hurry. He said no I need to focus. We left and went somewhere else where I was welcomed. Go somewhere else. This occurred Wednesday Aug 15 at approximately 100 pm.

I went to get my first tattoo here and would love to get more from them in the future. The prices are great and the guy that works there (Bryan) was very helpful and made me feel right at home I almost didnt notice I was getting a tattoo.

Bryan was very friendly but unfortunately my very simple tattoo turned out not so great. The lines weren’t all the same thickness and he went too deep into my skin so the ink spread. It looks awful. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came out to get a feel for the place. I wasnt planning on getting a tattoo that night but I wanted to talk to someone about the tattoo I had in mind. No one greeted us when we walked in. They had 20 minutes until close but then they said they were done for the night. Noone suggested we come back or even spoke to us directly.To your response : you dont remember anyone new at 1140? I guess we were invisible then.

I just got off the phone with a man who had ZERO customer service. I let him know I was from out of town (Orlando) looking for someone to look at my piercing so I can replace it and he said well I am not in Orlando. And I told him I know, I googled the nearest location to me. He let me know Id have to come in so he can see it, which is what I was trying to get at, but he didnt really sound like he wanted my business. Which he will not be getting. Lesson: be a little more kind on the phone. You never know what kind of business they can bring your shop.

Brian is a great artist and very fun to be tattooed.

Its no wonder they have one of the lowest ratings on here. I just went in there to ask about tapering my septum piercing because I just got it re-pierced and it fell out about 30 minutes. It takes 2 seconds to do. The guy was extremely rude and raised his voice at me saying that he doesnt taper and tried to get me to pay to re-pierce it. HORRIBLE customer service. If you dont want to be treated like a C class citizen dont come to this place.

Between the customer service and reasonable prices, it’s the best place to get anything done!
