This place has the BEST tasting flavors and selection for the price. 30 flavors including Blackberry hibiscus ice cream, are you kidding me?!? Excellent!! A 2 scoop sundae with a topping is only $5. Totally saved the day after my terrible experience at TCBY across the street. Thank you, BR!

For National Ice Cream Day, I went a different route with so many accolades already pouring in for my local favorite in Wilmington. I chose to enjoy a childhood past time favorite of mine...Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors! This location is owned by a delightful franchisee & I knew I could still support a nostalgic, local business. They spared no expense with the generous scoops of Rocky Road & Cookies & Cream piled into a chocolate-dipped waffle cone, rimmed with pulverized peanuts. Mrs. enjoyed a cake cone with scoops of Very Berry Strawberry & Chocolate. Although we had to eat these as fast as Joey Chestnut in Nathans Hot Dog Eating Contest due to the sweltering heat, I felt like a 6 year-old kid again for a few minutes! Thank you again for great ice cream & friendly service...even though the 2 young gentlemen working today, had no clue it was National Ice Cream Day. Lol. UPDATED SCORE: 4.8 STARS!

One of the employees (teenage girl) seemed nice but was helping another customer, so another employee helped me. The employee who helped me (older woman with black hair, appeared to have tattooed eyeliner, tan skintone, appeared to be Asian) was extremely rude and hurried me to order and get out the door even though there was no one waiting. The ice cream was good though. Would not return due to the rude service that made the whole experience unpleasant.

Ordered a cappucino blast( turtle flavored) and somehow almonds got mixed in. Im allergic to almonds so i didnt have a good reaction.

The location and variety of ice creams and products is the same as any other, but I gave this location 5 stars because of this gentleman. I didn’t want to ask for his name because he was very busy and I would’ve taken from him time.He took such good care of us; was patient and allowed us to try some of the ice cream before ordering; waited for us and stayed around answering any questions we had while we decided what to have.Not only took care of us, but every single customer that came after. He had people coming in and out, and helped every single one of them, with the out most professionalism and integrity.I hope management sees this post because this gentleman deserves recognition to say the least.Very happy with this visit and his service. Hope as well you run into him and see yourself.

Went in looking for the flavor of the month, but changed my mind as Rocky Road is my favorite. I started to get two scoops, but for a little bit more money I figured a pre-packed quart was a better deal. I got a single scoop of the icing on top flavor and it was delicious. Good sized amount of ice cream and even though I didnt ask for a lid the server was happy to apply one. Great customer service as server placed quart, single scoop, and spoon in a bag to make it easier to carry.

Sun and her team are always quick to scoop up all your favorite flavors. I have been enjoying ice cream from this location for over 30 years.

This place is great! Everybody is all about the boutique ice cream shops that cost twice as much when this place is just as good. Not to mention it has freaking nostalgia for days aaaaaaaaaaa they have Stranger Things ice cream from season 3...super cool

AHOY! The featured stranger things ice cream sundae (USS Butterscotch) was delicious! The staff was very helpful and the ice cream was to die for! Will be coming back to try the other flavors.

Poor customer service. We were literally in line for 30 minutes just to be told we needed to have masks, the worker started to get a very bad attitude, even though we are all fully vaccinated, and with the president saying we didnt need it if we were fully vaccinated. The place was very dirty, putrid sanitation.

Best Rocky Road ice cream. It disappears in an instance but the memory of how good it was stays with you. Great service with lots of smiles from everyone.

The ice cream is alright. It certainly doesnt taste premium. Id much rather suggest one go to Kilwins downtown. The service has been indifferent the last 2 times Ive been here with my girlfriend. Its almost like they didnt care or were bothered by our presence. Ill go to TCBY across the street from now on when I dont want to go all the way downtown for frozen dairy desserts. Original post june2016.. update July 2017. It has changed ownership at least twice in that time. I have given this place several chances at redemption. No more! The service was horrible and rude and the place was literally falling apart. The two ladies behind the counter seemed bothered that our party and the few after us were disappointed by the lack of waffle cones. Their attitudes were bad throughout the transactions. The ceiling tiles were falling in and there was a constant and steady drip of water in the middle of the parlor. Pics below. It should have been fixed immediately. It presented a safety and health hazard. The trash cans catching the constant streams of water were full of trash as well. If this is how they handle this problem how can you trust them to handle other health and safety matters.

Me & Bf were the only customers there at the time so no wait. The kid working there was polite, helpful with out evening us asking and I like that! He greeted us when we came in and told us to have a nice day as we left. Ice cream was pretty good too.

Excellent service from the owners. They are always so kind to patrons and children. The ice cream is the best in Wilmington. I always enjoy getting a pralines and cream ice cream cone or sundae . The inside is clean and always neat.

The nicest BR we have ever been to. We walked in right a closing time. Everything cleaned ready to walk out the door. They were as pleasant and willing as ever to make sure the 6 of us received exactly what we wanted. God bless them.

Brought the kids in for a treat and the staff was very patient as the kids asked to sample several flavors. The waffle cones were fresh and we all found a flavor we loved.

I didnt like the turtle cappuccino blast I got from this Baskin Robbins. I called the store and got a female person with a accent answering the phone who was rude and abrupt and argumentive the whole time when I asked for something else to have instead of the cappuccino blast I got. It was terrible. The service on the phone was nasty. She was not going to do anything. I wouldnt ever go back to the Wilmington NC store. Go to Jacksonville NC they at least are friendly and will fix the problem if you have one.

This ice cream shop is one of the most impressive fast service I can remember going to the place was clean, the service was so friendly it was like being at a get together with friends so who ever hired the staff was either very lucky or new good people when they saw them and the place is very visible from any direction with easy entrance and exits also has parking but would be nice to have a bigger parking area, I asked if they get slow and the reply was hardly ever but it happens lol, would definitely tell anyone its a great place to get your sweet tooth satisfied .

I’ve always loved their ice cream. The local Baskin-Robbins could use a couple more seats. They do have the best ice cream cakes and you can usually get one without having to order ahead of time if you don’t mind which one of the delicious flavors you get it. Personally my favorite is the pralines and cream. I also like that you can get some of the most popular flavors prepackaged so you don’t have to wait.

It was always such a treat to go here. A very good selection of ice cream with crisp waffle cones. 1, 2, or 3 scoops, probably more than you really need. The parking can be a bit tight at times so watch out. The milkshakes can also be good if youre looking for that.

Very good ice cream! 31 flavors, I have only trued four flavors, mint chocolate, butter pecan, chocolate chip and cherrys jubilee! They are so good its hard to get to the other 27 flavors!

Came in on my birthday and was told I get a free birthday scoop but I have to download the app. I did and after I ordered 1 scoop they told me I wont get the coupon until after 24 hours and that its not 1 scoop but a kiddy scoop. Duped into wasting my time downloading an app and ordering something I was told would be free when it wasnt. Plus not even a happy birthday from the sour faced hag behind the counter. What lousy customer service!

I ordered a milkshake and it was the wrong one and then I called and the lady told me I was liar and to figure it out myself. Never in my life have I talked to someone so rude in the food business.

Ill bet the owners wouldnt be very happy about that if they knew about that..... Will probably be just as unhappy to know that they lost a customer, permanently, and Ill be sure to tell others as well.....

My family is so disappointed tonight to consider severing our longstanding patronage of this Baskin Robbins. We go here 1-3 times a week after dinner for treats but may have to reconsider the way we were treated tonight.My wife ordered a Chocolate Blast, we get them often. A guy made it, an male adult who seemed to have some authority.I tasted it right away, it wasnt right. I asked my daughter to taste it, she said yuck, and described the drink as watery and thin. It was either made with too much ice, not enough ice cream, or something but I the drink often and its not supposed to be watery.I asked a kid behind the counter to remake it and he said sure, and I handed it to him. I suggested he taste it, and he did (later I learned hes not supposed to do that) with a spoon and he said yeah, its a weak chocolatey taste, Ill go ahead and remake it for you. Just as he was preparing to do that the older man with the buzz cut who we assume was in charge came out and the employee told him he was going to remake it. The manager insisted he made it to the recipe and wouldnt remake it. He wouldnt let the is remake it. The kid told him he tasted it and it was bad and the kid got in trouble.The drink Tasted. Like. Water.He refunded my money, but wouldnt make me a better shake. This is the worst service Ive ever received at a Baskin Robbins and Ive always been a fan.I was disappointed because I went out to get the shake for my spouse who just had surgery and is having trouble chewing or opening his mouth wide and could also use some calories about now and I had to return home without it.Transaction #223010 PC# 360973

This place was horrible! first it cost almost $14 for 2 medium milkshakes. Then after we leave, we notice mine was basically milk with a lil mint chocolate chip ice cream. My girlfriends on the other hand was rock hard as if no milk had been added or wasnt blended. I will not be back nor will I send anyone I care about!!!
