Number one place in the area for John Deere and Stihl equipment in the area. The staff is friendly and quick to take care of your needs. I have been using them for over 20 years ever since I bought my John Deere lawn tractor from them. Free pick and return of my tractor for yearly service is a great service.

Always have what you need...if not in stock, they will order it and it will be there within a couple of days. I needed a carburetor diaphragm, and other stores only carried complete gasket sets for $27. Foulk had the part in 2 days, $3.55.
I have a snowblower I’ve used once and couldn’t get it running before an impending storm. I had what I thought was little hope finding someone to look at it but the folks at Foulk lawn & Equipment got me right in and had it fixed in less than 2hrs. We recently purchased a new John Deere mower from Foulk Lawn. They are totally professional and personable at the same time. I appreciated their willingness to unpack a brand new delivery just so we could look at it. Also, the person who delivered the mower to our house did an excellent job of explaining how to use it. Lastly, the pricing was better than the big box stores, especially considering the service. My husband is an old hand with mowers, but I am not. They managed to make both of us happy!

Very helpful guys at Foulk Lawn. I pulled up as they were closing and they didn’t hesitate to help me. After opening the shop back up and finding me the small parts I needed for a carburetor repair, they gave me some advice and sent me on my way. The showroom was also very well kept and organized. Good shop to deal with overall.

Years ago I picked up state park equipment maintained by Foulk Lawn and everything worked well. Lately, I bought a Stihl weed whacker from them. With social distancing happening, I was served in a timely fashion along with 5 other customers. The employees are friendly, courteous and efficient. Hang on, bumpy ride ahead : I have been a patron of Foulk Lawn for a few years. I own a small business in the landscaping industry, and our business model is quite different from other companies. Each season, my business grows and I find myself expanding my equipment needs and applications. My focus for lawn equipment is mainly on smaller yards, and thus my main expense is more on the hand tools i.e. trimmers, chainsaw, blowers, etc.For the most part, I find the staff at Foulk knowledgeable and accommodating. I typically find the prices are on par with other stihl dealers.Recently, I had a bump in with the owner that resulted in a pretty unpleasant experience. Pretty angry I left a full on negative review for the world to see. Typically, I would leave it out in the open because consumer experience is everything anymore. However I was surprised to see a response from the owner taking full ownership for my experience and inviting me to return to work with him. This was surprising to me, because as a small business owner, I know not every day is pleasant and unfortunately things do happen. To me, his response was spot on, completely appropriate and even lead me to give this business a second chance.In an era where people will complain about the color of your hair, we cannot forget that people are human beings, and everyone has a bad day.I am glad to have given this place a second chance. The staff know product well, they are accommodating, and they are pretty pleasant to deal with.I look forward to future business with Phil and Foulk Lawn & Equipment.

I have been going to Foulk Lawn since the 80s. We have purchased lawn equipment, snow removal equipment, and have had all purchased equipment serviced by them. I have come in to there shop during winter storms with my snow blower and they have fixed it right on the spot so I could go back home and finish my snow removal. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I just had over 600 dollars in service done to my old LT155 and I cant wait to try it out.
I had my X354 delivered today, and Im so glad I bought from Foulk Lawn instead of Atlantic. The prices where better but there customer service was better. Please i like to support small business when I can. I was They where closer to me but its worth the drive to get the customer service they provide. The delivery guy answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the feature on my new lawn tractor. A+ company in my book.
I recently ordered a X354 lawn tractor. I was impressed with the owners knowledge and kindness. I also purchased a part for my lawn trimmer. I got a great deal on the part and new tractor. Cant wait for it to be delivered. Unlike other dealers, he wasnt pushy or arrogant. He took his time explaining everything I needed to know. The men and women at Foulk Lawn are my favorite dealership to purchase equipment from. My Dad bought his first Deere tractor here in the late 90’s and is later what I used to start my lawn and landscaping company. I now have a fleet of Stihl products exclusively purchased at Foulk BECAUSE our window to generate income is 8 months long. A tool that is broken costs money whether you are a homeowner or professional contractor. Phil, Andy and associates are prompt and speedy with parts or repairs. New units are almost always in stock and nothing is more satisfying than buying from a local family owned organization. They have had my back when ever I’ve needed service or a part. Kinda small. Last time I was in there a guy was asking if they were done repairing his lawnmower that they had for 3 weeks ! They still werent done with it.
As the owner of Foulk Lawn it is my responsiblity to ensure 100% satisfaction. Unfortunately, this is a lofty, yet attainable goal. I just wanted to take this time to explain some things regarding the previous review. I would like everyone to know that we take each and every customer experience very seriously. We are commited to making sure that your tractor is serviced in a proper fashion. I would also like to add that we did much more to this tractor than just change the oil and sharpen the blades. In fact we pay particularly close attention to newer tractors so that any issues that arise can be handled in the warranty time frame. Saving owners additional cost down the road. Please also note that this customer had no issue with the work that we completed, only with the billing. Could I have saved some time and energy by simply lowering the bill? Sure, but how is that fair to 2000 other service jobs we did this year, that dutifully payed their bills. I encourage everyone to stop on by and see for yourselves just how good we can be. Great, friendly service from Phil and his crew there at Foulk Lawn & Equipment. We orchestrated a large order over the phone so I could drive down from NY. The pickup went smoothly and they went over and explained the tractor and all of the attachments for me before helping me load the trailer.

I have been a customer of Foulk Lawn & Equipment for the last year purchasing well over $5000 worth of equipment from them.Phil has always gone above and beyond to get us the right equipment and parts in a very timely manner. He has even pulled parts from new equipment on their showroom floor to get us up and running.I travel 30 miles out of my way to go to this shop.
Perhaps you must have purchased your equipment from these folks to get service. Went in on Saturday, one couple in the place. I new something was up when I needed to show the folks the PDF parts list for my older Stihl chain saw. The guy basically had an attitude, even waiting on a fellow who walked in after me with a newer tool. Thats OK. I just wanted to buy a part and be on my way. Needless to say, I did not get service or any parts.Stihl needs to find some dealers willing to spend a minute or two with customers who are long term users. Certainly I will buy a new saw when the time comes, but after purchasing a $12.00 part from a competing dealer, I now know who to go to for service in the long run.

Foulk Lawn is THE most helpful Ive found in the area. Ive been working with Ryan for via phone calls and emails to find... not a big new Cub Cadet...or a fancy new attachment... but only two replacement hi-lift blades for an old Cub. The other two shops I called barely opened the catalog to help me and gave up. I dont even know if Foulk will find what I need at this point but I do know that they are trying like hell. That means a lot to me. UPDATE: Mission Accomplished! Ryan found blades for me that made my old Cub Cadet suck-up leaves and grass as it once did. Theyll be seeing me again for sure.

Brand new to the area, I needed a source of supply for all sorts of needs. Had a Craftsman chainsaw that needed servicing. Went to Foulk Lawn and was disappointed to discover that they dont work on Craftsman stuff (theyre principally a Stihl dealer). I was helped by Phil (the owner) - Phil very nicely recommended a competitor who did work on Craftsman equipment. We started a conversation and I mentioned that I was in the market for a new trimmer. He very helpfully told me about the various types he had in stock. I had priced various trimmers at a Home Depot ( not Stihl) and figured I could get one for about 150 bucks. The Stihl I settled on cost 200 - So why spend an extra 50 bucks? - Heres why:#1 - at Foulk it isnt figure it out yourself like at Home Depot. There are people there who actually know what theyre talking about and guide you to a good decision.#2 - The product itself is fully assembled - no 45 minutes of screwing around with directions written by some Chinese grad student.#3 - They fill it with gas and take it and you out back to show you how it runs and make sure it works right.#4 - They mail in the registration forms for you#5 - They give you a folder that contains all the manuals, the slips, as well as helpful hints for how to make things last#6 - You get a free kick-ass Team Stihl hatBy the way, the trimmer works great and I have 100% confidence that if I *ever* have an issue that theyll stand by me 100%.- I now have a quality equipment dealer - still looking for a good nearby Chinese restaurant, but one step at a time.
