People seem to love it. It was very busy when I was there. I go for the Virginia peanuts. They are delicious. I only gave 3 star because everything else is not stuff I buy but that doesnt mean you wont like it.

I didnt know this was a physio store, but it was super nice to walk around! They have a lot of interesting garden goods at decent prices. I had no clue that most of the goods are actually half affordable. The kitschy stuff was definitely on the expensive side though

This place has wonderful things from wind chimes, throw pillows, to face masks and jellies. Along with other wonderful things. Its like a pier one but much better. Plus the staff is great they are friendly polite and attentive.

Always a fun place to stop in and find something unexpected, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I like the customer service and attention that is given to a customer, in spite of the Covid-19 guidelines and practices.I always like going there just to patiently stroll to seek what is new in the store and never feeling pressured. Will tell friends about online services too.

If you like extended shipping delays and terrible customer service, then this is the store for you! It takes 2 months to ship HALF of your order because the company decided to discontinue the item months after you already paid for it in full. Customer service response when asked how to make this right was “there’s nothing we can do”... Don’t waste your time or money with this company. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Expensive but great local feel with lots of stuff I can easily decorate for my mountain home.

Great finds, super nice staff. I love the beautiful things they have to really add to your garden. If they dont have it, they are the first to offer to order it for you.

Customer service is exceptional and they always have what Im looking for.

Had to call customer service for replacement parts for a wind spinner. 6 washers and 2 wing nuts are $160. One hundred sixty dollars. Went to my local Ace Hardware and got the parts for $3.32. The price was so ridiculous, the company has completely lost my business.

Very disappointed in this store with customer service. I passed this store several times, today I had time to stop. Lovely merchandise for anyones home.....lady in striped shirt passed me and came within speaking distance several times. NEVER SAID A WORD. 2nd lady inGreen top came from back, and as she noticed and passed me, she did greet me. Im African American and felt discriminated against. I work, I have money, and I did see things that I liked and would have purchased. NOT ONCE, DID I GET, MAY I HELP YOU. I walked out. I WILL CONTINUE TO PASS THIS STORE.

Not happy with a item that was no longer stocked was a display item asked for a discount and since it was on sale their would be no further discount taken.
