Cozy, calm, and warm vibes. Hidden jam in the WS downtown. I had a tranquil afternoon with drinks from here.

I found a hidden gem in WS. Coffee is excellent - I am sure they use the top 1% of beans. The atmosphere is excellent and a beautiful place to study in the Western Salem!

Solid cup of coffee! Ambiance was good, and there were quite a number of people inside. Nice garden area in the back as well. Found it odd that they had pastries, but there was no covering on them--no division between food items and every person who walked up to the register. Would likely come back for another cup of coffee if I were in the area though!

Very unique location! I didn’t go back to the garden. I had the hot lavender latte—it was extremely lavender-y. There also wasn’t wifi readily available. Not sure if I had to explicitly ask a worker for wifi, but no signs were posted anywhere. The seating is somewhat cafeteria style except for some side chairs. But I enjoyed the morning I spent there working. I’ll be back since they have a rewards card that I can get stamped.

Say So isn’t one of my favorite coffee shops just because of how good their coffee is, but the atmosphere and the people are what really get me. I consider myself a frequent flyer and every time the barista behind the counter is always kind, strikes up genuine conversations, and asks how my day is going. I love the quaint little atmosphere on the inside- perfect for studying or 1:1 conversation- and the beautiful outside seating they have when the weather is nice. Couldn’t recommend this little place enough!

Sorry....no review, just a question. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a telephone number for Says Coffee. No luck. I have heard that they sell coffee beans from Black and White Roasters in the Raleigh area. I order from the regularly but would buy from Sayso if I knew what they had. I dont want to drive to WS from Greensboro and back to find out they dont have the coffee.

SaySo is consistently a pleasure.They care deeply about quality and take the time to dial in each coffee to bring out the best in them. They are also kind and pleasant to speak with every time I go in. This is a great place to sit and read or study, or just quickly grab a cup to go.Definitely the best coffee quality in all of Winston Salem. Check them out.

Best coffee in Winston. Classic cappuccino or latte can’t be beat. Baked goods are always fresh and they have a great assortment. Great environment with both inside and outside seating options.

Came here for the first time because my usual coffee shops were opening later on July 5th. So glad I did. The coffee is fantastic. Spencer was working. The man is a coffee artisan. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 2:15 for a coffee with something to eat with it. NOTHING was there to eat! Said that they we’re already sold out of everything! I don’t drink coffee without something to go with it. For a coffeehouse, looks like they haven’t got their act together! I went to another coffeehouse on Marshall Street afterwards, fully stocked with EVERYTHING!

Got the Cardamom Latte with oat milk. Very yummy. Oat milk was steamed nicely and I really enjoyed the espresso too! Will be back soon :)

Was traveling through on my way back to KCMO and stopped here for a latte. This place did not disappoint! Some of the best coffee Ive ever had. Two of my sisters got coffee also and everything they got was amazing as well!

Best oatmilk lavender latte in town. Amazing baked goods Thursday-Saturday. Definitely a great place to check out and hangout with friends.

I stopped by this morning because they open 30 minutes before anyone else and wound up having one of the best espressos one ever had. Aside from the meticulous preparation by the barista, these folks have sourced some incredible beans. My espresso was made with a blend of Ethiopian and Columbian beans and there wasnt a lot of noticeable acidity but there was a lot of fruit, chocolate and excellent body. It was a balanced cup and the flavor kept coming. Check this place out only of you love great coffee.

This place is just perfect for a nice coffee and treat getaway. Very friendly, nice variety of coffee drinks and delicious baked goods. Good spot to settle in and get some work done or catch up with friends.

These guys are doing coffee right. Each cup is perfectly crafted. The process is methodical and scientific. Weighing each cup, and throwing out anything that isnt perfect. Plus, you can stay and have a beer in the afternoon if thats what youre into.Check out the back patio space, or the good vibes indoors.

Very very good coffee. Winston has a new contender for the best coffee in the city. Do yourself a favor and go try it out, they know their coffee and its amazing.

Where coffee is art and you won’t leave without making a friend

The double espresso absolutely made my day. It was the best I have had in a long time. Beautiful balance of acidity. I followed it with a regular coffee that was also delicious.

Impeccable coffee, best in town and I used to barista at another local shop. However the clientele seems to be mainly plague rats without masks indoors so it’s impossible to enjoy your cup and read inside at the moment. Get to go until the pandemic is over and you’ll have some of the best coffee of your life

Best coffee shop in WS hands down! Stop in to grab a cup of coffee (or a beer), go out back and sit with a book or a friend while you let your kids play with the chickens next to the patio! Good times all around!

A little disappointing. The espresso was not good, the seating was uncomfortable, and they did not have plain soda water. The staff was good.
