The first time I read these reviews was when the installers were installing wood flooring in my house.Needless to say, after reading some of these reviews, I became a little worried. We had three installers and it became very evident that these men were true professionals. They were very careful with moving furniture, treating it like it was their own. After removing the carpet, they spent a great deal of time preparing the floor surface. While two of the installers were installing the wood flooring, the remaining installer was charged with selecting the wood planks, making sure he was selecting planks that looked good together. He also did the sawing according to the measurements the other installers needed. My wife and I had stained some new baseboards so that they would be installing the new baseboards. The baseboards were cut and installed to perfection. The final result was simply stunning and I find myself frequently looking at my living room and dining room. The floors make my other furnishings look new. It looks like a photo from a designer magazine. You cannot go wrong with DiLoreto Interiors. From beginning to completion, you will be dealing with personnel who are knowledgeable and professional.

I would avoid using Gabe DeLoreto at all costs. The pictures show the quality of work that was done and what it looked like before caulking. This was a restoration job. All his sub contractor did was throw in some caulking, in a sloppy manner, and said it was perfect. Not only that, insurance was paying him to paint the whole living room, kitchen and bathroom and he said I dont care what they are paying, what do I need to do. Really?!?! Do what your getting paid to do!!!He said we compromised because we agreed to let him install higher baseboards because it would come out perfect without painting. Well, obviously it didnt. Not only that, by letting him install higher baseboards he would have been paid for painting very large rooms without painting. The only additional thing he did was replace two $5 pieces of wood, but he damaged my walls when he did it!!They got blue wall paint on the white ceiling and white ceiling paint on the blue wall. Then he came out today to fix the issues, was 2.5 hours late and argued about everything. Virtually every baseboard was installed on an angle and he said you cant expect it to be perfect. From the pictures below you can see he doesnt understand the meaning of the word perfect. I told him I had to go to work and he said that he would get to work and might go to Home Depot later. Instead, they left with my door unlocked. Thank God I waited 15 minutes before leaving because my home would have been left unlocked by these clowns.Dont hire him unless you are looking for someone to damage your house.

Personal calls to multiple vendors and warehouses, arranging measurements and drop offs at convenient times for my busy work schedule, pulling off emergency turnaround time for tile delivery from this picky client, all while providing the best prices I’ve found around town... Gabe Deloreto and Mark have provided above-and-beyond customer service for me so far. Next up are the carpets, and I look forward to an excellent job to come!

Love this place. Lori and Gabe are fantastic and always able to assist with any flooring needs. If you are looking for one on one personal care, this is the place to be.

I would highly recommend DeLoreto Interiors if you are looking for flooring. The owner, Gabe, is very knowledgable about the products and if he doesnt know the answer he will find out for you. I feel that I received the utmost in professional and friendly service, and cant thank him enough for being fast and efficient.

Very poor experience overall. Would not use again and would certainly not recommend. - Note post owner comment - Yes, I have unfortunately had to work with your company. The name is obviously a pseudonym. The fact that you dont like what I have to say doesnt change the bad experience I had with your company. Your showroom is pretty . . . your service, communication, billing, etc is what was a mess.
