Masterpiece Closets redesigned our master closet and did a great job! It looks great and offers significant functional improvement. Were having them do some additional closets at our home and cant wait to see the results.

The closet design was exactly what we needed. They were very responsive to our desires when customizing the project for us. With 4 young children, we had some very specific needs. They successfully turned an old wire shelf closet into a really functional mud room.

We moved to Orlando 3 months ago, bought a house and contact the company to make our walking closet, is being a nightmare, the come to the house, we were at work, left the check with the amount the mention in the proposal for a finish product, when we come back the closet looks horrible, wish I can post pictures in this rate, nobody, will be happy with what they called finish product. Emily was the sales rep, we were in contact with. i do not recomend this company, very bad experience

I was so excited to redo the master walk-in closet as part of our renovation. We were asked to use this company by our general contractor. The first design proposal by Cris was incredibly basic and did not utilize the space at all! I went back after spending my own two hours designing the closet myself and explaining it to her. Of course, there is an upcharge with everything. Install day comes, it looks okay but drawers are crooked, a few of the soft close drawers werent working and strips of the siding were not placed. These were all fixed, but I am finding the closet is slowly falling apart and all the screws are drilled in the wall in different places not allowing me to adjust shelves to the correct height. Now here I am, about a year and a half later trying to organize my cabinets a little better and I cannot adjust the shelves. They are jammed in there and when I do move them, the pressed board shelves are cracking and breaking apart. I have honestly seen IKEA closets work better than these. Very disappointed since we spent thousands of dollars using their closet system.

We are so very happy with our new closet from Masterpiece Closets and Storage Solutions. We had a room we were converting from a media room to a bedroom and needed to have a closet built. We worked with Tim and he helped us design a perfect closet in the space we were working with. We told him what we were looking for and with his suggestions and design ideas, the closet came to life and turned out amazing!! We love the storage options and the clean, custom look. I contacted Masterpiece Closets to provide me a proposal for a master closet design. Cris Smith, a sales representative with Masterpiece Closets came out to my home, took measurements, and provided me with a design and price approximately 72 hours later. The proposal from Masterpiece Closets was very basic and included one single line item showing only the price. I received several other bids from other local closet design companies that same week, which Masterpiece Closets was aware of. I made a decision of which design I preferred and contacted Masterpiece Closets to prepare an estimate based on the design that I wished to be installed in my home. Cris submitted the design and responded with a drawing and price approximately 72 hours later. After having received the price from Masterpiece Closets it was still more expensive than a competitor. At the bottom of the Masterpiece Closets proposal it states in part, “Ask about our price and quality guarantee. If you find a better design or one for less money, we will match that design & beat that price by 5%, provided the specs are similar.” I contacted Cris and inquired as to what Masterpiece Closets would need from me in order to accomplish the price match and 5% reduction in price. Cris advised that they would need the design and proposal from the competitor, to which I sent both the same day. The following day after not receiving the requested Masterpiece Closets proposal update, I contacted my sales rep, Cris and asked for a status update. Later that afternoon I received an email from the Owner/President of Masterpiece Closets Ted Wettstein. The email in short stated that Cris had already provided me a ‘discount’ and Masterpiece Closets would not be changing their price (contrary to their price and quality guarantee proposal language.) Buyer beware that this company’s guarantee is meaningless, they do not follow through with their own contract language, and does not deserve the public’s business with this lack of integrity.

At Masterpeice Closets they go above and beyond to make sure youre happy, everything was well planned and executed. Loved the way our custom office turned out!
