I have had the pleasure of working with Crisel Gendron for the last few years. She has designed the bathrooms and kitchens with tile and stone for several of my projects. Recently, I worked with a client from Winchester and they had a great experience with Crisel - they were very happy with her recommendations for countertops and tile. We needed to find stone to surround our new gas fireplace and luckily Stone Surfaces in Woburn was recommended to us. After reviewing the numerous offerings online we called to make an appointment and spoke with Crisel Gendron. She expertly went over the options available over the phone and set up a meeting at the showroom for the next day. Once we arrived she showed us the options, including a large selection of remnant pieces which would work for our needs, one of which we selected. She organized for a person to come out to do a measurement at our house and then within two weeks we had an expert team onsite doing the install...which was done very professionally. We are very pleased with the entire process and selection. Highly recommend.
