I am always thrilled by the Crest service department even though my Lincoln rarely needs servicing. They are always fast, responsive, and inexpensive - if not even free (finding warranty coverage on their own) and always providing convenient pickup/drop off vehicle exchanges and wonderful loaner cars. Even though I own two Fords, I bring them here because the service is excellent. For example, I was having an issue with some creature comforts in my vehicle, not affecting the vehicles performance. After having brought the vehicle to Stevens Ford regularly, and then for this issue, they blew off the problem and told me its not a Ford issue, which is ridiculous, considering Ford makes the vehicle!Without question, Crest took in my vehicle, and actually worked on it twice to get the problem right, without hassle, questioning, or shifting blame. They were kind and courteous throughout, and Ray, their shuttle driver, is an incredibly nice guy who went out of his way to not only drop me off, but pick me up from work that evening, staying late to do so. Those small things go a long way.The vehicle is working as intended now, the service side has been excellent, and I plan on continuing to bring my Fords to Crest, as they seem to value the customer, something I never really felt at Stevens.

Use to be a good place but of late unless you have a lot of money and buy expensive cars they are not loyal to long term customers. Recently removed promises made at purchase because car is not aged in their answers spot. Did not even grandfather in prior purchases. Not very nice to a loyal customer.

For someone who hates the car buying process, Crest is a welcome exception to the rule. From initial contact several years ago for a lease on a MKZ to our recent purchase of a certified pre-owned MKC, it could not have gone better. Sales people dont really sell - they advise and guide you seamlessly through the process.

Repairs were completed quickly. But, my vehicle was not cleaned after the crew was in my car. Hand and shoe smears were found on interior of the car.

I called last night around 5 to make sure I didnt need an appt for an oil change. They said oh no, just drive right in!Well whoever answered was wrong, and I guess at least I expected an apology. That wasnt happening either.What a difference from about a year ago. I used to tell everyone, we were treated like kings when u walk in there. The transmissions was flushed as well as the coolant. New belts were put in. The car was fully inspected to determine if additional work was need but all is well. Price was fair. Very happy with service and this dealership.
$75.00 for an oil change. I did not want or need tire rotation or did not get it. Then it took 45 minutes to get a wash= I do not have time to waste and as far as I am concerned 85 minutes is too long for an oil change.

I had to have my car in for service because of a failed suspension part and a seat issue. The 1st trip they confirmed what I had already know and fixed the seat. They gave the typical cant duplicate seat issue and tell me there is no TSB for the seat. Trip #2 the car goes back to have the suspension issue fixed but this time I have a link to the seat TSB directly from lincoln. All of a sudden they can fix the seat. So after 3 and a half hours the car is fixed. Car is washed and as Im checking it over at my house it now has a new deep scratch in the rear bumper right where the technician would have been working on my car. Thanks Crest for the damage.

Being an out of state buyer, Allen gave me confidence, answered all my questions thoroughly, was honest and very helpful throughout the process. Allen was very knowledgeable and consistently made himself available based on my schedule, not his. While I didnt end up buying the car with him, (just found a car better suited for me closer) I told Allen that I wanted to give him the deal because he was the best that Ive seen in a long time. I was on the brink of giving up on the entire line of Ford manufactured vehicles because of some bad experiences going back three (3) years. I have gone through 3 vehicles in 3 years. I was again having problems with the third and getting nowhere with the Ford dealer I bought the vehicle from. I drove into Crest Automall one day expecting the same result. From the moment I drove into that service bay and was welcomed with a smile by Nate, I felt things might be looking up. Jeff and Nate LISTENED to my issues and before the day was done, the crew at Crest had solved the most annoying of my problems. The vehicle is driving much better, even though at that time they still couldnt duplicate the other problem I was having. I believe them because I took the vehicle out with Jeff and couldnt replicate the problem either. I was reassured that if it came back, to just bring the vehicle back in for another check. I have been bringing my company vehicles here for over a year and the service started out great but has gone downhill to the point that I will not be returning. The service advisor Nate is extremely unprofessional and has zero concerns for customer service. I brought my Ford Explorer in recently because it was making horrendous clunking noises on the axels, my mirrors were making noise when they folded in and out, and my front windows were hopping when rolled down. They kept my car for over a week and when I called to ask what was going on Nate told me that there was nothing wrong with my axels, that they fixed the mirrors and windows. He was using terms that I have never heard and could not give me and type of explanation of what was “fixed” on my vehicle. I picked up the car after hours and the noise coming from my axels was still there on the first turn in the parking lot. The way they “fixed” my mirrors was by spraying them with WD40 which stained my doors all the way down from it dripping. They also performed a rear alignment which completely threw off my front alignment and steering wheel.I took this vehicle to another dealership and within an hour they knew exactly what was wrong with it, processed everything through my extended warranty, and provided me with a courtesy vehicle for the week while it was being worked on.I would not trust the service team at Crest Lincoln and highly recommend getting a second opinion.
