Ive stored my stuff here for two years now and its been a great experience. Its a nice facility, very clean, temperature controlled. But whats best is the staff, always friendly and helpful. Theyve been terrific every time Ive needed their help. I cant recommend them highly enough.

The Staff, specifically Vic has been a great help with satisfying my storage needs. Theyve all been great whenever I had a question or needed boxes and other storage supplies. Stopped by yesterday because Im moving in a couple of months and had some questions about the facility and the process of buying a storage unit. Devin was incredibly helpful and was able to explain everything to me including the different sizes and which one would best work for me. Great staff with great attitudes! Ill definitely be back to rent a space when the time comes!

GREAT FACILITY. I’ve been in the market for a storage unit and visited a couple places but this one definitely takes the cake. Clean, well kept, and great people working the front desk. I highly recommend this place for anyone who’s planning on storing their things somewhere.

Ive been storing stuff at alternate storage facilities for years and after a couple run-ins with bad attitudes, Im on the hunt. I have to say that after touring the facility today, the manager Vic, won me over! The facilities are clean and well maintained (a must when storing collectables/instruments)! Horrible customer service, the gentleman as manager there never answers the phone and ignores customers messages. 5 voicemails in the past month never heard back had to physically go there just to get information. When I spoke to him he was very rude and short and acted like he didnt even want to be here, sad.

If you rent at this location. There is a rent increase every year. Just know that. Also this location isn’t 24hrs. The staff is nice, but I decided to save my money and get storage at another location.

The customer service here is amazing. I reserved my storage unit online for my one bedroom apartment and I ended up getting a size too big. I did not know that at the time, but the customer service rep instructed me that I would be paying way too much money a month for extra space and showed me a unit that most one bedroom apartments use instead. I was able to save over a little close to 200 a month now on my rental unit. Love that this business is not just about the money, but care about their customers as well.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 4 years. Started out bout $50.00 now same unit is just about $250.00😳Rates constantly rising....and new customer paying bout 50.00 for the same size but I’m paying 5X more ....smh

Excellent experience with Beatriz. She was super patient with me as we walked a few units to see what I needed. I really appreciate her help. She was very positive and pleasant. Jarrod is pleasant as well too. I havent had much interaction, but the few I have had have been excellent. Unit is clean and sizable.

Great storage facility. I like the climate control and huge loading area with wide hallways. Staff were helpful with setting it all up. This location is secure and safe....which is what I wanted storing all my items when moving and keeping my extra furniture onsite.
