Purchased boots one week ago in a half size smaller than boots bought a year ago which had stretched out and were loose fitting. After wearing for a week and the boots never stretching and breaking in, my feet were uncomfortable every night when I got home. Decided to take back and exchange for a half size larger and I was informed that they could not be returned after being worn at all. I’m now out $100 dollars on boots that I can’t wear as well as needing to purchase a different pair of boots so I can work. I wonder what store I’m not going to be looking for new boots at.

Judging by all the negative reviews at the headquarters, I am not the only one, theres obviously an issue with your company.I just purchased a pair of sandals for indoor use only. Ive had them six months or under and they are already separating where the straps connect to the rubber.I was hesitant about purchasing them because a few years back I had purchased a very expensive pair of hiking boots and they lasted six months or under before the sole started coming undone.I went online and did some research and I have seen many complaints about Columbia products in the last several years and how their products have declined.I will not purchase any more Colombia products.I would not recommend

Columbia store is the store for the outdoor activities, it doesnt matter what season you are mostly active, spring, summer, fall and ot winter, Columbia stores carry the appropriate gear for the season.

Always a great place to pick up clothes. I am smaller frame person so it can be tough to find some of columbias sub brands that fit better but still a good place to try.

Columbia is a good product and maybe you might find something you like but I find that the prices are better at Fred Meyer for the same thing.

Staff is very helpful, even in the busiest of holiday shopping seasons. I found a coat I loved, but they didnt have my size. A sales associate took the time to wait on lengthy holds with two different stores to find my coat. This may seem like an ordinary task, but she was friendly and patient at the end of what was likely a crazy day of holiday shoppers. She was able to find the coat in my size at another store, which I picked up that same night. I will definitely be back again as the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and they have great deals.

Colombias some of my favorite outdoor gear. Didnt feel like the savings here were worth coming for, however! Not much of a discount really. Ive seen much better sales at regular retail stores on Columbia gear.

Great deals in here. My wife got a rain jacket for $100usd after all the discounts. They had a good selection of Size of extra small jackets for my wife and in black! Recommend to check this place out.

Great prices and a good selection. They wont have everything you are looking for since their stock is mostly overflow and items going out of stock. But they do have a good selection and its next door to the main store.

Really good deals on some really good apparel. I got $180 water resistant hooded jacket there for $53. The staff was very knowledgeable about their product when I was asking questions.

Best place at woodburn to get any outdoor gear that you need. They really seem to have more/larger sales than any other place in the mall. Last time we went in they had just remodeled (April 18) this place looks more like a store you would see in downtown Portland than a outlet store! The staff was a little slow to greet me, but once I got their attention they were super helpful!

Has lots of selections, but prices were a little high for. Sale prices for some items seemed more reasonable. Friendly enough staff & store was nice.

After standing on a long line to checkout, price rang up higher than supposed to... told cashier Krystal about price issue. Noticed she didnt adjust price after we had left store. Returned to store short while later, went to side of her register with proof of lower price. She was so rude, saying go to back of line (another half hour wait? NO!). Asked for manager... she refused to call. Finally she rudely refunded the difference. She should have dealt with the price issue when brought to her attention after waiting so long to check out the first store visit. This is NOT appropriate customer service!

Not such great prices and all are the old discontinued items at about the same price as a regular retail store. Immediately after buying and within 2 minutes of leaving the store I discovered a problem with my new jacket. But the store was then closed and they dont accept refunds. Not sure what to do... perhaps donate the brand new jacket to goodwill and find a better one somewhere else. Im happy with one other item.

Im not always one to go out shopping right after Christmas because of just how chaotic it can get. However, today was a different story. I had taken my Mom out shopping since I didnt have a chance to buy her an actual gift. Although the Outlets were insane, and I had expected the crowds and workers to be irritated and impatient; However, I was proven wrong by the cashier that rang us up, Patrick. Even though our intentions were to be in and out, chances thought otherwise. We had an issue with one of our purchases (and working retail prior, I wanted to avoid any issues and also irritating impatient costumers), I had insisted that everything was good to avoid detaining the line. However, Patrick graciously insisted that we leave completely satisfied, so he went the extra 20 miles and did everything he could to ensure that we did. Even though I wasnt upset, he insisted to provide astonishing costumer service. Even though the shopping was mainly for my mom; I couldnt help but to go back and show my sincerest gratitude towards Patrick and his service, that I myself made some purchases.His willingness and sincerity actions have sold me to be a lifetime costumer of Columbia, as long as hes part of the company *haha Im truly grateful to have had such an experience on that given day.Thank you Patrick,

Usually a good shopping experience here. Average array of sale items and somewhat helpful sales people. Usually not great for bargains and closeouts. Sometimes crowded.

The only place I would go if I visit Woodburn Outlet. Great selections and most importantly, great discount if you buy a lot! They usually have 25%-50% off on already discounted items, plus if you buy 5+, additional 15% off, then if you get the coupon book an additional 10%-15% off, then sometimes combined with spend every $100 get $15-$25 back. The discounts add up fast...

Love the Columbia Factory stores, thay alway have such good deals and quality wares. Whenever I am close to one I always stop and shop.

Columbias sales mean a packed store. Good deals but expect a line even with 5 cashiers. Always a good deal.

Make sure you save all the shoes boxes if you need an exchange otherwise they dont allow it. I just needed to upgrade my shoes from a 10.5 to a 11 and they wouldnt let me exchange even if I left the new box with them just because of a stupid label that showed 11 instead of 10.5. Im sorry Im not a hoarder and collect all the boxes I buy.

The one-track minded cashier wont even try to let us use the Samsung Pay even though the machine shows please wait for the cashier already (The MST technology even work with Under Armors oldest type of machine). Quite annoying. Some good deals though.

As a plus sized woman, who knows that Columbia sells plus sized clothing, it was disappointing to me that their plus section had been removed. Columbia clothing is my favorite for casual wear, and had to walk away empty-handed. So sad.

I was in the store yesterday ，when I point out there is a advertising was confusing customer one of the employee was very unkind said we think it is not. But I think if a customer point out something a experience worker should at lease said I will let the manager known and get some improvements.just some suggestions,wish the Managerment will train the new employee better and learn who to do customer service.

Worst place to go shopping for clothes. Manager and staffs are very rude and unfriendly. Today, I come to buy jacket and the cashier didnt take the chip out of the jacket. I drove home and my sister realized they didnt take the chip out. I have to drive back to the store. The manager didnt seem helpful. She asked for receipt. I told her what if I accidentally lost the receipt, then how can you take out for me? It wasnt my fault. She said then we cant take it out for you. Then I said I wont come back here again because I was mad. She told me back okay bye. As a manager, she shouldnt say that to customer. I feel ashamed being there. I paid for the clothes there, not for free. They shouldnt treat me like that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Dont spend your money on this stupid store. My sister told me, she feel they treated us racist because we are asian. Come to the North Face Outlet, their service is 10 times better!!!!
