Customer service is good. Staff explained the product specifications with detailed and understandable. They have completed the work in short span of the time. As usual Bose products are excellent

Purchased a headphone and it was defect, got a replacement item from them and it was also defect.2 of the same items came brand new out of the box, both having the same defect. What does it say about this company? Means their defect rate is so high to even made this happened. Not reliable at all.I don’t recommend this company. All the returning, waiting, going back and forth with the customer service wasted so much of my life and effort. Don’t make my mistake, choose another brand.

Very unprofessional service. These guys dont care about their customer. I had sport earbuds. No sound coming from one earbuds, they asked me to return it. First of all they didnt have the same product available. They promised me to ship another color headphones. I agreed to that. Upon sending the product these guys said sorry they dont have the product available... These all caused a lot of trouble.

I bought a pair of headphones that had and extra $50 surcharge that I didnt catch before I paid. But, other than that the staff offered to clean any device I tried and they had a very understandable policy on customer occupancy so get there early!

I really appreciate this Bose store has factory refurbished options with the same warranty but for a lower cost. Great customer service, and as always innovative high quality products.

Who knew there was a Bose outlet here in the middle of nowhere? Now I’m glad I had to come here to attend my cousins wedding. Got a screaming deal on a theater system.

Went in looking to find out the model# of my daughters Bose headphones, she needed new ear pads... to my shock, they had them in stock and swapped them out for me at a reasonable price. Staff was helpful and made it very painless!

Went in to replace the pads on me noise canceling headphones. They replaced the pads with the wrong ones and tried to lie about it when i questioned them, contradicting information on their website. They then expected us to make two trips back to the store from out of town in order to remedy the problem. Unskilled and uneducated sales people with no sense of customer service. Will not be purchasing anymore expensive Bose products if they are going to be ruined by their incapable staff. If a guy named Adam offers you help at this store run the other way.

I stopped in to get new ear pads for a headset I am borrowing. The staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. They even installed the pads while I waited.

I tried some of their products in the store and was amazed at the technology theyve engineered. Their friendly staff was kind enough to show me the differences in all their home theaters and let me demo them myself. Phenominal place!

Bose used to be a higher end brand now not so much...rather common technologically.

The guy was nice, but the produce has gone way down unless you want a stupid sound bar.

HEAVEN!!!! Im a Bose fan hands down. Staff are great and they let u PUMP UP THE VOLUME!!! Lol love it here.
