Great customer service. Took my mixer in to be fixed. Got it back and it still had the original problem. They took it back and fixed it for no additional cost.

Rapid & accurate diagnosis of a valve problem with our new Bosch dishwasher. Michael did an excellent job root-causing the problem and quickly replacing and testing the new valve.

These guys make magic happen. I was having the hardest time finding a evap. fan for my make line for Carters Cart. The mount and height and size of fans where very obscure and the company that made them didnt exist anymore. Id talked to a handful of other shops and drove all over until I found the amazing team at Cascade. Mike, you are the man!!!! Thanks again👍🏼👍🏽😀 He took two different fans and made them work great, better then before.

This place was recommended to me from the shop I usually take my motors to get fixed. They seem very nice and the cost for them to diagnose the problem was reasonable. Have to wait and see how the repair work turns out.

My mom’s expensive Breville burr grinder that we had gotten for her as a present two years ago, had stopped working.Kitchen Kaboodle said they did not repair them and Breville would require it to be sent back to them...They recommended this shop.While it is a little out-of-the-way from where I live, they provided fantastic service, fixed the problem, and even showed me a little secret pull out section that has cleaning directions. :-)Highly recommend them!!!
