Worst place ever.They simply steal your money.After an accident I leave my box truck to replace the back roll up door, after 7 weeks, yes they take 7 weeks to replace a door!The door don’t close completely ( is a 5 inches gap on top).The door don’t roll properly on rails, you have to use an extreme force to pull up ( a lady or an old person simply can’t do it)The ropes that pull the door up just broke after a week.All lights inside the box and on back of the truck are not working.Brian the manager is a complete clown, if you ask to fix it, he just smile and said it is normal and will work fine after a couple weeks of use.Please look the picture and run away from this terrible place!

I work for a large HVAC contractor and we use WT for our fleet of trucks. They always do great work. They are honest and efficient. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. They can handle large and small repairs and if they tell you it’s fixed then it’s fixed. Highly recommend these guys!!

I have used this shop multiple times. They do quality work in a timely manner. The best part about this company is that someone will actually pick up your car and drop it back off. You dont have to raise a finger. They picked my car up while I was at work and it was right outside when I left work, running like new. The delivery drivers are very professional and courteous and always take very good care of your vehicle. Will most definitely be having my repairs done here in the foreseeable future.

Great service and quality work! Had body work done on my 2002 Corolla. Not trying to spend a fortune on my older vehicle the WT guys found a used door and repainted. Looks perfect! Replaced the rear windshield on my truck bd did a great job! Then when I had engine trouble with my truck and thought it was the transmission they quickly diagnosed it as a catalytic converter issue which was initially a very expensive repair. Knowing I wanted to save money the WT team, without me asking, searched around and found a less expensive part for me saving me hundreds of dollars! Very professional group! Quotes are on target and estimates are spot on! Highly recommend!

In a matter of four months, we had to bring two vehicles in. 2016 Subaru Outback for some minor bumper work, done super quickly, completely and at the right cost. Replaced the bumper and assured all was in working order.The second vehicle was our 2017 Ram truck, the victim of a fallen tree in a storm. Required a replacement of the entire roof . Again, work done on time, flawlessly and complete. They negotiated hard with our insurance company to get all appropriate work done. Could not be any happier nor impressed!Wish I could give 10 stars! We have brought two cars here that we suspected had some sort of mechanical defect, but it turned out they were fine (one needed new front tires and oil change). In both cases they didnt charge us for diagnostics. Very honest people and they did a great job on replacing the tires and oil. Definitly recommend!

We left our car to be repaired in order to sell it. Being that we were going to sell it we wanted everything fixed. When we went to pick it up the front light panel had scratched as if it had hit something. Of course they had pictures that it was already there when they got it.In regard to pictures, if it happened at your hand, then of course you can take pictures and say it was like that when you got it I questioned, if it were there when we left it, we definitively would have had you fix it along with everything else. Or.... if it were there when you got it why did you not call and see if we wanted it fixed? Now we have left our car for a week and have extra damage! And in the middle of a pandemic of which yesterday saw 4k there were no mask!

I have been using W.TStandard for years. They do amazing work and are very upfront and honest. I went in for body work and was so happy I gave them a shot on my oil change and the service side was just as nice. They did not try to upsell me just did what I asked and made me a lifetime customer

WT Standard helped me fix an issue with my wife’s 2015 Toyota Sienna at a bargain. They replaced the shield under the front bumper and helped attach the damaged bumper to it without insisting I replace the bumper even though it was damaged. Would recommend heartily.

I walked out of my gym and saw that I had a flat tire, fortunately, W.T. Standard Auto is just across the street. I went over and they were amazing. They were able to bring my car over to the shop, patch my tire, and I was out the door in under an hour, on a Friday afternoon. They were so friendly and professional, I will definitely use them again.

Been here a couple of times now for oil changes and services. Have been treated with respect and up front honesty. Matt even took me out into the shop to show me my issue so i understood what i was paying for. This shop is top notch and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Me being a female i feel very comfortable bringing my car in.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the service department. Always easy to set appointments and their prices are extremely competitive. When we drop off our service vehicles to be serviced, I feel I can trust their mechanics to do a professional job of pointing put things that need attention and getting your vehicle back on the road.

I have used WT for several years doing the service on our van pool. The last few times has not been as smooth as in the past. Service before last the van was picked up early morning knowing it had to be back by 2:30, it arrived at the last minute. This time I had it serviced it was picked up at 8:17 and did not make it back till 3:15. No apology or reason as to why it took 7 hours to change the oil. Wont be using their service anymore.

Guys at WT Standard went above and beyond. I had an issue which I thought was related to the work WT completed but it turned out to be related to the tires I had installed the day before. Todd/Mike went above and beyond to fix this and ensure I was happy. I have never had an issue with the quality of service and customer service provided. Used with several vehicles and will continue to return in the future.

Ive had to have my truck repaired twice due to someone rear ending me. This is the only place I trust to repair my vehicle an know they will do an excellent job and offer a good warranty on the repairs. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are always professional, friendly and courteous when dealing with their customers. Even when I have to stop in to ask them a question or if I am by myself they still are very polite. They may cost a little more than the competitors but I know I can trust them to do the job right the first time!

Great shop! Its so far out of the way from my new house but I drive there anyway because these guys know what theyre talking about and get it right the first time. No wasted time with them hem hawing around just heres whats wrong heres what it cost to fix it right. Very clean and comfortable waiting area with clean cut and respectful employees. The body shop is amazing but the mechanics... I told them i had a bad pcm, before the car was ever even brought to the shop. After they had my car for a week i heard nothing so i called, they insisted that i needed a new starter and battery which I somehow paid $800 for. After i got a ride to pick up my car that they said was ready, paid $800, i walk out to my car that was just pulled to the door and the same lights are flashing and its in limp mode... mind you they had it for two weeks. 5 days later i hear nothing yet again so i call. I am told that there are currently other cars being worked on (after paying 800$ after being told it was fixed) but mine is next in line lmao.. so 800$ and four weeks without my car, i call to find something out yet again and am told that it needs a pcm (i told them that four weeks ago.) And that it would be 550$ needless to say that I was reminded why I stopped trusting shops. I have since had my car towed back to my apartment and am installing the pcm myself like i shouldve done in the first place instead of trusting a shop. So 1,100 lafter i have a battery,starter and a pcm i had to locate, purchase and install myself. Thanks for everything WT standar, you know how to leave an impression.

Long story short my cash-strapped girlfriend found her car in desperate need of repairs, due to my office using WT for our fleet services I decided to take it in. It took some trial and error but in the end Matt came through for us. Bottom line, excellent customer service and they are good on their word!

2009 Toyota Highlander, 107k miles. I chose this place based on reviews and how quickly they were going to check my car.I dropped my car off here with a complaint of roaring coming from the rear tires. I called a few places, prior to deciding on WT, and described my problem. Three other mechanics believed I needed a new wheel bearing. WT was able to check it the quickest since I was in a time crunch. Dropped my car off, next morning I got a phone call that I needed the rear differential assembly replaced. New $2k+ used $1829.00. I called back the other mechanics I spoke to previously and got quotes for same. I went to pick up my car to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. New diff. assembly is unlikely on such a young Toyota. First off! my car was in the parking lot, unlocked with the keys in the ignition after I was told it would be locked and secured. Secondly, my 2nd and 3rd opinions both confirmed I only needed a new wheel bearing. $350 out the door. I test drove my car before paying. Problem solved.I will tell everyone I know to never bring a car here. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!!

We walked in filled out some quick paper work, The guy who checked our car was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car took slightly long to repair but it was fixed and they had great service.

One never wants to find themselves at an automotive collision shop, no less with the anxiety of choosing the right one. There was no one to blame but myself for putting myself here. I chose WT Standard based on google reviews and State Farms Select program. Dropping off the car and initial conversations went smoothly and they made me feel at ease. But somewhere soon after that, my completion date was extended twice due to unforeseen problems with their paint equipment/department. My delivery date doubled and I second guessed my decision for going with WT. My contact, Jeff was candid and sincere, apologizing repeatedly for the delays. I picked up my car this past Friday and it looked amazing, exactly as when I drove off the dealership parking lot several years back.
