I have to give this shop a 5 star rating. I called to get a front end alignment and was told they were back a week but if I got it in first thing in the morning they would do the work. Thats a major plus in my book, what more could you ask for in the way of customer service. I was greeted by a friendly smiling face who was courteous and ready to help. The shop waiting area was extremely clean and well lighted it made for a pleasant wait. The work was performed timely as promised and the price was a bonus. I will definitely use this shop again and would recommend it as well.

C&T has always repaired and diagnosed most automobile faults but, there has been a moment recently that has me 2nd guessing the best community repair shop. I still recommend this business but have some reservations when looking at all other local community repair stations.

Ive used C&T on Bascomb Carmel Rd several times over the years from pre purchase inspections and engine to AC work. They have always had fair pricing and done great work. Its hard to find a good mechanic and Ive had several over the years.C&T has been cheaper than other places Ive been and have given me a correct diagnosis of my cars problems when others didnt.I highly recommend them and will continue to drive the extra distance to use them in the future.

Great service. Incredibly honest. Expert skillsTook my 2009 Camry in for service at 130k miles when they opened. By midmorning they called me with the list of things that needed to be done, all of which made sense in a high mileage, 10 year old car. They really inspected the car thoroughly and it actually drives better! ( I had gotten so used to the front shaking during acceleration that I had forgotten what a truly smooth ride this vehicle has.) Id never go anywhere else for service.

I took my car in for alignment after getting my bearings replaced. A day after the alignment, i started to hear noises coming from my car. I ended up having my bearing seized up because they claimed they had to reseat my bearing when they did the alignment. Now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix this issue. Thanks for taking advantage of struggling young adult who is trying to get on their feet after losing everything. Do not go here they will take your money and lie to you. They are just another greedy business owner

This is the first time having work done on my Jeep at C&T and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Being a 28 year old female, you always feel like youre going to get jerked around and ripped off when it comes to cars. They were able to get my Jeep driving smooth and safe for the first time since I bought it 3 years ago without breaking the bank. They even banged out previous damage in the wheel well where the tire would scrape - free of charge. I cant thank them enough for the work they did, the kindness I was greeted with (in person and over the phone) and how quickly they got the job done. I appreciate it C&T and will definitely be returning with any other issues.

Took my car in after 8 AM, got a ride home, car was ready for pickup about lunch time. This was a messy bearing replacement job and required close to 2 hours labor. Previous experience on my other vehicles was similar. Honest, competitive, capable auto service :-)

I recently had the air conditioning repaired on my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer by C and T Automotive. Jordan at the counter was terrific, as usual, answering all my questions, letting me know the price (very reasonable) before starting work, and calling me immediately when complete. My A/C works perfectly now and was finished in one day! Thanks also to technician Jeff Cady for his excellent troubleshooting and repairs. I recently had tires installed at C and T by Douglas Young. Im very happy with Douglas work and the quality of these tires. Im also grateful for the 3 tire brand choices that Jordan gave me when I was deciding. My father and I have been going to C and T for all our automotive servicing needs for the family cars for over 10 years now. We couldnt ask for better service and quality of work.

I was told about C&T by a friend and decided to take my older Corvette for a oil change and A/C service. Appointment was on time, and service was finished within the time estimate I was given. A month later I took my older Lexus there for an oil change and had the same experience. Prices are reasonable and shop is clean and well organized. I will use C&T on a regular basis going forward.

Took a 2007 BMW there. They charged me over $700 removed the entire back seat, didn’t put anything back together. Left it in horrible shape. They said they had to remove the back seat because you can’t hey in the truck with the fob. Well there is a key in the fob and they removed it for no reason. Put in the wrong kind of battery and killed the computers in the car. Totaling out the car. I paid over $700 for them to total my car. NEVER AGAIN

Horrible experience. Called them and Randy gave me the exact price not an estimate. When i showed up at the shop Chad started talking about how the price is too low and for that money he cannot guarantee that wont be scratches when they re done. Unbelievable. Dont waste your time going to this smelly shed, do your self a favor and find a real auto repair shop.

Really dishonest and disappointing, I went in and expressed very explicitly to not to do any work before I was called, never got a call till after they fixed 1/2 problems I asked to be fixed, and did 2 other services that were not asked for, INCLUDING A $50 MAF SERVICE, I personally timed how long it takes, less than a minute and I was argued with about how long took, unbelievably unprofessional, do not take your vehicles here EVER!
