Nothing wrong with the customer service it was actually great. It’s just the prices. I know the price of oil has gone up in the past couple of months tremendously but they tried to charge me $80 for an oil change. I have never paid more than $50 for an oil change. Ask the price before you let them touch your car.

WOW.... These guys are the real deal! I was looking for a reputable Chevy dealer that could service my vehicle in the area because I needed a routine oil change, in addition to diagnosing what caused my service engine light to come on after my car cut off while idling in park. I reached out to several dealerships, but they werent able to take me in until about a week later, so I opted to take it to a quick lube in hopes of at least getting a oil change and performing a diagnostic test for my engine light. Well, not only did they take me in for a quick oil change, but they thoroughly took their time to figure out what was causing my car to lose power while idling, which ended up just being my gas cap being extremely old and not maintaining a proper seal.....THANK GOODNESS it was nothing more severe. Not only did they replaced everything, they save me a ton of money and they were super nice and very helpful! I will definitely return on the regular for my routine oil changes/etc... Shout out to Walter and Logan!

I called and they were able to get me in right away! Seeing as I had a bag with me they were quick and replaced the battery immediately while we waited in the car. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Price was very good! Will go back for my service fromNow on!

Took truck in for what sounded like a bearing going out and a check engine light. They had it in and starting checking it out before my wife picked me up. An hour after I got home they called with everything they found. Told them to go ahead and fix it. 2 hours later they called and it was done . Bearing was fixed and 3 sensors that had set the light were checked and read normal. They reset light and truck is running good.

The main thing that I can say about this location is TRUST!! Trust and believe this entire staff is dedicated to excellent work and superb customer service

We took our cars in on a Saturday morning for oil changes, and while we were waiting walked over to the bowling alley to kill some time. The staff was very communicative about a small issue I had with the oil pan. They fixed the problem and only charged me a nominal amount for the repair. Very nice folks!

Replaced a leaking coolant tube and did a tire rotation on my boyfriends car. Coolant tube was fine but they didn’t tighten his wheels back on all the way and when he went into another shop they let him know one of his wheels was just a hair away from falling off. Not happy about that, super unsafe. I don’t know if they were busy and in a rush or if they’re usually this careless but it doesn’t really matter. Service was great otherwise and they worked with him on pricing really well. But I don’t think either of us will be going back.

To preface, this was my first visit to this Express location. I had my vehicle serviced on April 9th, after that I began noticing that my steering wheel was shaking as the car began to accelerate and gain speed. Upon taking to another mechanic shop, it was noted, the lug nuts were not tightened down and were lose on my front tire. Also, they informed me that the tires didnt need to be rotated/aligned because the inside (treads or wall) of the tires are wore down ~10,000 miles expected on it.After speaking with someone in the front office, they mentioned they used a buddy system to screw the lug nuts back on the vehicle. However, this must have not of occurred when they were servicing my vehicle. For the tire rotations, I would have anticipated this would have been caught upon inspection, but did not.Luckily, the lug nuts did not come off or it could have been a much worse situation. I will not be returning to this Express Location, and would advice any to watch out for this if you are getting the same work done on your vehicle.

Joe the store manager is awesome. Little did he know prior to me pulling up for service another store where I needed to pick up an item just closed as I pulled up. I was going to be 2 for 2. He was closing up shop too and I thought it just wasn’t my day to get my errands done. Poor planning on my part. Yet Joe made my day by taking me as his last customer. I was very thankful. They were quick kind and thorough.

I went for a routine oil change. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, but it wasn’t until my next oil change at a different store that I was shown that they used the wrong oil for my car (used synthetic blend instead of full synthetic) and that they didn’t replace my filter at all. Very upsetting and disappointing. Will not be coming back again.

Jacob was super helpful! I came in at 5:30 for an oil change and emissions test, and by 6 those had been completed as well as a light bulb change and a filter change. This team was thorough in helping me take care of my vehicle as well as explaining what I need done. At the end when he was ringing me up, he let me know that Tuesdays are a Ladies special, so I got $5 off without even asking. Ill definitely be back!

After my snellville and barrett parkway became sales stores!!! This is my new oneI wish I can remember his name... the guy who changed some tube that was leaking oil... he was amazing! It would have cost $200 but it was $40 now thats a deal!!!I give reviews after 2 visits and YES their service is constant ... if you need a speedy oil change and a mech who knows what he is doing and not overpriced you... go here.They dont upsell anything and advise you on your options so not forcing you to do stuff like change tires...

Never had a problem until my last visit, I went for my routine oil change. I’ve always gone to this location in Towne Lake. The pricing is fair, nothing great but definitely easier and faster for them to change my oil than doing it myself. I had my oil changed and went home. The next day I noticed my car was making a weird noise, like something was dragging. I check underneath and notice that my oil pan guard was dragging. They either didn’t tighten the fasteners well enough and they fell or they didn’t even bother to put them all back, but it was definitely dragging and it was all bent from a days worth of driving. I went back the following day and they said they’d fix it. I look underneath after they “fixed it” and they just zip tied it. About 3 months later, I notice that my car was leaking oil on the ground, I checked underneath my car to see where it was leaking from. After awhile of searching I notice that it was the drain plug. The oil drain plug was literally 2 threads away from falling out... that could’ve cost me my engine. I was fed up with the shoddy service and didn’t even bother to go back. I don’t recommend this location to anybody. Don’t even bother coming here, there’s plenty of other locations.

Always love coming here! Prices are usually better than other places that give me their quote. If by chance the price is more expensive, I still know that the employees here do top notch work. They also offer discounts if you are an AAA member, which helps immensely. Once an employee even offered to drop me off at work, since my car was being left there as I work just down the street! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves quality work done on their car because my car certainly runs like new.

There are much better places in the area. You arent saving any money by going here and you arent getting the service you could get somewhere else. If they cant remember to put the little next oil change sticker on your window then I dont want to know what other minor details they dont pay attention to. They arent here to help you maintain your vehicle, they are here to get your money and get you out.

I just took my 2010 F-150 with over 142K miles here for an oil change. The tech that greeted me clearly articulated the pricing and wait time. When I pulled into the oil change bay, Andrew, the manager, was the top guy and he again explained the pricing. He also noted that Id receive a $5.00 New Customer discount this visit and that Id receive a $5.00 discount for future visits for being a veteran (and 10% on mechanical services). He showed me my beginning oil level and color, as well as the finished oil level and color. He did everything as I would have liked him to. He told me that all of my fluid levels were fine, except for my power steering (which was just a shade low and was topped off-part of the service of course), and explained there is a QT top off policy between oil changes with Express. To be honest, it was the most transparent oil change service that I can remember in a long time. The shop has a few huge words plastered on the walls: Integrity, Trust, Honor, etc. I mentioned to the manager that Im a stickler for those values, and that hell have done a great job if his team could keep them. He stated that he and his guys take those words seriously and strive to live them every day.Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. Oh, and P.S. He mentioned that they will try to price match any quote on new tires too.

I have never had a bad experience while visiting this location. The employees are extremely professional and they look out for your best interest. They are honest to the point where my car didnt need work and instead of lying like other companies have done, they didnt let me pay for something not needed. Much respect, Im a customer for life.

I brought my Fiat in for an oil change today and was helped by Dylan, Sean, and Thomas who were very quick and helpful. I’ve always had positive experiences when I come into Express Oil Change, but this service was exceptionally great as the guys were very personable and made the wait, albeit quick, enjoyable. Ive always have a great experience. If you need a filter replaced, he will show you your current one, give his recommendation, and ask you what you would like to do. My average visit is about 10-15 minutes, and you stay in the car while they do the oil change.

When I called they answered the phone fast and the gentleman was very friendly. I was assured that my oil change would take 10-15 mins tops. When I got there they were professional and had the job finished at the 13 min mark. Great, fast and friendly service!! Thanks you guys!

Paid for an high mileage oil change that was never completed; the vehicle felt funny so I took it to the dealership and once I saw the oil I realized what happen. The oil was gummy and it had only been 2 weeks. Dont waste your time or money with this place; engine are way to expensive.

Ive gone to them for oil changes, brake replacement, and most recently spark plugs after my car stalled out. They have a great staff, their prices are very fair, and I love the flexibility in their hours. Ill be sure to return to them for more of my maintenance.

This location has complete disregard to their customers. I recently took my car there for an oil change, brake flush a new cabin filterAfter waiting for an hour and a half I had to leave because of a family emergency. They called me sometime later to let me know my car was done I said I would try to get there as soon as possible however I was not able to get there by the time they closed at 5 PM. Instead of calling me and suggesting maybe they can take my card over the phone and leave my car out for me since they were closed the next day. Nope they locked my car in their garage. I had a mom and daughter vacation planned the next morning and had to leave early. Thankfully my husband bought a Jeep a few months ago and we were able to take my husband‘s truck. Had we not done that I would’ve had to cancel my vacation with my daughter And would have lost over $400. What if I was a single mother and had a job to get to on Sunday? I can’t believe that they just had complete disregard for someone and could just willingly lock my car in the garage without giving me a call with options. If they were open the next morning it would have been a little more acceptable but they are closed on Sundays!!!!!!!! Also the person working on my car said he didn’t know how to find the cabin filter. What?? Are they serious? Are these people trained to work on cars or just thrown into an hourly job? This made me very nervous!They clearly need some training in customer service. Not only what I was already dealing with....this put a lot of undue stress on me that evening and I had to go buy new sunglasses and a car charger because they too were locked in my car when I needed them for vacation. Buyer beware! I also reached out to corporate and not one person got back to me. Maybe training needs to start at the top

This is the only shop I take my vehicles to for oil changes, tires, etc. They are always quick and reasonably priced. The attentive service Ive received always exceeds my expectations and keeps me coming back.

Amazed not only by how fast the service is, but how the staff found a way to make getting an oil change FUN. I went in last week with my SmartCar expecting a lot of head scratching and google searching, but Thomas the assistant manager knew *exactly* what to do. His knowledge not only impressed me but he made it a genuinely enjoyable experience, something I never expected while getting my oil changed. We cracked jokes and talked a bit. I truly had a great time and will definitely be back!ALSO! They have some killer deals when the Braves score 5 or more runs, look into that before going for sure!

My buddy and I came in for an oil change on his car a few days ago, and he got the tires rotated and emissions test done, and we saw the store manager sitting in the office on his phone with his feet kicked up on the desk while everyone else was working, and then the manager finally came out to do the emissions test and instead of testing the gas cap, it looked like he cheated to make the gas cap pass. Definitely recommend the manager to go Back to training!!

Most honest mechanics in Woodstock!!! Best place for an oil change!! They top off fluids for free. They can fix anything! I have been going to Express Oil for all my repairs and maintance for over a 150,000 miles. My truck has over 268,000 miles on it and I still feel safe driving because of the work they have done. I had an electrical problem this week. I dropped the truck off and they told me it was some loose battery cables. When I picked it up and I asked how much?. They said, no charge. Any place else that would have been at least $95. Thanks Express Oil for all your help all these years!

I had a headlight that went out a few days ago and dropped my car off at Express Oil Change & Tire in Towne Lake to have a lightbulb replaced. I was charged $220. They said that it was an expensive bulb that cost $208, but did not give me an itemized receipt that’s showed the division of the cost for the bulb and what I was charged for labor. When confronted about this the manager admitted that it was a bad business practice, claimed it was a mistake and blamed it on an inexperienced employee. So, it turns out that yes, it was an expensive bulb, a bulb they charge about $135, and $75 of the charge was for labor. $75 to change a lightbulb!! I feel like this place lied and took advantage of me. I’m a nurse that works in our public schools and a single mother, I can’t afford to pay $75 for someone to change a lightbulb. Had they been honest about their labor cost I would have gone elsewhere.

All though the employees are nice and are willing to help I can’t recommend this shop for an oil change. I’m sitting back in the garage as I type this for a third time because my oil is still leaking. Let me put this in perspective I drive a 2019 VW Jetta BRAND BEW! Off the lot a year ago. Oil leaks should not hapPen like this in a brand new car so you can understand why I’m a little upset about this one. I will not return and will be contacting the DM for a refund.

Ive been coming to this location since I learned how to drive roughly 10 years ago. I believe there was a change of management in that time, but the guys have always been honest, reliable and not pushy. Even though I live a little further away, or I pass other oil change places on my way from work, I always come here.

Used to work at this location a d have always continued using Express as a service center. Went i to this one and realized Roger was there and have since taken my 84 c10 silverado for service and brakes and other repairs. These guys are great and possess great customer service skills. Roger is “the” best when it comes to his knowledge of cars. If you need it fixed Roger can do it. I look forward to using these guys for my future repairs and restoration on my C10. I reccommend these guys to anyone!!!

Five stars cuz its quick. Kind of pricey for an oil change, but again, it’s quick. I wish they would stick to changing my oil and not try to upsell me on other work.
