I had an AC line leak into the interior of my car, and they repaired it for $60, when the dealership down the street quoted me $135. Great value. The staff here always makes me feel valued and respected, and as a woman that is really refreshing at an automotive center! On another occassion I was able to schedule an 8:00 AM oil change and still be on time for work at 9:00 AM. They are timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and really friendly and customer service oriented. I also love their text message updates and pay system for the ease and convenience!

Love this place! They service my fleet of 4 cars that are older and have managed to keep them on the road and reliable for me & my family. The front waiting room is clean and they offer a free shuttle ride if you need one. Truly one of the most honest shops in the area.

Seriously not impressed. No one called me to suggest that the air filter should be replace. After making a call to request checking the AC for our long trip, they dropped the ball and did not check anything. If its not entered in the computer, its not happening. Nice black finger prints left inside the door panel.

I always use these guys whenever I need my tires checked for air pressure. They do it very quickly and try and refuse any payment. I tell them to please let me pay or I wont come back. They are the nicest, most trustworthy, and best neighborhood place I know. Its very reassuring to know they are here.

We have used Christian Brothers for years. They are honest and reliable, and they utilize technology to better communicate with their customers. They take pictures of the issue and text you a link with the pictures of the problem, an explanation, and the cost to repair. You an easily click and link to call them back to discuss the issue, or you can click another link and approve the work. Years ago, I came by to pick up my car and the bill was about $600 less than the estimate. I told them that they must have forgotten something. They let me know that the part they thought was broken really was not (it was inside the engine so they had made an educated estimate). They repaired what was actually broken and that was it. They could have easily charged me for the estimate and I never would have been the wiser. I was a customer for life at that point!

I took my vehicle to a place in Canton,Ga near my job. It died on me at work and wouldn’t start so it was towed there. After almost 6 hours they tell me it’s my battery and asked if I wanted an oil change I said sure. I get it back my check engine light comes on I smell burning oil and my car loses power and says check transmission. I ended having the place pick my car up from Walmart where I left it.. they told me that two solenoids were malfunctioning and that it would cost me over $1800 to get it fixed. I didn’t trust them to touch my car for the second time so I took it to Christian Brothers and they did a full diagnostic on the car and nothing the other place said was wrong showed up on their diagnostic test. After authorization of the estimate they sent me my car has been running like it did before the other place had it and it cost me over $1400 less.

Absolutely hands down the best place to take your car. I had a dead battery. They were so professional and did not oversell any services other that what I was there for. Poncho was absolutely they best. So friendly, caring and took care of my car repair with in an hour of dropping it off. 5 star service all around! Thank You so much for everything!!! The facility is immaculate and fresh coffee was always available. The communications during the whole process was timely and brief (no promises or maybes given). Update: I had to take my car back AGAIN to different Christian Brothers because the work is under warranty. Had to spend a ton more on labor and parts that shouldve been seen initially. I called yesterday to ask for some kind of compensation. I work for myself, so Ive missed 2 full days of work for mistakes. I initially asked for a full inspection of my suspension and underbody. Owner was very RUDE, dismissive, and refused to acknowledge that any kind of compensation (maybe mony off future work?) was owed. Did NOT at all gain my trust. Frustrating, overwhelming and completely unnecessary.Attention! 🛑🛑 I went to Christian Brothers about a month ago, spent $1400 on repairs, one of which was a transmission mount. After having the car on the road for a couple weeks I noticed it was vibrating when taking off and as I was driving. Per Christian Brothers suggestion, I went to get new rims and took it to my tire shop. Come to find out it is the transmission mount! All three bolts were stripped. So, i took it back to Christian Brothers, they had to replace all the bolts and then LIED to me and told me it was because of wear and tear. No transmission mount goes out in 3 weeks. It was so dangerous and my transmission couldve fallen out and it os completely their fault. No responsibility taken, tried to blame it on the parts that were brand new. Do NOT take your car here. Dishonest, took advantage of me, horrible that they would try to blame wear and tear and my transmission couldve fallen out. We trust mechanics with our safety and trust them and this was all around BAD.

This place is so professional, on- time with estimates. I love that I get text updates every step of the way and can review detailed inspection reports before approving work. Paid online and pickup was fast and easy. Very pleased! Will be back.

I brought my Chevrolet Silverado truck into them in July 2019 for the AC blowing hot. After $700 in repairs the AC worked well, fast forward to today. AC began blowing hot again. Found the original paperwork from 2019 and got excited that there was a two year / 24,000 mile warranty. I had it back for less the 2 years and a little over 10,000 miles put on since the repair. Called and was able to bring it. Guess what, none of the new repairs will be covered by the warranty. I now need a new Condensor, Orifice tube/expansion valve, Dryer, Compressor and than the HVAC Evac and Recharge. All for a total of $1800+. Frustrating when you dont know if you can trust the people that work on your vehicles and get the honest truth. And remember dont get excited because its still under warranty, most likely your going to get the old screwing. :(Forgot to mention just had to pay $75 for them to tell me No, its not covered by the warranty.The owner, Danny contacted me and we had a great conversation over the phone. He was able to provide me with a great explanation of the repairs and what was needed and why it was different from the last repairs. Danny also refunded me the $75 A/C performance test, due to the lack of communication up front. So that was greatly appreciated.

Christian Brothers is very professional. They did a thorough inspection of my vehicle and sent me messages including pictures of everything they looked at. I have never had another auto repair place do that. Also their customer service is the best! I will take both of my vehicles here from now on.

I took my car in for an oil change and diagnosis to make sure it was all ready for a long road trip. It was found that I needed a part for repair and I wanted spark plugs replaced. I left early in the morning for my trip. Not even an hour in I get a check engine light! I made it to where I was going and took it to a shop who did the same diagnostic on it and found that it needed more than plugs and oil change. It was suggested by the shop its currently at that this place should have seen there was an issue. The mgr at Christians said no but I took it in specifically to make sure the car is running right. I have big issues now and am going to need another oil change, on top of the issue that I was trying to find when I took it to this shop to begin with. Theres more to the story but I spent a chunk of money at this shop and now spending at least an oil change plus fixing what Christiabs should have fixed while they had it. And hope its not got bigger issues because they missed it! Sorry, whats wrong with my car has been there and did not just pop up. I just didnt know what the problem was and the reason I took it to this shop to begin with. I called and the mgr has no answers except to be defensive in the fact that they couldnt have predicted the problem. Its the reason I brought you my car!! Anyway, I wont ever being it back there. Expensive lesson.

Easy to make an appointment, they got the job done quick, lift gate wired in the van, inspected van and got everything done that I asked for, in one day. Havent found an honest place close me to take my car since I moved in January 2019. Im sad it took me so long to go to CBA! They helped me, made suggestions, and didnt take advantage of me. This is the Chick-fil-A of auto care! Worth it.

On Monday, January 4th, I set up an appointment for 9 am on Friday, January 8th. My vehicle needed an oil change and a check of the “check engine” light. On the day of service, my check engine light had turned off by itself, not sure why. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early and checked in. I had to ask if I could wait or if I needed to leave the vehicle. I was advised that I needed to leave the vehicle and they would call me. This meant I had to walk home, in the cold and rain. Luckily I only live a mile and a half from the shop. At 9:36 am I received.a text message that my vehicle had been “checked in”. At approximately 12:30 pm I received a text saying that the tech was working on my vehicle. At approximately 2:00 pm I was riding by the shop after having lunch with a friend and I see my vehicle out in the parking lot. Assuming it was finished, I called and was told that it wasn’t finished, they just had to move it to another bay. Now, this is Friday and I know that the business is closed on weekends, so at 4:00 pm I call and they advise that the tech is now working on it. Remember, I just needed an oil change and a computer reading as to why my check engine light had been on, and I chose an early appointment time on my day off as I live alone and this is my only vehicle. At approximately 4:40 pm I receive a text saying I can view my estimate. Instead, my friend drove me back down there where I proceeded to pay for what had been done before anything else could be done.I read the reviews about this place before scheduling an appointment and for the most part all of the reviews were positive. I can honestly say, having my vehicle for 7 hours and 40 minutes for a simple oil change and diagnostic check was ridiculous. If I am forced to pick a time for the appointment, you need to be ready to perform the work at that appointed time. The lack of customer service (other than the informal texts) and the ridiculously long time it took to perform the service is the reason why I won’t give them anymore of my business.

Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Great staff and the most friendly. I was up for a family funeral a couple of weeks ago. My check engine light came on and they cleared the code as it was something very simple. No charge for anything. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful establishment.

This was my first visit to Christian Brothers. The customer service is outstanding and the guys at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I really love the texting feature, as it allows you to see the progress of the work and the status of the vehicle, and even allows you to pay the bill from your phone to make the whole process seamless. They charged half what my dealership quoted me for the same work, so pricing is very reasonable. Very professional work! They cleared a blocked drainage line for me and even took the time to vacuum the interior and get all the water out for me, and even washed my car as an added bonus. Really superior service overall! I have already been recommending them to everyone I know!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change while I waited. The Accompanying inspection showed a few items due for maintenance but an urgent need for front brakes. While I could have scheduled another appointment for this service, I explained that I drive to and from downtown Atlanta several days a week for work. I needed my car by 2 pm and they made it all happen same day! Communication, professionalism, cleanliness of facility, timeliness, inspection report complete with pictures - what more could you ask for?? TOP NOTCH!!!

This particular location even covered the cost of a part and labor under their warranty with no cost to me because they found the part to be faulty from a manufacturer.

They always check everything not just what I brought the car in for. They’ve always been honest in their evaluations. I will not use anyone else for my family’s car repairs. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online and was immediately booked for the 8am spot. When I got there, they took my car back and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Super nice guys working there and not pushy at all. I usually hate getting myOil changed because they always try to push something on you to have done to your car. Not these guys. I will definitely be back!

I only have one suggestion. I was a little taken aback when i talked to them about my estimate, he failed to mention the muffler repair which is what I originally requested but it was marked as a referral on the estimate sheet with no price and I had told him I had the 90,000 mile checkup done prior but he quoted it all as if you had no record of it. When I pulled out my bill, he found it fast! I’m sure this was just an oversight! Other than that, you have always been fair, and honest.

Completely Dissatisfied!!! I feel they either did not take the time to completely diagnose everything that was wrong with my car at once or they weren’t completely honest about the extent of work that needed to be done up front. I explained to them I wanted to know the total cost of all repairs up front because if it was too costly to repair I would just trade in the car for a new one. They gave me a price of just over $2000. To fix various things. I decided to do the repair. Once they had finished all of that work, but before I picked up the car, they called me back and said they found more things that needed to be repaired and it would be another $1000. I was not happy with the situation, but the repair needed to be done to make the car driveable or I had just wasted $2000 on the repairs they just did. How did they not know this a few hours earlier shocks me! I bring the car home. It is leaking oil. I take it back. They wipe it off and say it’s just a residual from the oil pan replacement or oil change. If it continues to leak we will change the oil filter at no cost since we just did it. It still leaks so I take it back for a third time. Now after waiting 2 hours they say it’s something else like a hose causing the leak and it will cost another $800 because we have to take this whole part off to get to it. My car was just in their shop for 2 days and they had it taken apart doing over $3000 worth of work. And you didn’t notice it then??? Either they don’t know what they are doing, rushing and not doing a through diagnosis, or just plain dishonest.I was furious! Never going back!! I do not trust these people at all!!! They will tell you one thing, you pay to fix it, then they will tell you something else needs to be fixed. You pay to fix that, and then they will tell you something else needs to be fixed! Happened to me three times!!! The guy couldn’t even look me in the eye the third time when he told me it would be another $800! You have got to be kidding me!!!

I just moved into the neighborhood a few months ago, so needed some work done on my car. I went to AAA, to get some recommendations. They recommended highly Christian Brothers. I schedule an appointment went in and had a simple oil change and inspection, and they were just tremendous they let me know what was wrong with the car which needed attention, no pressure at all, and also just their manner, they treated me with respect as a new customer even delivered my car to the front door when the car was finished. The place was spotless. I recommend them highly!

They are friendly, easy to work with (they give you updates via text) and honest. Ive already taken my vehicle twice now along time ago for tires, and this time for brakes. Same great service even after a few years, and well use them again.

Daughter had car towed on Thursday night because it cut off while she was driving. I called Friday afternoon they said they were working on it. Called again Monday they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Called again Tuesday they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Called again Wednesday they said they were looking at it. Then they sent a text saying they couldn’t find a problem. They never once called me but apparently they spent four days looking for a problem. We picked up the car and drove eight miles and it did it again. I don’t believe they ever drove the car. I had to explain the problem every time I called. I don’t believe they spent four days looking for a problem. Bad customer service. I use Christian Brothers where I live and they are great. But this was my daughters car so I towed it to the one by her house.

Honest folks, high quality work, and on time. Never thought Id associate those terms with automotive repair, these guys are the real deal. I am super thrilled with the work and advice given me on my vehicle, and will 100% be returning as needed. I can not possibly recommend them higher.

I have Had work done here 2 times in the last few months. I realize they aren’t the cheapest but I prefer good work over cheap. Both times I have gone it has cost me 1700+ and 2350 respectively. My issue for the second time is I called in with to get a quote fo replacing a catalytic converter On a 2013 pathfinder. I was given an estimate with everything somewhere around $1750. The next day when I dropped it off, with no new issues and just an added oil change ($39.99), I was told that it would cost me $2350. I was told it was due to replacing fluid in the AC and an AC recharge. Replacing the fluid was already in the estimate from the previous day. Only the recharge was new, which in my opinion, should have been added in the original estimate anyway. I understand that a estimate over the phone, even after looking into it and getting part pricing, as he did, is just an estimate but 600 dollars off when there wasn’t any other issues is outrageously off.

I brought my truck here for a transmission issue that was under a CarMax warranty still. CBA was great to work with, with regular updates on the status of my vehicle and claim, and completely managed working with the CarMax warranty group, completing the repairs quickly.On top of that, at the end they washed and vacuumed my truck - which, lets just say, the vacuuming was a chore as I have a very large, VERY floofy dog who rides in it all the time, and my truck generally looks like a snowball exploded in it!Great communication, timely work, and some extra touches that made the experience great. Since my vehicle was under warranty I cant comment on costs/pricing, but I would definitely recommend CBA-Towne Lake after my experience!

Very nice and comfortable waiting room with beverages and snacks. Good reminder system for appointments and quick and courteous. Over all, great experience for an oil change. They informed me of the need for new rear brakes, and advised on how soon they would be needed. Its needed, so they werent trying to upsale, which I appreciate. Originally they missed a taillight that was out, which I noted on my review. They called that day to schedule me to come back and fix it free of charge. Their customer service is really top notch!

I took my vehicle here on a late afternoon right before they closed; I had assumed they wouldn’t get to it until the next day. They returned a full inspection report to me before the end of the day entailing detailed issues with my car along with pictures and prices for everything. Once I approved the work, they had my car’s shocks, struts, and radiator all replaced within a full day. I cannot rave about this company enough. It’s a bit pricier than your average mechanic, but it’s most definitely worth it because of the superb quality of service.

Honestly was one of the best place ever!! I don’t know much about getting my car fixed and they walked me though every step and was so helpful!! I will definitely be going there again and telling friends about them. I loved this place so so much.

The people were extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Within twenty minutes they had my tire patched from a nail puncture.

Fast and informative service is what I look for regarding automotive repair. Christian Brothers answers the bell on both. The text messaging service that keeps you up to date on the status of your repair is worth 5- stars on its own. The speed of service coupled with the terrific attitudes of the guys working there only serve to make 5- stars not enough!

I had an amazing experience yesterday at the Christian Brothers Automotive, the staff was super welcoming right as I stepped in. I got my car fully inspected and they told me everything that was wrong in less than an hour. I was able to make an appointment online and was a great experience.

Christian Brothers Auto is absolutely incredible! They are very friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable with bringing your vehicle there. It’s the first auto place I have gone to where I feel like I’m not going to be taken advantage of or told my car needs unnecessary maintenance. I would only take my car to them!

I walked out to my car one day and it didnt start! My car wasnt able to get towed there until right before closing, they were so helpful and understanding of my situation and took my car in regardless, did the diagnostic, and had it fixed and ready for pick before I even woke up for work the next day!Incredible service :)

I brought my car in around 11am to be looked at and was told they would do it this afternoon if I left the car with them. 4:30pm rolls around (they close at 6) still no call. I call them to check up on my car and they say they still are not done investigating and that they will call me back when they are done... 5:30 they send my a text saying they are done inspecting the vehicle, no call. I call them again and they review the issues with me. They do not have time to fix my car today and will be closed all weekend. I am out of state visiting family and need to drive back Sunday morning to be back for work, so I ask for them to leave my car unlocked with the key inside so I can pick it up and take it somewhere that is open tomorrow. They agree to do this for me. I call back again before they close to confirm that they are going to be able to leave my car unlocked for me so I can pick it up. I arrive at the shop and the car is locked and who knows if my key is inside... I am currently waiting to have my vehicle unlocked in their parking lot hoping they put the key inside so Im not stuck here until Monday morning. Hopefully my work is okay with me being stuck out of state...

Great place and great staff. I had no way home after dropping my car off and the staff took me home and picked me up later to come back and get my car. Nice and clean business with very friendly people and above all honest people!

Had a car repair in Texas...arrived in Towne lake thinking that the repair in texas had failed. I was able to bring my car without an appointment and they did diagnostics all day and could not find the leak I suspected. Thank God I was wrong and there was no leak! Christian Brothers did all the diagnostics at no charge with super service! Will use them for all my future car repairs!!

I trust their work, but I bought the part at OReilly and has CB install it. Saved $150!

Having driven cars for 50 years and owned fleets of heavies ... these people are the BEST for my money ! Will not go into details here, but they totally out-performed anyone I have ever known, and THEY SMILE !!!Three months later and second visit to them ... all done quickly and efficiently and right on estimate. AND ... shuttled twice. CANNOT BE FAULTED ! Thank You !

Took my f150 here in 2017 and had a great experience. Carried same truck and my daughters car here March 28, 2019 since both had a check engine light on. Both fixed and back on the road same day.Recently took our 2013 optima here and received honest service. Take all my stuff here.

$$++ I have been using Christian Bros. Auto since they opened years ago for all of our auto repair needs. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and They have treated us far, far beyond what Id expect from an auto repair business. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST PLACE FOR REPAIRS by any stretch but they are tenacious at discovering and repairing tough issues. Long ago, I had an issue that was well, lets say a true challenge. Two other auto repair shops could not get to the root of the problem after nearly a week of my car being at their shops respectively. I tried CB. It took them 3 days but they found and eliminated the issue and not only that, they actually submitted a repair UPDATE to the manufacturer whos troubleshooting guide had no solution to the issue.
