I called the towing company, as they are listed under our HOA, to tow someone who was illegally parking in my designated parking spot. They refused because I wasn’t the HOA. I am the owner of the condo and they refused and texted me later to call the HOA instead. They advised me to have the HOA call the company. It was 10pm. What HOA is working those hours? They don’t want to work. Period.

Not sure if accountability is accounted for there. But I do watch the news and read the paper. I was warned.

It was midnight when my husbands truck broke down. I had to drive just a mile down the road and sit with him while we called the police to help and tried to find a tow truck! We called two services. The first didn’t have enough workers, the second said to call him back if I didn’t find anyone else. He was also going to charge $125. Now, I didn’t ask to reference someone else. I wanted to get home ASAP. So finally, we called Ingrams! The dispatch got someone there in 10 minutes! His name is AJ and he was a rockstar!! Very professional and funny! We enjoy a great sense of humor and personality!! He got it loaded and got the truck back home. They were $50 cheaper and quicker!! We will use them every time!! Thanks Ingrams and AJ!

I was having a really tough week and the young lady there made my bad week end on a great note. She took me to my vehicle and as we walked she gave me a bunch of information that helped me to regain my car without any difficulties. The staff is both compassionate and helpful.

I had a great experience this morning with Ingram Towing in Woodstock. I spoke with Christian and he was very friendly and courteous and did everything he said he would. My car was picked up promptly and delivered to the mechanics without any issues. I highly recommend using Ingram Towing!

Towed my work vehicle that had permission to be parked where it was. Also left damage to the vehicle which of course will be impossible to prove.

Considering I wasnt happy about my car being towed, these people were really nice and even jump started my car when it wouldnt start. Perhaps thats the least they could do? It was there job/business to tow my car from where it was parked illegally but hey, my experience was made a little bit better by their friendly quick service.

While on vacation in Acworth, GA, our car died. A very kind woman referred us to a mechanic, who referred us to Ingrams. We arranged a next day tow. Well, they towed my car from my house due to a parking violation I apparently had with my HOA. They towed my car well, I wish it was free though.

Called to get just a estimate and got a bunch of excuses on broke down tow vehicles and down drivers and weather !!! Only wanted a price for tow and it wasnt for today it wasnt for 3 days out !!!
