Fastlane did a 4-wheel alignment on my Volvo XC90. They were professional, and quick with the service, as well as explained the alignment data sheet when the work was complete. The shop and waiting area has a very clean look and exhibits the qualities of a high-end performance auto repair shop.

I want to say a huge, Thank you! to Fastlane! I was worried about my car for years. I took it to numerous mechanics and auto shops only for my concerns to be brushed aside and/or ignored and masked as a different issue than the reality of what was truly happening. I decided to take my 2005 Honda CR-V to Fastlane and I have never been so relieved! The service on my car was completed diligently and quickly. There was constant and thorough communication from Jordan and everything in me told me that I made the right decision. When I picked up my car it was driving just as well as it did when we brought it home from the dealer! My Mom and brothers are planning on scheduling their appointments soon for their Honda and Toyota cars!

The point of my visit was to have a pre-purchase inspection on a Honda. They were very laid-back in personality, and straightforward in business to the extent that they were willing to show me on the vehicle why they gave the recommendation that they did from the inspection. They also seem to genuinely enjoy their job duties. From my experience. I recommend them.

Highly recommend for any alignment/suspension needs; they did a custom alignment for my car after I put coilovers on and the alignment was fast and inexpensive. Customer service has also been great every time and the shop has a professional atmosphere.

After my car, and Infiniti G37 sitting at a popular discount chain and them being unable to diagnose why the car would not start I finally was fed up after 2 weeks without a car and had it towed to a specialized shop that specializes in the infiniti and Acura brands. The place is absolutely gorgeous with brand new lifts, it looks like a car showroom floor even where the work is done. Long story short Jordan who even donated probably 45 minutes of his time talking to me over the phone and me sharing my latest vehicle scan report he answered all my questions and he could have easily had the car in his possession after being towed and told me it was this and it was that and it was going to be $800 and I would have been stuck because I know these guys know what theyre talking about. However, the man only charged me $140 and that was mainly because I requested a synthetic oil change and a wheel alignment just because all they had to do was charge the battery overnight whereas when the car was at the other shop they put a brand new battery in. THIS IS THE BEST SHOP AROUND IF YOU NEED WORK ON AN ACURA OR AN INFINITI!! So you dont live close to highway 92? They have another location on Windy Hill

This shop is amazing. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone with was jordan. He was very helpful and informative and professional. I came here for an alignment, couldnt go anywhere else because my car is lowered. These guys took great care of me and had me in and out in a jiff. The waiting room is very spacious clean and comfortable. And the garage where the cars are worked on is huge and very clean and had many lifts. ( looked like a shop from a professional TV show) It was a great experience and I will be returning back very soon with other work I want done to my mustang.

Ive been going to these guys since they were located at the Smyrna location, if that says anything about how much I trust them with my car. Not only do I know they are completely knowledgeable about my Lexus since they specialize in Japanese automotive, they have never pushed something on me just to make money. I put a lift, wheels and tires on my truck and was referred to Fastlane by the tire shop for the alignment. They told me they were going to closed on Saturday when I needed to get the alignment done. John the owner told me to email him and he would come in just to get my alignment done on my truck. I emailed him that Saturday and 20 minutes later he was at the shop waiting for me. He did an excellent alignment and his shop is the cleanest shop I have ever seen! I will not be taking my vehicles anywhere else!

I trust these mechanics with both my M35 and my M37S. They do great work at prices that are better than the dealership. They stand behind their work so if youre in the Woodstock area or the Smyrna area near Windy Hill give them a chance. You wont regret it.

This is hands down the most honest and best value out of any repair shop I have ever been to. I give this place a 10 out of 10. I will 100% bring all of my cars here for the rest of my life.
