The woman working the counter on 9/13 at Noon was talking on her cellphone, ignored my husband standing there, and then was so rude when he simply asked for his change to be put on the gas pump he was parked at. Its clear she doesnt want to work there. I have NEVER heard someone so rude and I will be calling that location and asking for the SM. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love this Circle K. I like the low price of the largest sized Polar Pop. They also sell cold breakfast sandwiches that can be warmed up in their microwave to be enjoyed immediately after purchase.

Came in to get gas and the cashier karah stopped me before paying and explained to how to buy an easy pay card and how it saves my family money on gas.Everytime we come in she is super nice to my family and I she is really why we choose circle k. Always laughing and patient.

Despite perfunctory signs that say masks are required inside, this store does nothing to enforce the statewide mask mandate with either their customers or their staff. I saw two of the four employees working without masks on and only two customers besides myself with their mask on. There is no social distancing guidance inside the store nor are there lines on the floor for lines so people were crowding up on each other.

Be careful buying instant tickets there was a few workers scratched just bar codes and run tickets and sold the losers to the customer! How I caught on numbers go down on books he sold me number 2 before 6

I went through the carwash and it malfunction for whatever reason which is understandable but when I drove up to the station to ask for a refund in my very dirty car with my credit card that I just used to pay they claimed that I have to have a paper copy of a receipt and that it was impossible for them to look up my sale and they absolutely refuse to give me a refund or credit for a future visit unless I brought in a bank statement. But I asked him how will I prove thatI never got the car wash when I bring in the bank statement and he just shook his head the employee was extremely rude with me and was yelling at me.

So my sister and I went to circle k on Akron road in Wooster to get gas and Ive never had a problem there before with the workers. However, today Karah Drake was UNBELIEVABLY rude to my sister about swiping her card instead of inserting the chip. Like what is going on in your life that you have the nerve to be that rude to your customers about something so minor. I will NEVER come to this gas station again for the simple reason that their customer service standards have gone down hill drastically.

I was there about 5pm last night and the cashier put her own rewards info on and was very rude there were 2 other people who were just kinda hanging around. I work at circle k and I am very sure so many rulls were not followed smh really

Sales associate by name of Kiara is extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Went into this place to get air for tires and asked for change for pump, this lady responded very rudely and with actual hostility, I am off the clock. Definately a better way to speak to your customers. Each time she is working my family has a terrible experience with her. Other associates are pleasant and friendly. This person acts like it would be the death of her to even look at the customers let alone thank us. So frustrated that I have to go out to Route 57 to get gas to avoid this associates attitude.

Here at least three times a week getting coffee on bbn my way to work. Workers polite and busy doing things. Restrooms clean and tidy

Very busy so they were taking too long to get to me, taking too long with one customer but when they got to me they were still friendly

Good selection of snacks, donuts, pizza etc. Usually fair gas prices and they carry Dairymen’s milk. Doors open 24/7 which is nice.

The staff will not keep the pumps supplied with paper receipts. When you ask them why they are not keeping the gas pumps supplied with the paper receipts they lie to you and tell you that is so cold that theyre froze up. Yet I went in there on a 15 degree day and the pump I used gave me a paper receipt. I will not be buying anything in that store.

It’s good that it’s 24 hours and the rest of the store is in order but the bathrooms where gross but I was desperate it looks like it wasn’t clean all day and it shows on the door no one initials
