Very good coffee and nice atmosphere! Well done

I went to Sure House Coffee in Wooster to meet a friend, and I asked the barista for an iced coffee that was creamy and sweet. She told me her name was Natalie. She asked if I would be OK with her making me anything she wanted. I told her to go for it. Well, it was the best iced coffee I ever had at Sure House. I dont know what was in it, except I know it had some maple and cream in it. Thanks, Natalie. From now on, I will be ordering the Natalie Special.

Always a joy to hop by! Very friendly baristas, delicious beverages, and such a comforting atmosphere. I go there every Saturday now and draw for hours while sipping something yummy!~ their cretzels are also TO DIE FOR! 💕

Open atmosphere, good tea, cool mugs — its a great place to get some work done! You need a pastry case, though; gnats/flies can get bad sometimes and once they landed on the pastries, I was out.

The coffee menu is well thought out and very intentional with their ingredients and offerings. I’ve tried the drip coffee, chai latte, and mocha and have really enjoyed each of them. The cretzel is such a delicious treat! If they’re in store, you have to try them!

Had pour over, the Honduras blend. $3.50 for a regular size and it took a minute (I felt bad for the people waiting behind me. In this day and age of instant gratification patience is something that needs to be relearned I suppose.) but it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. Honestly one of the best cups of coffee I have had in awhile.

I went in ordered coffee to go and I asked to you have any sugar free choices. Was told oh no we dont carry that. I said well maybe you should. Nasty attitude will never go back. Canceled order. I always try to give my business to small businesses but that day I went to McDonalds.

Incredibly good coffee, great atmosphere, friendly service, and good prices. Found this gem of a place by accident while looking for another cafe - VERY glad we ended up here! Simple and delicious, definitely on my return soon list.

Nice fresh place did not try their roasted beans. Had a chai which was light in flavor probably not doing a half to half mixlike supposed to alot of coffee shops short on this. The three shots of espresso was ok but they are not packing the grounds hard enough because their would have been more rich espresso cream if he had. Nicely set up place good flow. The chairs they have are absolutely garbage. They spent slot on the tables but really cheaper out. Their is no comfortable seating their at all. It could be a great place but it does not have a very welcoming vibe at all. Too uptight feel. Staff was very nice. It could be a great coffee Haus but needs a much more relaxing environment.

Nice selection of coffee and tea drinks to choose from, and they taste good as well. My wife and I both got pour over coffee and the small came in a huge mug! Recommend.

Excellent coffee and pastries. However, based upon the consistently long wait time for a single cup of coffee and what appears to be lack of a serving system, its a four star place.

My wife & I went there for the first time today. Had a couple of cretzels & mocha’s. It was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent! I’ve never had anything but black coffee, mochas are AMAZING! We will definitely be going back.

Yesterday was my first visit to Shure House coffee and I am sure I will be going back in the future. A customer service and coffee was great.

The hot chocolate was great and they have so many syrup flavors to choose from to make your drink extra special and individualized.

Finally a coffee shop that doesn’t just use store bought syrups to flavor the coffee! Sure House makes their own gnache for their mochas, and they even homemade a vegan one. You can taste the difference big time! Their gnache makes the drinks more thick and rich than just a syrup would. Sure House has a variety of vegan milks to choose from too, and even have a no-sugar added oatmilk. This is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to!

Simply put--great people, quality coffee, delicious pastries, and a wonderful atmosphere. The kind of shop that you make a regular part of your life.

Some of the best coffee I ever had at a coffee shop, and the staff was amazing too! There is no food here besides a small selection of pastries, but if you want a good cup of coffee this is the perfect place to go!

The best part of my trip home for Christmas (besides the family part of course!) is coming here every morning while staying downtown. The aesthetic is comfortable, simple and elegant with high ceilings, a big brick wall, wood floors and a smart mirror that makes this quaint little shop look twice as big as it is! From single-origin coffee pour-overs to housemade flavors and syrups and local cream from Hartzler’s Dairy, it’s honestly like the perfect small-town local coffee shop. I am so proud of how far my hometown has come. You know how sometimes when you go back home you have to look at your town and your past with your hands over your eyes.. peering through your fingers like you’re watching a horror movie? Lol...well Wooster isn’t like that anymore. The downtown here could’ve chosen a different path like the typical Walmart Applebees Dollar Store strip mall vibes, but instead, they embraced our small town by focusing on real people and authentic local talent (like the baker at Sure Thing Coffee!) Seriously, get the chocolate cretzel, rejoice, and be glad in it. It’s deeeeevine. Merry Christmas homies.🎄❄️♥️

This is one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to and it’s amazing we have this in Wooster. Great place to get work done, meet with some one, or just start a downtown shopping trip with a great cup of coffee. They have very friendly baristas, serve high quality drinks, and have a great vibe in general. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Wooster or if you’re local.

Sure House is our favorite spot for coffee and socializing. The atmosphere is peaceful and bright. The coffee is consistently excellent, with great attention to detail and the process of making great coffee. We love it and highly recommend you try it!

There is always a smiling face! The people working there are easy to talk to and build a relationship with. The coffee is fantastic! It is not too sweet and it is high quality. They make their own simple syrup and the pumpkin pie latte even has real pumpkin pie puree. Yummy!

Amazing coffee and I love that I can get a lavender latte here. Try it, it may sound strange, but it’s delicious. I would love to come here sometime just to hang out and catch up with a friend. The cretzels are SO GOOD!! Seriously, try one. Pricing is similar to other locally owned coffee shops and a popular franchise.

Sure House is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Wooster. Its in a beautiful location, first off, in Downtown Wooster. It also has a beautiful interior that is perfect for fellowship or finishing up a few hours of work on a Saturday morning. I also cant complain about the Christian music that is playing many of the times I have visited! They also have new coffees from different locations around the globe on drip that are great to try and see the different variations of coffee each country has to offer! Take a day and try it; you wont be disappointed.

Let me start by saying I am an croissant aficionado (born and raised in Paris, France) and I didnt see it coming when their Cretzels blew my mind and my taste buds after my first bite. I am glad my sister-in-law treated me with a delicious DECAF (who would have thought? o_0) and with this out of this world pastry! But dont take my word for it, if you are near this place please come check it out and experience it yourself you will not be disappointed. Interior design so relaxing :)

Literally THE BEST coffee Ive had in a long time! Maybe ever. The double shot over ice with some simple syrup blew my mind. We bought a bag of coffee to grind and brew at home and it did not disappoint! Their cretzles and amazing too. A must visit if your in The Big Woo!

My wife ordered a Pour Over and I order a Nitro Coffee; both incredible (...and we didnt even add anything to them). Wooster, Ohio seems to be an interesting small town with lots of small places to visit if your either traveling by and/or passing through. If thats you, make sure to stop here for a great experience!

I really enjoy Sure House for their coffee and Cretzels (Croissant Pretzels). They know their roasts and products, can offer suggestions, and will make any of their roasts as a pour over to order. My only complaint is the wait time. Generally only one person works the bar at a time and it can get a bit bogged down if there is a rush. I would not recommend going to this place if you are in a hurry, but it is perfect for a meet up or to study.

My new favorite coffee place in town. Their pastry was the best mix of chrispy and fluffy. Their coffee is excellent and the atmosphere is great. All the local coffee places are great for their own reasons, but this is my kind of place; small, quiet, organic, fair trade, and natural finishes. Lovely.

Some of the absolute best coffee Ive had in a VERY long time. So much so, that its sort of broken me in regards to chain coffee places. Ever since going to Sure House, it has honestly made me realize how mediocre a lot of the coffee I drink on the average day is. So as amazing as this coffee is, I will leave you with this warning: do NOT go here until you are ready to be awoken from the Matrix.

Yum! The coffee is rich and delicious. I had a latte and no sugar necessary. The cretzels are amazing, Ill have to go back just to try the different flavors. I left one star off because I think its a bit pricey.Later: tried the cinnamon cretzel today. Not enough cinnamon!

First off,the employee was nice and got through a 6 person rush with efficiency. Thats the 2 stars.Hot cocoa was good but over priced.Seriously,go across the street to Tulipan Hungarian bakery and get a hot chocolate for half the price.

Very artsy inside coffee is well roasted however not super fast. If theres a line it can be a bit if a wait but worth it. Limited parking is an issue.

Nice little coffee shop with lots of milk alternatives for the lactose averse, and some house syrups. A little on the pricey side, but the cappuccino I had on a rainy day was well worth it.

My diabetic son and I were recommended to Sure House by a staff member at College of Wooster. When my son asked for Splenda was directed to the sugar and told they do not have a sugar substitute. This is not the industry standard.
