I study here a lot since I go to college nearby and the staff here is so kind and welcoming. They always ask me if I need anything while Im studying and check-in on customers that are sitting inside for a while. And the drinks are great but thats a given. Best Starbucks Ive ever been to!

The place is always packed but always worth it.. I normally go inside to get my order to go. The employees although under pressure smile and still give you a nice experience. They are all moving and working hard to get orders out.. my coffee is always just what I wanted!!!!

I am trying to go KETO. My daughter wanted Starbucks as her friend had given her a giftcard.So she got an apple crisp caramel something and I thought God no, that will surely throw me out of Ketosis 😱.So I explained to her my situation and asked if they make me a drink that was low carb, no sugar and had fat!!!!And they did! And it was pretty good!!!I had a small coffee with a shot of expresso and heavy cream!!!

The white chocolate mocha was delicious! The best time to avoid a long line is being there early in the morning, especially during work week.

I love the employees at this location! Ive never had a bad experience with the staff. Sometimes there can be lengthy wait times in line at the drive thru, but they do their best.

Waiting in line for about 30 min for just a trenta refresher. Then as I placed my order and driven forward to continue waiting in line, the person behind me placing there order must of been friends with the barista, cause they were having a full blown conversation. If I was focused on one thing, it would be making coffee and not having a conversation with a friend. Sep 2 2021 at 1010pm

We waited 25 min for 2 cups of coffee. After getting the coffee it tasted like water. Biggest joke of my life. Never going back to this Starbucks.

I love this one! I have always had great food and even better drinks from this restaurant. They have always served me happily and as fast as possible. No wonder theyre so busy! Drinks are easily customizable and I personally live for their cheese danishes!

Ive had good experiences and meh experiences at this one, which happens in a very high-traffic Starbucks: sometimes they have the time to engage with you as a customer, other times you have fifty drinks to make and have to focus on getting as many made as fast as possible.The parking situation here is miserable however - very tight with little room to maneuver.

The workers need to focus more on the customers inside rather than only focusing on the drive-threw solely I had a worker ringing me out and the whole time she was talking to a customer on her headset and messed my order up badly then looked very annoyed when I tried to correct the mistakes she made they need to split the focus evenly threw drive-threw and inside ive even once spent 20 minutes waiting for one drink inside while the drive-threw buzzed by

We went through approximately 3 minutes before closing time and the lady that helped us was so happy and cheerful even so close to the time they closed!

I go to this Starbucks each day and spend $7.50, $37.50 per week and since I’m here on a 12 week job assignment that would work out to $450.00 because I always get the same order. So far I’ve put up with getting blocked in by the car line that wraps around the building, the usual wait of about 10 to 15 minutes because it is very busy but I’m done. Today I waited 25 minutes and I left finally without getting my coffee or a refund. That is the last time this Starbucks will get my business. So if you like long waits, difficult parking and mediocre service then this is your kind of place.

Typical Starbucks. There is a drive-thru which is fantastic!! Not entirely busy when I went through today, but it was slower than normal. No big deal. Sometimes I’m a little slower than normal as well. I purchased day grande caramel macchiato which was hot and tasty. The drive-through cashier was friendly.

I love this Starbucks! The staff are always super friendly! The one time my drink was wrong I let them know and they immediately replaced it and gave me a gift card for $4 off of my next drink. Could you ask for a better response than that?

Friendly, caring, and helpful baristas! Wooster Starbucks is the best! This is a very busy store at rush so sometimes there is a wait, but the drinks are excellent and always worth it-- I love their cold brew! Take time to ask the baristas questions about their favorite drinks and get to know them, they are really thoughtful and unique. If youre heading in the store, make sure to wear a mask.

Mango refresher is my favorite

This team had a BOGO Happy Hour the day after Christmas (one of the busiest days for retail) and they had customers yelling and cussing at them but they did a great job. They got drinks out as fast as possible with how many orders they had piled up. There were at least 65+ drinks consistently so it took a long time but they were open and honest about that and kind the whole time.

Its always worth waiting a little bit in line for the service they provide I go there quite often the drive-thru Window the people are delightful my drinks are always spot-on!

Super kind baristas, lattes and lemonades always come out delicious! I also recommend warming their pastries

This is the WORST starbucks i have ever been too. I am a cheerleader and my team traveled on a bus to wooster for a football game. the starbucks said it was open until midnight and around 9:45 we had finished our game and headed over to starbucks only to find out only their drive thru was open. we thought it would be okay to walk thru the drive thru because our big bus would not fit. we didn’t cause a scene or act disrespectful at all, and the worker rudely yelled at us to “get out of her drive thru”. Then one of my teammates nicely explained that we wanted starbucks but our bus would not fit thru the drive thru and the woman replied yelling again for us to “GET OUT”. I understand if we can’t be helped if we’re not in a car, but it could’ve been handled in a much better manner and and much more respectfully. Terrible customer service on starbucks part, very disappointed.

I am from Seattle and very found of Starbucks. This store however has wasted many of my mornings. I understand they are having staffing issues. What I dont understand is why they cant update the app, or at the very least the sign on the door. I dont live around the corner and it takes 30+ minutes of time and gas. I went this morning and no one was even there at 5:15 am, they were suppose to be open at 4:30 AM. A time right before they hired someone new, they decided to open 30 minutes after the posted time. Again, a simple sign update goes a long way, instead of staring out your windows wondering why people are agitated and treated us like we are the problem.

Was so frustrated when we stopped here while passing thru town. The inside was closed- only drive thru was open. Then we couldnt even get out of the parking lot due to the layout of the poorly planned parking lot and a dumpster in the way. We had to wait for everyone to go thru the drive thru to exit. We ended up going to another part of the plaza to Panera. We wont frequent this one again.

I really do love appreciate Starbucks for how consistent and convenient they are. Lately I have been trying out all of the hot tea lattes. I highly recommend the London Fog latte, but the Matcha Green Tea latte is probably still my favorite. Use the Starbucks app! It is such a time saver!!!

It would appear that this location can not ever decide what hours they are ACTUALLY open for business. Will be open half day, then close unexpectedly and with no notice (e.g. Id call Monday for their hours for the week and by Thursday theyd be closed because it changed. This particular example happened more than once). Been this way for a WHILE now, they blame lack of training and being under-staffed. Im thinking corporate would be disappointed. Im REALLY REALLY just considering BOYCOTTING Starbucks in Wooster Ohio 44691.

Iced coffee here tastes like sand!! I asked specifically for two pumps of mocha and cream. That would be syrup and milk! I got powder....kindly walked in and said I could not drink it and the girls made me a new one that was just watered down coffee with barely any chocolate syrup! I wont be back! Yuck!

There was MOLD on the display food and no less than a dozen flies in the case when I went there the other day, and the employees, including the shift manager, seemed entirely unconcerned. I’ve been there a lot and the drinks are good, employees are friendly, but I’ve waited THIRTY minutes for a drink before.Only use the drive through if no one if there or if you have 20 mins to kill. Now that I know how little they care about about health code I may just stick to Sure House whenever possible.

The wait times here are ridiculous! We need another Starbucks or some other drive up coffee place here in Wooster. I travel a lot around the US and no where else has these long wait times.

The people who work here are the most friendly, especially the night staff!As a college student who needs a place to escape from the campus to be able to do work, this is my safe haven. Everyone here makes this place feel like home!I love it!!!

Not anymore. In a time of jobs closing left and right it isnt wise to be closed on your busiest time of the day. They lost this customer.

This store is kept clean and has good drinks, but it is ALWAYS busy. I came at 3 PM on a week day and waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for two drinks. This happens almost every time I am here, along with the tiny parking lot and dysfunctional drive through, I avoid this Starbucks at all cost and would not reccomend it to anyone

I love this place, they have great drinks. I would also recommend the brownies there, theyre very chocolatey, moist and delicious! The only issue is that its very expensive.

I had never been to a Starbucks. I took my daughter. They had no idea what a drink was I asked for but u can find it all over Google. I did like what my daughter pickex for me.. It was a chocolate chip something.. But it is still over priced. I will never ever pay them prices.

It was extremely busy and I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink. They also sold me a cookie that they ended up not having so they had to refund my money. However, they were all hustling while remaining friendly, professional and the quality of my beverage was great!

Fly problem. My daughter and I visited this morning. There was a long line at the drive through so we went inside. There were TONS of flies buzzing around the lights above the counter and several inside the case where the pastries and such were kept. I counted 5 flies on one pastry. When I paid for our coffees, I said something to the cashier about the flies and she just made a weird face and didnt say anything back, no apology, no nothing. Im deducting an additional star because of their stance on the second amendment.

Here I am once again....placed a mobil order and I am now on a 25 mi. Wait. This is the only Starbucks I consistently have this problem with. The employees are friendly and are working very hard. They just need more help. I feel bad for them most times. It’s now 30 min. Finally Yay!!!!

Its a Starbucks...theyre mostly all the same. Cozy corner with comfy chairs. Tables and chairs for the rest. Great place to take a small break and sit down and do some laptop work for school or work.

It may take a little while sometimes but the drinks are always consistently yummy. Im always very grateful for the staffs help and patience as I stumble my way through a car full of special drink orders!
