Originally Metro Fleet, this Maaco easily has some of the best and most qualified individuals working for it. I brought in a Class A diesel pusher years ago for major repairs to the rear end cap and recently a Humvee for minor cosmetic repair, sanding, priming and repaint. They found two other repairs and made them without asking (now perfect), sanded to the original primer coat, sprayed red oxide primer (not the easiest to cover) and painted 3 coats both inside and out. They further removed those parts and items that needed to be sprayed separately. Judging against other Humvees, including owner comments about mine, I likely have the most authentic (and best) paint job of any Humvee out there. Would absolutely recommend only this Maaco, along with Paul, Abe and the many others who work there.

Sjon and his team did a great job on my 05 Scion body work and full repaint/color change. Only took 8 days and Im pleased with the results. Color Sand/Buff would have been nice but wasnt negotiated at time of quote so Im fine with the results. Will cut/buff myself. Thank You Maaco! (GM Arrival Blue 815K 91U)

First off, I made an appointment for today to come bring my 1968 Dodge Polara in for an estimate to get the body work and paint done to complete out the restoration. I will say this again, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. On their website, you have to specify the year, make, model, and type of service you want done. I received the confirmation email shortly after making the appointment and I figured all was good to go.Today comes and I get up ON MY DAY OFF, to go make arrangements to get the car there. My car has been sitting idle for the better part of 12 years. I show up with the car and the guy there has no idea about the appointment and proceeds to tell me that my manager told me to not take in anything new past 1980 because we already have 3 older cars back there nowOK, so if this is true, then why didnt I get a phone call or an email saying that you are not taking in older cars at this time? Its not like you didnt know what I was bringing in, nor did you not have my contact information.Second, I said, OK, I am not ready to do the work just quite yet, I just want an estimate on what needs to be done So the guy there calls his manager because he was new and apparently cant do anything without permission and the Manager 1) wouldnt talk to me at all 2) BLINDLY told me that it is going to be anywhere from $3,500 and up (without looking at the car, knowing what body work, ie blocking, sanding, repair of rust, level of paint job, or any other custom work needed to be done and 3) Told me to go to some other place around the corner because older cars are what they do. Wait a minute, dont YOU do older cars? After all you have 3 others in the back according to Einstein that I am dealing with here.Their complete lack of customer service, their nonchalant, dismissive attitude towards me and my vehicle and TIME WASTED to get the car there to begin with since after all I HAD AN APPOINTMENT leads me to say I will NEVER take anything I own to a Maaco location ever again. Little do they know, I have enough credit cards in my wallet to pay for every job they have going on in their shop, let alone the one that I brought to them, and I have the means of paying those cards off. They lost a client, for life, period. Maybe it is good I identify the level of service they provide before they even touch my car. If they screwed it up, then I would have to have had to hire a lawyer. I am sure they would have judging from the way they dismissed me. Maybe they only know how to work on newer cars, and the older cars really challenge them. After all, 3 cars is a LOT to work on.

Great experience! Paul was very friendly and kind, he took great care of me during a stressful situation. The repair on my car was done in a timely manner and looks amazing!

I do not know about other Maaco locations, but Paul and the crew in Wylie are just awesome. They took our 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer that had become such an eyesore and put such a good paint job on her, she almost looks new again. I highly recommend the guys at this location, its very east to get to on Regency, just off FM 544.

I am 64 years old. I have experienced a lot of customer service from horrible to ok, and occasionally, great. Philip, the manager there, provided the best, most professional, most polite, prompt, respectful, with thorough communication service I have ever experienced dealing in any retail situation, let alone auto related work. His care of me was beyond outstanding. How about the work itself? Well, it was outstanding and HALF, that is right, HALF the cost I was quoted elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, give Philip a chance to do for you what he did for me. You wont regret it. And if any owner or manager is reading this, treat Philip right. He is a gem of an asset to have working for you.

I would like everyone to know what a great experience I had when I took my car in for hail damage. The staff was very friendly especially the supervisor Abraham. He did all of the leg work with my insurance company. If you ever need any body work done with your car this is the place I reccomend.
