Nathan from Valentine Automotive here I am a service professional and always looking for support and a local shop to recommend to others for the work I am not equipped to do. Tylers guys helped me get a 1960s GM Truck Cab back in shape after 3 other body shops butchered it trying to replace floor and door sills. They did a great job and there were times when they progressed faster than I was ready for them to. They were working on the cab as I was doing chassis work and it wasnt ready to put the cab on by the time they had it ready. (How many times do you hear someone say that about a shop.) Their rates for the level of work and expertise they provide are more than reasonable even though not the cheapest quoted. To that end : Stay away from cheaper get you in the door lower quoting shops. Tyler and staff are straight up and dont pull punches about costs and time associated with the kind of top shelf projects they work on and A+ work and craftsmanship they provide.

Good work, did not follow estimate without argument and refusal of further service, then accused of using profanity (which never happened) . Edit* now I see why people complain about this place. Everything I stated was as it happened. This person who responded is full of it

Randy and the rest of the guys at North Texas Customs are the best. I brought my old 70s era truck in to get the AC working. I cant believe how cold the air is coming out of the vents. They were quick, got me in 3 days early and I had the truck back after 2 days. They had to fab up a bracket and run new custom lines, all excellent craftsmanship!. Highly recommend them!

Their shop is extremely professional, and a great group of extremely personable guys. I brought my 70 Charger R/T in for some very much needed metal work, and they completed it in a very short time frame compared to other shops who said it would take years. the car was dismantled, blasted, roof trunk pan and rear fenders replaced, assorted fabrication. The car looks amazing, and i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any work done. Mechanical, body work, or otherwise.

Trevor and Randy at North Texas Customs were awesome to work with in putting an AC system in my 69 Mustang. Frankly, they went over and above my expectations with the single focus of making sure that not only were they happy with the finished product but more importantly that I was. They were timely and did great work and were very reasonable from a cost standpoint. Not only that, I have received at least two follow up emails from Randy just checking to make sure I was happy with their work and offering his thoughts and advice on a couple of other challenges I was having. Cant say enough good things about these guys and the work they do!

I have to say this shop did a great job with my 1958 Impala. I took my car in as a bare roller for there media blasting and some major patch work I needed. I brought the most of the replacement panels with me, and they had to make some that were not available for my car. They got me in and out quickly. They did an amazing job. Thank you so much, and keep up the good work.

They were reasonable on price rapid on work and went above and beyond to get my parts to me. They actually picked up my trailer (which was left in the Dallas area until work was complete) loaded my parts on the trailer and for a reasonable fee delivered the parts to me.Im not sure what other shop would do that. The work performed was garnet blasting removal of dents and epoxy prime the parts. The blasting and priming came out very good the dent removal was good I will only have to put a small amount of filler to attain a smooth surface.I will return to North Texas Customs for future projectsThank youWill

As with most classics, if you go looking for trouble, youll find it. Fact is, I took my 67 Mustang to them for some relatively minor work and they ended up finding some serious safety issues that other mechanics had not noticed when they had the car. Im very thankful for their thorough work and attention to detail. Their fabrication work is top notch!

These guys do exceptional work. I had my 69 Chevelle SS media blasted inside and out and it was determined that there was a substantial amount of rust and damage. Wes and Christian got to work on the car and did everything from floor and trunk patches to full quarter replacement and everything in between. Basically, the majority of the rear of the car was replaced. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was superb. Randys communication was great and he sent weekly pictures of the progress via email. The work was completed within a quick time frame and it exceeded expectations. If you want attention to detail along with quality metal work and fabrication on your classic car, these are the guys to take it to.

Randy and team did an excellent job on my 66 Nova in the summer of 2016. They blasted it which revealed rust and poor quality repairs from a previous owner. They repaired rocker panels, rear quarters, trunk lid, trunk hinges and more. I was very happy with the quality of the repairs and the time it took to complete.

68 plymouth & 69 chevelle have been here for really good custom work. Ive wanted to keep some things rat rod looking and/or OEM, and then other things I wanted to upgrade, and the guys at this shop dont browbeat you with their idea of what your ride ought to be. they take time to truly make the vehicle custom.

This shop is fantastic. They rebuilt my 66 Pontiac LeMans into a beautiful hotrod. They are thorough, professional, and do it right the first time. The crew has alot of knowledge and will listen to you on what you want to do with your car. At the same time, they will give you tons of feedback and recommendations as they work. A lot of their cars have been brought over from other shops, so that tell alot. Give them a shot if you want it done right the first time. Thanks Tyler, you have a great shop and staff.
