They are stand up people here. I brought my truck in to get the bumper repainted, they did an excellent job on it. However I had a pair of Costa sunglasses that were in there when I took it in and when I got it back they were missing. I spoke with the manager and they paid for me to go get a new pair. There was no hassle at all, they did everything they could do to make it right. Sometimes stuff like this happens but a lot of places will just say there is nothing they can do about it. Not this place. They take care of their costumers. I won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere but this repair shop from now on. Thankyou guys for doing a great job and taking care of me.

Took time out of my day to get a quote here. When I got the quote not everything was on there. I called back asking about the other damages I wanted repaired that they had already looked at and took pictures of. She informed me if I wanted it quoted again they could schedule me in 7 days. When I asked what was the point of me coming in for the first quote, she said someone would call me back. Never received any call.

I had some hail damage on my car that I had been putting off repairing but they were so friendly, easy to schedule an appointment, and made the process extremely painless. My car was ready when they said it would be ready and it looks like a brand new car. I will definitely be taking my car there again if needed and highly recommend!

I will never take another vehicle of mine to them again. I recieved absolutely no communication from them. Its been over 6 weeks and still not finished.I pulled my car from them and took it somewhere else and it was done within a week. I have sent my insurance company feedback of my poor experience with them.

Do not use the online estimate tool. My online estimate was right under $1500. Took it in, visual estimate was the same. Just got the the real pricing and its over $3500. This was a non impact accident. My car was parked and the other car was pulling out of a parking spot. They did say online estimates may not be accurate, but we are talking about over double. If your online estimates are that different you shouldnt even offer that service.

Roy was just amazing. He kept me informed every step of the way. When I dropped my car off, he took time to ask questions, answer my questions, and carefully walk me through what they would do to assess the damages. I received updates via text message throughout the process. I picked my car up and it looked like new! My car was clean inside and out, and my bumper looked great! Roy then gave me some assistance with something that had nothing to do with the repairs I’d taken my car in for. He explained to me how to fix my trunk while standing in the freezing cold and before I left, he offered to do it for me! This was my second time having repairs done at this location, and they left me highly satisfied both times.

They did a great job repairing my car looks brand new again and they were able to complete my project in a week and we were both fortunate that the parts manufacturers had the pieces needed which helped alot

I got body work done at the Caliber Collision in Wylie after a tree fell on my 2018 Nissan Altima. I picked my car up today and the interior of my car is ruined. They werent even supposed to work on the inside of my car. They detailed it and it looks like they either used a steel wool pad or a harsh chemical cleaner. Either way its ruined. These marks are permanent and I cant believe they gave it back in this condition.

I purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion at the beginning of the year and got into a fender bender 2 days prior to making my first payment. We took our vehicle to this repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the back end of our vehicle. We were very impressed with the ease of getting the repairs completed. They communicated with our insurance company without any issues and communicated with us through the process. Let me start out by saying that Im VERY VERY OCD about my cars being prefect in every way. I loose sleep over my cars having any issues. I know that sounds crazy, but Im a car guy and I like everything to be perfect. When I was in an accident with my truck I was completely beside myself over it. I honestly never ate solid food for almost 2 days. I got a recommendation to take my truck to Caliber Collision in Wylie to have it repaired. Thats when I met Kevin Newsom the service advisor. He assured me that my truck would be back to 100%. I cautioned him that I am very particular on the details. Paint had to match, lines had to be straight etc, all the little details had to be perfect.... He assured me that He would make it right and it would be like the accident never happened after. I cant even explain how many sleepless nights I had over this. He updated me 3 times a week on the progress. I stopped in to see the progress a couple times a week. He always took the time out of his busy day to show me all the progress and the plans moving forward. I made note of a few concerns along the way and he was very quick to correct all the issues I had. Kevin even performed some of the work on my truck himself to ensure it was perfect. Kevin called me Friday and told me that my truck was ready. I could not have been happier with the results. Yesterday I spend hours and hours detailing it and looking over everything in detail. All the lines were straight, the paint matched, all the details I asked for were perfect. It honestly is just like the accident never happened (like Kevin promised). I could not be happier. All is right in my world now and I can sleep again haha. I will make recommendations to my car club friends to see Kevin if they every have an accident. Hopefully I will not need Kevins services again, but if I do, I will be sure to take my car/truck to Kevin (and his crew at Caliber Collision) for the repairs.

This is my 3rd-4th time to use them for repairs. The people here are very friendly and professional. The repairs are always done right the 1st time.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience having my car repaired here by Jaime and the team. I was kept updated of the progress throughout the repairs via email, which was very convenient. The repairs were top quality and the overall repair time was very reasonable. The few times I showed up, I was greeted by a friendly smile and great attitude. Its hard to find customer service of this caliber, but when you do, you want to go the extra mile to show your satisfaction.If I ever have to get a car repaired in the future, this would be my first choice shop.

Very good service. Treated me extremely well. I was very impressed. I just recently returned on Feb 25th because a door that was removed to do roof repairs was bowed. They fixed it at no charge to me. I was happy that customer satisfaction was their primary concern.

Would never take my car here again.Beware if you do.They did $7000 dollars worth of fixes to my car. I get my car back and notice it’s making a weird noise but only when I’m drive or reverse not in park. I noticed it 2 weeks after I got it back. I take it to get looked at ads in by them... and they say that I’ve been driving my car without oil and the area in question was the motor. They refused to take responsibility so GEICO stepped in and said I would need to pay out of pocket since the work was on everything but the motor. They said “well to property diagnose this issue we will have to take the ending apart and if we do we aren’t sure we can put it back together”... what???If you value your vehicle don’t take it here.No windshield whisper fluid was put back in either but I am sure they have a reason or they didn’t repair anything with that either so why would they

Trying to deal with everything that comes with a Hit and Run, Roy Sanchez from Caliber Collision in Wylie, was my Hero. Not only did he have to deal my repairs, he had to deal with me being completely stressed out. The poor guy took the time needed to assure me that he would take care of everything. My car was completed in no time, allowing me to save money, not needing a rental car. He handled everything with the insurance leaving me with a car you would never know was in an accident. I received a quote for body damage repair for a 2014 Toyota Camry. It was outlandish! Time for labor charges for parts that did not need to be replaced or even touched. Excessive labor time - a total of 15.7hours for a minor dent that can be repaired in under 1 hour. Total quote +$2000 for a rear bumper cover replacement is highway robbery.

I will use caliber collision for all my body work! Mario and Mark are the absolute best! They will go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done properly!

Update 6.3.19Changing this from 2 stars to 4 stars. I spoke with Val Trejo this morning and we spoke about the situation. I believe there was a misunderstanding as he let me know if they couldnt get work completed by manually removing the dents, they would order a replacement part or do what was required to get it back to original condition (or as close to it as possible). It wasnt a situation where youd be stuck with the final work regardless of how poor it was. I appreciate the follow up from this company and it does show they care about their customers. Thank you, Val.Old review:Pretty clear insurance/company quid pro quo going on here. They wont quote you to get the vehicle back to its original condition because they have an agreement with the insurance to try and pound out dents and not replace parts. As a result, they end up making more money from labor and the insurance ends up paying less for the repair. The customer is the one that suffers from sub par work and noticeable post repair flaws. Look for a company that has your best interest at heart and wants the customer to be happy, not their insurance partner.

We’ve had work done on several cars here within the last two years and haven’t had any other problems. Customer service has always been fine, and the one tiny mistake they made they were honest about and said they would get the part they needed and whenever we’re ready to just bring it back in.

Worst experience of my life, and Im 59 so Ive seen a lot. They will put you on hold and never come back on the line, happened 3 times. Took my car apart and refused to do the work if i didnt agree to have a $3000 part put on a 2007 Sonata, and then had to pay for them taking it apart in order to get it to a shop that would do the work and do the bondo on the rear quarter panel. When the other shop picked it up they discovered they didnt even put all the parts back in the car. I called them 2 times and both times got put on hold and no one ever came back on the line. So I got to pay additional money for parts they didnt put back in the car.

Dropped my car for a lil fender bender on 08.09.18 . My car was delayed in repairs and Allstate didnt pay for my car rental delays due to Caliber Collision not providing the paperwork showing delay in order and cause my card was on file i got charged for the delay in rental. I reached out to Caliber collision several times and all i got was an answer that they are not responsible for the charge on my credit card.

Was great customer service but paint quality was poor. Had to take the car back to get repainted again. Not happy

Walked in on a Tuesday morning to get a quote for auto repair to find no one in the waiting area. After waiting for 5 minutes someone from the back (looked like he worked on cars) walked out to look at a computer for a few seconds and then went back to where ever he came from. Never said I will be with you in a second or said he would get someone to help me. Terrible customer service, especially being that I was the only person waiting.

My brand new Jeep was hit by a volley of gravel from a rock truck. I decided to go with this body shop because they were guaranteed by Geico. Meaning that all work performed is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle by Geico and Caliber.I dropped it off to them and was told a week later that it was ready to pick up. I had to return it to them a day later because the new windshield installed was leaking.2 days pass and was told that it was ready for pickup. I pick it up and everything appeared to be in good shape. It was very cloudy and was nearly impossible to validate that the paint work was done properly the first time I picked it up.Once I got home I looked it over and saw several issues with the work performed and returned it the very next day. They agreed to fix it at no charge or fuss.I was told another week later that it was ready to pickup. I picked it up again and took it home. I saw some imperfections in the paint. There was a slight haze under the clear coat on one of the doors.I returned it again and they agreed to fix it and make it right. They called me another week later and told me that it was ready for pickup.This time everything looks good.Other than returning the vehicle to them 3 times I have no complaints. I rate them at 5 stars because in their defense this was a brand new vehicle with barely 5K miles on it with zero scratches, dings, or other pre-existing blemishes. Any work they did had to be absolutely perfect. Otherwise it would be noticeable.In the end they did take care of me and set me up in a rental every time I dropped my vehicle off.

Cant do all the work other shops can do. Ex work on aluminum tailgates or do frames. But nice people

Terrible place. Claim they can see more details then the owner of the car, then you get your car back with more dents and scuffs then ever. Terrible customer service, I constantly felt like they were against me. I’m only giving them 1 star cause you can’t give them 0 stars... I highly recommend GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Got my car back and the trunk wouldn’t close. It was crammed shut and they thought I wouldn’t notice. On top of that they took the key out of my key fob and acted like they didn’t.. if you can read GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Literarily anywhere else.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. The Service Advisor that my husband and I were dealing with told us lie after lie. They had the car for 3 full days and still had not done an estimate on it. We were given many excuses on why the estimate hadn’t been started. We were told that it was in the back being torn down for the estimate at lunchtime today, then called back late this afternoon to check the status because the Service Advisor told us that it would only take 30-60 minutes to complete the estimate once it was torn down and he said that they had not started it. It was sitting in the same spot I had parked it in 3 days ago. They are not trustworthy!

Avoid this place. Had a Geico claim so just went thru their recommend shop and it has been difficult. I have never written a review but hopefully next person finds this useful.
