Truck broke down early morning, luckily in the Walmart Parking lot. Walmart was unable to fix it but recommended Integrity which luckily was across the parking lot and opened at 7:30 am. The folks were kind enough to help me get it over and did a full diagnostic, check the issue (alternator) as well problem solve to help me find the most economical fix. Now after traveling cross country I could have had my panties in a wad over the whole thing but instead felt assured by the quality of authenticity and services all while enjoying a massage (yes, they have a chair) enjoy a 🔥 cup of coffee. Ive used Integrity Automotive for a few years now for everything on my vehicle (Toyota Prius). From the first day Ive used their services they have been knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. Unlike many of the big chain auto shops, they do not try to sell you anything you dont need and they show you exactly where and what the problem is. I highly suggest going to the Wylie location if you can, they are awesome people and the service is super fast even on busy days. Highly recommended!!

These guys are the best. When calling around for pricing for my vehicle they were the lowest. But more importantly their customer service is spectacular. This shop is the only one we take our vehicles to.Husband was on a deep sea fishing trip and the toddler left a dome light on. We had used some other auto shops that ended up feeling priced higher than we wanted or swamped and not able to always get us taken care of in a timely manner.Jared has taken care of us in a way, often enough, that they have earned our long term business.They are very knowledgeable & helpful. Always honest about what COULD be done versus what NEEDS to be done. Their work is impeccable.On our last visit Saturday, they werent sure they could have the work we needed done by the end of the day or not. Yet, they called at 2:30 to let us know they had finished taking care of us. Weve been using them exclusively for about a year. Should have written this long ago!

Dont go here, their name says Integrity, I used to manage this Wylie store, but because the owner wanted to earn more money off every car that came through the door, I was reassigned to a Plano store, my pay was cut below the threshold that would allow me to make it financially, in which I expressed, this place is money hungry and not looking out for your best interest when you bring your car in there....but there true colors came out. Keep in mind I was never written up for anything. I wouldnt trust them to do anything to my car!

I was motivated to check out Integrity 1st by a coupon for a discounted car inspection. I was pleasantly surprised as the waiting room was very clean, neat and orderly with its glassy looking floors and very comfortable seating. Jared the gentlemen who waited on me got me checked in as the tech carried out a paper floor mat to protect the carpet. The inspection was complete inside of 20 minutes, I will admit that they were not busy but the service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning; I left with a very positive feeling and look forward to my next opportunity to use their services.

They said they didnt see much oil in the engine although I had just been to the dealer the previous month and done an oil change. I took it to the dealer the next day and they showed me that the oil level was fine. Not sure if the tech made a mistake or what. Everything else about the shop is great though. Ill keep giving them my business as I really want to trust them but right now I am still gauging.

I love Integrity 1st Automotive in Wylie! Very close to my home and they are honest (my husband even trusts them!) and fast. I got tired of the dealership constantly trying to get me to sell my car back to them and buy a new one every time I was there so we tried Integrity when they opened and we havent looked back!

Absolutely wonderful! I went in today for the first time because I had a coupon from the mail. The staff is friendly, helpful and nice. It is very clean inside and they have coffee and refreshments in the waiting area. I feel the price is reasonable and my car was done in 45 minutes. Went there on 12/12/19 with a check engine light on. Man told me it was a vacuum leak most likely due to faulty gas cap. Also said battery was getting weak, air filter dirt, and cabin filter needed changed. This was little crazy to since I was told by another big company my truck didn’t have a cabin filter. Sure enough the tech comes in the waiting room with a disgusting cabin filter. With in about an hour and a half I had a new battery, new air filter, fresh cabin filter, and OEM replacement gas cap. Told me some other routine maintenance that will be required but not necessary at this moment. I can respect that and I will definitely bring my truck back to this location in the future. Came for an oil change because I used to go to the AAMCO here. Integrity-1st tried to tell me I also needed to repair/replace my power steering for $1300. No thank you, my car is 15 years old with 260k miles, of course theres going to be dampness/seepage. If I have to resort to manual steering, oh well, I lift weights. Be careful of them trying to sell you something you dont need.
