Unfortunately someone hit my vehicle which caused me to visit Service King. I was more than pleased with the work performed, timely repair, and the customer service. I was assisted by Amy which exhibited exceptional customer service. She made the process simple and smooth which was great. Amy was in daily communication with me which I loved because I did not know what to expect since it was my first time visiting this shop. The repairs were made in a few days since it was a minor hit. My vehicle looked amazing after the work was completed. Thank you to the Service King team for your great work!
Had my Honda repaired here and they made it look brand new! They kept me updated while my car was going through repairs and the customer service was outstanding! Very good folks! I would definitely recommend this place for everyone. 11/10
I have used them 2 times. They did such a great job the first time I came back a second time. Then the second time I used them they raised the bar to a higher level of service. The manager and the office staff are exceptional.
Utilized Service King in Wylie to repair my front bumper from a minor accident. They inspected behind the bumper and made sure all the necessary repairs were made, not just the cosmetic repairs. I appreciate a company that looks out for my safety. The service was performed on time and the staff is professional and courteous. This will be my go-to repair shop close to home. :)

Ive used this Service King location several times- 2 major hail damage repairs and a fairly significant (10k) repair. They do an amazing job - my latest repair was very substantial, and the car literally looks brand new - I would never know itd been in an accident and Im extremely picky. The trim fits perfect, everything works perfect, paint is perfect ... good service.If you need accident or hail repair, I highly recommend this Service King location in Wylie off 78.
I have never been a car accident, but Caitlyn made me feel so safe and and confident that my car and I was going to be ok. OMG!! Ok was not the best word to describe the experience. CAITLYN and the SERVICE KING STAFF are AMAZING!!! I cannot stop talking about them. They made this frown turn into a HUGE SMILE on my face! The process was so easy, I could not have done it without CAITLYN and the STAFF!!!
The service there was great!! Karen was absolute great to work. my truck went in wrecked and came out looking great. they did a great job getting my lift kit repaired and back to new. had a few hiccups but Karen kept me informed of the whole time and I appreciate very much. thank you Service King and Karen.
I had a wonderful experience with the Wyle Service King. Every interaction was safe, and they were very courteous and informative in all of their communication. I could tell my vehicle was important to them.Being in a collision is already a little unsettling. You then mix that with coordinating a rental car and being without your vehicle. They made the experience smooth and eased my worries with constant updates. I have found the place that I will go for any future mishaps.
The young lady that helped me drop off my vehicle was very polite, informative, & pleasant. For 15 years Ive been an IT technician that traveled to all kinds of different businesses in different cities all over Texas & southern Oklahoma to help the company setup or repair any of their technical devices so I spent alot of time driving from site to site. Yearly I spend probably 5 - 10 times more time & miles on the road than the average driver which makes me more susceptible to accidents so Ive dropped off company & personal vehicles to be repaired in the past & todays experience was by far the easiest & fastest Ive ever had so I would 100% recommend this location if your looking for a place to take your vehicle for any kind of repairs because Ill definitely continue to use them for my vehicle needs!

I had a wonderful experience using Service King, The customer support was awesome especially dealing with Kaitlyn she was very professional, she kept me informed every step of the way and I really appreciated that. They wanted everything to be perfect and I was very pleased.
They handled everything professionally and kept me up to date often. They did a great job and it looks nice. I took away one star because they had kept predicting it would be finished on Friday but after hours on Thursday night they changed it to Monday which changed my schedule to leave town to get back to my job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

So my mother got in a wreck and my car was sent to Service King for body work. This place has had my car for almost a month and constantly keeps pushing back the date to get my car back. I was suppose to get my car back a couple of weeks ago, they pushed it to the next Friday, I was suppose to get it back Friday, but they ordered the wrong headlight and had to send it back for a new one so they told me it would be available this week.. (today) but after checking in about picking it up, they said they just recently sent my car to another unknown location to be worked on and are not sure when it will be back in their possession. So it won’t be until tomorrow. This has really inconvenienced me especially with work and it’s quite unprofessional that this service doesn’t following behind what they say.

These guys are professionals. I have a Jaguar and they worked with the warranty company to get the estimate worked out and work authorized. I made an appointment to drop off the car and they told me a time and day it would be ready for pick up and it was. Paint and color is an exact match and they did exactly what they said they would. I highly recommend these guys.
We had our 2018 Silverado serviced for body repair through my insurance about a month ago, although the repairs were okay, I ended up missing a tool box kit that I kept hidden in my truck that i never take out only when I needed it and my pair of high end sunglasses .that I also only use when I needed them .I called the store manager to address my concern right away and of course nobody was available to speak to me . I called a second time and I was again told nobody can assist. It was about $400 loss for me . I am very disappointed that these items came up missing and gave me the run around every time . Definitely do not recommend and very disappointed .

For any type of auto damage, I go to Service King because they are friendly, professional and do superb work. This time, i was having difficulty with the claim process and my advisor Justin Ferguson went above and beyond to help me with getting the car into the shop so the process could begin. Very impressed and a huge thank you to Justin and also Juan for all the assistance. Wonderful service and job well done!

Worst experience ever. They dont know how to communicate. They sent our vehicle to Mesquite without telling us. They didnt tell us it would be fixed faster. It took 4 weeks and its still not fixed right. They were very rude. No customer service and lied to us. They said they called us but didnt.
I had a very good experience. IRA was efficient and explained the repairs. Repair date was spit on. I went at 0700 to pick up my car and was out by 0710.
I brought my car in after and accident. I didnt hear from them for a couple of days. But once the process started, the work was completed prior to expected day. Customer service kept me updated on the process, I did love that about them. The work was great, you cant tell where the damages were on my car. My friends have also noticed the work is greatly appreciated. Having an Enterprise car rental next door is definitely a great plus. Thank you guys for the great job on my car and your professional staff was always available for any questions and the handling of the insurance process.
Whoever worked on my girlfriends car here is just terrible. Id have given it a one star rating, but Juan who was designated to help my girlfriend did everything in his power to help make this process as good as it could be. I would definitely recommend Juan to whoever decides they want to come here, but the people that actually work on the car are just garbage. In the end, making the process as good as it can be isnt good enough. Its what the car looks like that matters
I would like to add my review here so they may improve their service quality. I have my camry repaired there and I must admit that they do not care about the details. They forgot to put some parts back and the word quality does not mean anything to them. Recently, someone hit my bumper and the insurance offered me service king and I said absolutely NO! . The job quality is 60 out of 100. If you are a picky customer who will see the details, then think twice before selecting this brand.

Dont know why there is bad reviews this is one of the best service kings in north Texas. Theyre very fast, their work is top quality, and the adjusters are very cool. It you want your car to be done the right way then service king is the way to go.
Took my car here after an accident to have a FREE estimate done. They will have you sign documents that are standard procedure. I was never having any repairs done to my vehicle, just getting an estimate for the damages done to my vehicle for insurance. If I was to get any repairs done, there were prior damages on my car that conflicted with being able to have any work done at all without paying out of my own pocket for the additional parts needed.I call to pick up my car and was told I would be responsible to pay for them to put the items they took off to give me a FREE estimate. Even though these items were removed to have the estimate done. So beware, it is not a free estimate. I had nothing repaired on my car but still had to pay out of pocket. And they will tell you its all in the paperwork you signed but it does not state that if you chose to not have repairs done you are responsible to pay to have the items put back on. It only states that you are responsible to pay REPAIRS AND ANY OTHER AMOUNT DUE prior to picking up your vehicle. There shouldnt have been any amount do as:A) It was a FREE estimateB) I had no repairs done on my vehicleI was charged 3 hours to put a tail light and bumper back on the vehicle that took them less than 30 mins to complete. BUT they go by a book that states how long each process takes which is a BS. While they did correct some of the time it took to do this, it still should have been free and included in the FREE estimate.They also damaged a piece of trim in the process and wasnt going to say anything. I had to point it out myself that it was missing. Then had to speak with the manager at the place who was being ugly towards me because I had questions regarding the time it took for them to put items back on my car. While they are going to replace the piece they broke off, I am still having to pay out of pocket for them to put items back on my car.Take your vehicle somewhere else. This place is all about how much money they can get rather than customer service. They do not care for their customers at all or the way they will treat your vehicle if you chose to not have work done here.

Bad experience, I can not recommend anyone to this operation. Was informed right off the bat it was about them making money. Still chasing parts that were stripped from my vehicle.
I had a pretty bad wreck in my Mustang and the team took absolute GREAT care of me.The general manager here was very knowledgeable and continually assured me they would take great care with the car and they helped me take out my belongings from the vehicle before it was scrapped.I loved that the general manager corrected the tow truck driver regarding tow fees being paid by the insurance company and me not having to give them a check for towing to the repair facility.

Went in for hail damage. Waited for hours even though I had an appointment. Left car overnight. Came back next day. Waited over an hour. Received estimate. Came back 2 weeks later to drop off for repairs. When they found out I was going to claim it on my insurance, they more than doubled the estimate without even looking at my car. What a scam center.
Like other reviewers, I experienced poor customer service at Service King in Wylie. They appear to be unable to reliably schedule appointments. They are fixated on how much money they can get out of the insurance company. I ultimately took my business elsewhere.
I just picked up my car from here. After having it for over 6 weeks I was not impressed with the condition. Now since my previous Insurance company Standard held up most of the time. I figured that Service King would give me back a nice clean car. But no they used the same inside drivers door panel and I could tell because they did not even care enough to clean the scuffs. I wanted to pick up my car and be like wow, it took forever but it looks good and feel good about my experience. Sadly that was not the case. I am very disappointed with the overall experience.
I was there today just to get an estimate for my vehicle. The guy named “ Juan” was not willing to do that, he refused to do after I made several requests. There were only one customer he was dealing with. I told him that I live in Wylie and this is close to me. He repeatedly refused to do the estimate. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills. I had to go to plano Service king, and the provided the estimate with courtesy. I would never go to Wylie service king. It’s just waste of time.
I utilized the online appointment system twice without any contact from a representative at Service King. This morning I called and want put on hold for a “customer care associate”. I sat on hold for over 6 minutes and finally opted to disconnect. I work in a customer service industry and if my department who’s supposed to be bringing in revenue by accepting ALL calls in a timely manner they would suffer the consequences. I’d suggest a name change because they are definitely not the service king. Deplorable service and no personality whatsoever displayed by front desk upon receiving call. No break in holds to ensure someone would be right with me or to take a number and have a representative reach out to me at a better time. Everyone gets busy, I understand that. I do not understand why a little common courtesy and phone etiquette wasn’t imposed to potentially attain a job which will in turn pay their salary.
Poor customer service. I did not feel like a customer. I think they focus their customer service on insurance companies.Its really sad this body shop was great prior to becoming Service King.Even the responses to these reviews appear to be automated.Very sad.

Came in to get estimates for a truck. They would not even look at it. I was handed a business card and ask to come back another day. This is the nearest Service King from where I live and its a 45 to 50 minute drive. What a waste.

Cant tell you how special it is in todays day to be treated by the golden rule but thats exactly how I was treated by the staff at Service King. Last night one door on my truck was randomly spray painted. Odd I know, but I was devastated as this is the first vehicle Ive ever had that I am proud to drive and I know nothing about cars. I took it in to Service King fully expecting that at the very least the door would have to be repainted,If they wanted to they absolutely could have done more work than was needed as Im clearly ignorant on this stuff. Instead I was explained the process, offered a drink, and waited about fifteen minutes while the manager took my truck around back to be cleaned. They cleaned it! I had no idea it was possible but my truck looks brand new and no paint was needed.The staff at Service King in Wylie treated me as I believe they would like to be treated. I imagine theres a reason their USAA affiliated too, go there. Theyre first class.
Body repairs are not up to standards, poor service, estimator Called said truck was ready. Viewed repairs not good . Came back three days later after estimator said truck was ready viewed repairs, floors were dirty from employees getting in and out of truck and estimator said they were not a detail shop. I was totally surprised with that statement. Next was the heavy over spray on the hood and roof. I pointed this out to the estimator, his answer was the truck came in that way . I let him know this truck was one year old and have never in a body shop . I am seventy two years old and the estimator was load and very disrespectful. The bad thing was the claim was being paid by the other people’s insurance. Usaa . USAA wanted us to take truck to service king body shop. I am very familiar with USAA ins and I don’t think USAA wants there insured or claimants treated that way. I will never suggest Service King repair centers to any.
